I worked with Roop Purewal on a lease transaction for a large orchard property. Roop knew the ins and outs of the transaction after review of the documents and helped the deal come to a successful close. In my book there are attorneys that make deals work and there are attorneys that hinder a deals progression. Roop is a meticulous deal maker. He not only has practical contract knowledge, but also has in depth knowledge of the dynamics of a transaction. This, I believe, he learned from real life, hands on experience from owning and managing his own properties. You don't learn that in law school...although he must have done pretty well there also, being that he graduated magna cum laude

The title says it all, I have not formally had Micheal as my tax attorney although though odd circumstances and mutual acquaintances he did end up being my unofficial legal counsel in the realm of California traffic law along with advice regarding California laws in the area of psychiatric care and hospitalization(Probably saving me thousands of dollars by having helped me avoid a potentially disastrous situation. I had just been through a break-up and was considering hospitalizing myself which in retrospect seemed just a tad melodramatic). Although this is not his formal area of practice it does speak to his depth and knowledge of both psychology and California law. I am too young to own a home but would honestly trust the man with my life mainly because of his personal resilience in solving problems, this man will go to the "Bullpit" if he has to. I can not say with certainty that he is the answer to your problems. However I can honestly say that he is selfless,ethical, capable and yet as cunning as any "Shark" you could hope for if times turned tough. He has a great academic record, proven success, and I honestly doubt that anyone he knows personally would say a bad word about him.

Prior to seeking Mr. Kuzmich advice on multiple business, which are then personal in my mind. I was losing mind along with respect for most attorneys. I realize passing the bar is very difficult? I also realize the mayor of LA failed the bar four times! Said the hell with it? I will try to sort out LA!!! Jag-off! Apologize back to Micheal... I was shocked at this mans knowledge. But most important his deminor and character. He simply shot straight and cared. You simply do not see adults either dolts or with Micheals level of knowledge really concerned or simply doing the job they are not qualified or more than qualified to preform... I will continue to consult with Michael Kuzmich as needed for legal advice outside the scope of realistate. I'm sure he will lead me in the right direction. Thanks

Yes, I would certainly recommend Mr. Mercer for legal service; and I have. After my lender denied my loan modification, I was lost and in fear of losing my house. Mr. Mercer has successfully helped many borrowers as myself in a difficult hardship situation and so what better person to go to than someone that has proof. For the average person who pays a monthly mortgage, losing a job can be very devastating. That is exactly what happened to me. Although I was fortunate to find another job, my new salary was less than my previous job, which made it very difficult for me to meet my mortgage payments. My financial hardship is one of the criteria’s to qualify for a loan modification so I applied with my lender. After a 3 month process of miss guided information, my loan modification was denied by my lender. Refusing to accept losing my home as an option, I decided to seek alternative options. I came across many counsel services soliciting their guarantee to help but when I called, the people I spoke to were telemarketers with a serious sales pitch. This is when I spoke to my cousin who was successful in modifying his loan and referred me to a lawyer in Sacramento by the name of Eric Andrew Mercer. I called Mr. Mercer, scheduled to meet in person, and the rest was history. During our initial consultation, Mr. Mercer was very clear and concise with the task in hand and the next series of events that is about to unfold.
