Where do i start? Amazing Law Firm and let me just say how professional Robert Swensen was with me, told me everything that was going to happened and how it was going to happened. He even went over and Beyond the call of duty, when I called him after hours he picked up and spoke with me, I don’t get that from lawyers, I usually get the answer machine and wait 2-3 business to get a response, but Robert was different he was on my case as soon as he got it in front of him. he always helped me with question and concerns I had. I strongly advise against hiring Peter Stanton if you value your time and money. My experience with him was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite his initial promises, he did absolutely nothing to advance my case. Instead, he consistently charged me exorbitant fees for minimal effort.
One particularly egregious instance was when he billed me $350 for a 15-minute Zoom call. To add insult to injury, he charged an outrageous $175 to write a six-line letter, which he insisted on sending with my final check. To top it all off, he even managed to write my name wrong on the check!
This attorney is a scammer and seems more interested in milking his clients for money than providing any real legal assistance. Save yourself the headache and find a competent and honest attorney elsewhere.

Brian Walters expertly guided me through a multi-year custody case that was only resolved after a week-long jury trial was held. At trial, Brian was uniquely able to convey empathy towards the other parent while still delivering the hard facts of the case. I believe this resonated with the jury as they were being asked to make a decision that reflected the best interests of the child and not the best interests of either parent. In my personal case, and I suspect in most custody cases, it is easy to demonize the other parent for what they did to you and how their actions are continuing to hurt your parent-child relationship. From my perspective, this is why it is invaluable to retain a legal team that is emotionally intelligent in how they present the facts of the case. Brian was incredibly adaptive when speaking with witnesses and able to effectively anticipate and respond to comments from opposing counsel. Brian unquestionably focused and presented on the best interests of the child and I am beyond grateful to have been able to work with him and his firm.
Logan Kilgore joined our team towards the end of multi-year custody case and brought a refreshing positivity in an otherwise draining situation. Logan swiftly appraised herself of the case and I immediately felt secure not only with her professionalism but more significantly in her level of care. Throughout the case Logan listened to my concerns, stayed focused on the child’s best interests, and used all resources available to accurately convey those concerns during a temporary order hearing and during a week-long jury trial. At trial, I was humbled by Logan’s ability to manage exhibits, coordinate and examine witnesses, and communicate with all involved parties. Brian Walters expertly guided me through a multi-year custody case that was only resolved after a week-long jury trial was held. At trial, Brian was uniquely able to convey empathy towards the other parent while still delivering the hard facts of the case.
