Bret helped me resolve a dispute with my previous landlord. Geoff helped us get our money back so that we could hire someone new to fix what our contractor wouldn't. We also were able to get our legal fees throughout the process. It wasn't easy, but Geoff stuck with it and we got what we wanted. We would hire Geoff again but hopefully we don't have to!

I consulted Craig about an issue with buying a house. There was a contentious situation involving a suspected fake competing offer, which was used to escalate the final price for me. Craig was very helpful and quickly identified the key points of the situation, which gave me enough arguments to successfully get out of the buy/sell contract. I didn't have to hire him in the end, but I would in a heartbeat. I was impressed with his knowledge, honest attitude and sincere desire to help. He'll be the first lawyer I'll go to if I need legal help with real estate.

I first hired a different attorney at a large firm to help with an issue I had with a general contractor who was threatening me. She told me that I was hosed; Because of the contract I had signed, this bully of a GC had me over a barrel. Before I forked over ~$30k to the bully GC, I contacted Tymon Berger.
Thank heavens I did. Tymon took the time to investigate the contract, the GC, and the situation. He listened to what I had to say -- something that not every attorney does. He understood my wishes and followed them clearly. And he came up with a clear and fair strategy to help me.
I never had to pay another dime to the GC. We settled amicably.
Tymon is a great communicator. He managed my expectations well and always followed through on commitments. Working with him was such a positive experience.
I pale to think that I almost forked over $30k (for work not completed) just because that previous lawyer didn't care to listen or bother. So yeah, Tymon is my hero.

I was very very pleased with Ryans performance. He helped me with my case against my landlord when I was taken to court for rent payments. I had been trying to pay my rent on several occassions but because my landlord wants me out very badly, my rent continuously was being refused. Ryan had 10 minutes to review my case and this was a very confusing case. At first I almost took the deal that I was given which was to pay Dec rent and be out at the end of Dec.. then at the last minute I came to my senses and had Ryan fight for me..and a fighting he did.. He did a fabulous job for me. Unfortuneatly, I am being taken back to court for the same thing.

Being a Home Owners Association ( HOA ) with a volunteer board, we were in need of professional guidance to secure the sale of a tract of land that the HOA owned.
The sale required very thorough investigation as to the process, the local regulations, and the CCR's of the HOA.
Mr. Hamell and his team guided us through every step to secure the transaction and communicated with us on a level that we could understand. They were the mediators for us in dealing with the developer and it was actually, dare we say, an enjoyable experience.

I made the best decision when I chose Catherine Fleming of Fleming Law to represent me in my lawsuit against the city of Seattle. I had a bicycle crash on a poorly marked Seattle street which left me semi-paralyzed and permanently in a wheelchair. After my wife’s bicycle crash in Seattle and subsequent spinal surgery, we faced an uncertain future. Before, she had been a strong cyclist and active hiker, but now was confined to a wheelchair with incomplete paraplegia.
Not only did we experience the loss of the many activities we had once shared, we now faced looming medical expenses, and the possibility of needing long-term care in the future.
We believed that the area where my wife crashed was confusing and dangerous for bicyclists, but were unsure if we had any hope of recovering anything for damages. Catherine agreed to take us on as clients and worked tirelessly to build our case against the city. She amassed evidence that the street design at the site of the accident was unsafe, and furthermore that the city had been aware of this fact.

A few years ago, my father passed away. At this time, I decided to make some drastic changes in my life. I decided to be more thoughtful in the ways I treat others and try to lead by example. It’s ironic that while I have made a 180-degree turnaround in my life, I also encountered the greatest betrayal of my life, both personally and professionally. This was unchartered territory for me; in the past, I was often the one doing the perpetrating and not the one being taken advantage of. To make matters worse, I was conned by my brother. I was, therefore, susceptible to one low blow after another. I was dejected and hopeless until coming to the realization that a previous experience in life could help me through these trying times. Indeed, it did.
A few years ago, I saw Mario in action when he represented as co-counsel one of my business partners. I was impressed with his work, especially his attention to detail. Mario has an ability to see a case from all angles, like Gary Peyton on the basketball court.
