When we needed a lawyer to represent us, we asked for help to find us a good, intelligent and kind lawyer who practiced with integrity in this profession. That is a tall order but we were referred to Attorney Josue Gurrerro of Greenacre Law who fit all what we were looking for and more.
It was a long and difficult case and the journey was made easier for us by Attorney Guerrero's guidance and personal attention to what was best for us. We felt that Attorney Guerrero was only focused on our case when it was time to handle our situation and no one else mattered. He was admirable in his performance with calmness but strong with his strategy to make his points. Attorney Guerrero always came prepared during all the times he represented us.
His kind demeanor made it easier for us to become friends and we trusted him more. It was never about money for Attorney Guerrero but more about doing his best to protect us and finalizing our difficult case.
It was a long difficult journey but the case was finally settled and we felt relieved. Thank you, Josue.

My wife and I have been working with her oldest brother (85 yrs old) to help him with a Will and a Living Trust. For the past 3 years we have traveled from our home in Durand Mi. to San Diego to provide him with advice and provide any help he may need to get everything right. The more we worked the more complicated and confusing this procedure became, OMG were we Stumped. This year we decided we needed professional help. So, what do you do when your 2000 miles away and don't really know anybody in a big city like San Diego, GOOGLE IT! That's exactly what we did and came up with a bunch of names of attorneys that claim to be the best anywhere. We started making calls to see who we liked the best and would be able to take care of our issues. We left voice mails and asked to have someone contact us to set up a meeting. We encountered a few who were vague and after listening to what we needed really didn’t seem too interested. Then Jason, called us and we were so happy with his attitude and wiliness to complete the needed documents on a very short notice. Everyone in that firm seemed to want to help us get everything right, signed, and registered they even worked through the weekend. So, we could rest assured that we wouldn't be caught up in a nightmare with the probate courts. Thank you, Jason, and Ashley what a great feeling to know we made the right decision when we chose you

They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and patient with us as we figure out the best path forward to suit some of our very particular needs. It’s obviously not a fun or easy topic to discuss and they were so understanding of that giving us options and suggestions that could be relevant to us. And allowing us the time we needed to sort things out amongst our family. Sometimes we wouldn’t be able to resolve things easily so we would be at a standstill for a while between me and my husband but they were great about checking in regularly without creating any additional pressure. We also had some personal and particular road blocks that we come up against and Ashley was wonderful in giving us options and guidance around that. Both she and Jason were so kind and personable and professional. We had talked to several places before coming here and I’m so glad we did!

This review is long overdue. A dissolution is an extremely emotional and draining process period. The best thing you can do for yourself and for your child may not just be to get a divorce, but to work with a firm that genuinely cares about your circumstances and will fight tooth and nail for you. I get emotional just reflecting on how much more I got out of my dissolution than I could have ever imagined if it weren’t for Paul, Liz, and Linda. These 3 ARE the light at the end of the tunnel.
Who you work with MATTERS, especially if you’re involved in a high-conflict divorce with children involved. Do what’s best for yourself and your children and retain this firm. Retained Shaun for a clear case of Disclosure Fraud by the sellers when we were buying a house. He initially worked diligently (was paid by the hour) but then was unable to stop the runaround from seller's attorney/broker/agent etc. so it turned out that only the lawyers got money. He should have focused/pushed on the clearly unlawful fraud that sellers committed. Very unhappy we got no justice. We only wanted our mold repairs paid. Would not recommend him.

Shaun was recommended to me by a colleague of his, and I have been very happy with his work. I was a buyer of a residential home and was poorly represented by my agent, and the sellers did not fully disclose some property defects. Shaun represented me at a mediation between all the parties. I felt well prepared going in and we got a fair settlement.
Ultimately, I lost the property in a foreclosure and Shaun also guided me through this. Foreclosure is a terrifying thing to go through, but Shaun’s thorough knowledge of the process was very reassuring. Everything happened as he said it would, on the timeline that he stated.
Shaun is always very responsive, returns emails and phone calls promptly, and was always available if I wanted to send off a quick question or two or ask a question by phone. The sense that I had someone available for guidance at all times was very reassuring. His billing was always accurate and I was never overbilled. Considering the peace of mind I got, the cost was well worth it. I would recommend Shaun to anyone facing these situations.
