Words truly cannot express how amazing Amy Hoch Hogenson is as an attorney! Amy knows her stuff and was amazing at making recommendations for our paternity case. Amy had to stay on top of our case as the opposing attorney was slow to respond to even the slightest request. Amy gave our narcissistic opposing party a run for their money as she is not afraid of bullies. Evy Luckett is amazing! I got my kids back 100% because of her!!! She was not working for PCB at the time it was different firm. However, NOTHING had been done on my case until she came on. Then two months later I had my kids. I do not know about any of the other attorneys at this firm but if they hired Evy they definitely have some good sense.

I would trust this law firm to handle your land issue if you're being told it's needed for whatever project is being worked on. These eminent domain situations are more complicated than you think. And it's not just about getting the money you deserve. I'm not sure who the two 1 star reviews are, because Paul Henry does no other legal work but this. And his colleague is awesome too! You'll be in good hands.

I can tell you that if you have a problem with the government wanting to take any portion of your land in Missouri, that Paul and Bethany are the ones to call. Eminent domain issues have become ridiculous in today's world, where any property can be considered "condemned" just to justify taking it for whatever use is deemed "necessary". Theirs is not a big firm, but are the experts in this area. Call them if you're facing your land being taken because you need someone who knows the law and how to be sure you fairly compensated, not just in the monetary sense.

I would agree as to Sylvia's prowess as an attorney and her skills in getting desired results for her clients. She certainly knows how to work the legal system to the greatest advance of her clients. Yet she does so with quite questionable ethics/acumen. In my opinion, anyone who has to lie and cheat to win, never truly wins. It all will come back to you. Justice without your head held high is no justice that I want to be a part of, ever.
In response to the below reply: I gave an honest good faith review of my experience. All viewpoints are necessary, whether they be that of the beneficiary or the one on the other side of the table.

i attempted for weeks and weeks to get an initial appointment set up or even a call back with no luck, and we ultimately ended up going with someone else. we had really high hopes about him and are very disappointed we never even got the chance to speak to him. the woman who answers calls at the office is extremely snobby. the only response i ever got was "if he has time and feels like it he will give you a call" she had such a nasty attitude and it seems like she expected us to beg for an appointment. whenever you are willing and ready to hand someone almost twenty thousand dollars you would expect them to be eager too do their job, apparently not.
