My selling point after calling a few attorneys in the area, is that Ryan not only took the time to patiently listen to the sypnosis of my situation, but actively asked clarifying questions and immediately delivered a winning game plan to my case —and it was! I had an unbelievable amount of debt and I was in over my head. I the Redford area for a bankruptcy firm but was not successful in finding one. I intend to propose to my long-time girlfriend later this summer, so that we can move to Las Vegas together by the end of December. After that, we needed urgent help fixing our credit. I had a car loan, student loans and credit card debt. I also had another debt (mortgage). My girlfriend had 93k in consumer debt, with 75k of it on credit cards and the rest on her Acura. She does well in her career (makes $120k/yr. gross) which she has a spending issue. Deanna Bundy is an outstanding Bankruptcy Attorney. We handled the entire process via eMail (never met face-to-face). She sent me an information packet that contained everything I needed to do -- including credit training, documents required, and the whole process. She was there for me by telephone at every step of the way. If I got her voicemail, she called me back within 2-hours -- WoW! After the initial hearing with the Bankruptcy Trustee, the Trustee had a few questions (normal), and we handled those expeditiously. She sent me the final discharge notice the DAY she received it. The whole process start-to-finish took 4-months -- exactly 117-days. Anyone who tells you they can do it faster than that probably does not know what they are talking about.
Deanna Bundy is courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and VERY Professional. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a competent Bankruptcy Attorney!

Bert was very knowledgeable and help me thru this and appreciate his professional service to me.
I like the on the line system- modern technology is so amazing. I never had to drive to his office (like my ex-wife did- traveled 45 minutes each way to talk with her lawyer) to get access to him but did everything thru on line and telephone. Set up an appointment time slot on his schedule that he has available and then he calls you back at that time. Be organized and write down your content you want to cover as the time flies by quickly.
He was 4 times cheaper than the first lawyer I had a consultation with to see if I was going to hired her her

I had Mr.Hamor's help to solve my issues with my landlord. I was just so fortunate to know him through my friends' referral.
He is willing to listen to you, very responsive and clear. He explained things to me at each step, what was going on, and what to expect next, including time and fees. While things are very stressful, I could feel very protected because of Mr.Hamor.
At the last occasion facing my landlord, it was incredible that my landlord eventually asked Mr. Hamor (my attorney) for his advice. That tells you how much he is a professional and competent attorney. He was just my hero at that point.
Nobody wants to have an occasion to need an attorney's help. But unfortunately, it happens (like me). I had a very bad experience with another attorney for the same problem (who left me a feeling that he just "fast talked" me and almost convinced me not to have an attorney ever again.). However, my experience with Mr.Hamor has changed my view.
Please get a good one like Rob Hamor. who is passionate, professional and fair. Do not waste your time to find another one by googling. I would highly recommend him.

After speaking with about 25 different attorneys receptionist, Patrick and Associates is by far the best company I have spoken to in the last two weeks. After so many phone calls repeating my story became very tiring and it almost made me want to give up. Speaking with Micheal changed that experience for me. Micheal was such a blessing to speak with because of how honest, direct and knowledgeable he is. Honesty is the best policy and Micheal was very honest about my entire situation and did not just tell me what I wanted to hear. As far as talking to their staff was also a great experience too. I found them to be comforting because you could hear the concern in their voices when I explained my unique situation. We reached out to Patrick & Associates after a bit of a probate mess after the sudden loss of a family member. My mother had called in originally and spoken to Jason Dandy who spent well over an hour over the phone with her. Aspects of the case had changed and I ended up reaching out to Jason again and speaking to him myself for about another hour. At some point I even spoke with Dean for about a half-hour.
In all of the above cases, they were extremely thorough in giving us advice, explaining things in a way that makes sense to someone who isn't a legal professional, etc.
Due to where how our probate case had fallen, we felt it ultimately didn't make sense to retain any lawyer, but for Jason and Dean to have given us a combined ~3 hours of their time up front without charging us, that stands out in my book.
I want to underscore that even had I been charged, I would still be writing this review because this was the best experience I've ever had even talking to legal professionals. I promise this is not an exaggeration.
If I ever find myself needing any sort of probate or estate representation in the future I'm going straight to Patrick & Associates. 100% recommend!

Awful experience,the attorney did not even prepare for the case at all. Do not recommend this office,neither Amber Lee , nor Elimitix office in general, especially for any CDL or driving tickets. Unprofessional, unprepared and non answering when they realized it was their fault for going unprepared to the court. And not talking about some heavy and sofisticated preparation, they went to court fight a CDL ticket without knowing it was a CDL driver. You are better off finding other lawyers in the area, we found some professional ones, but too late after this lawyers’ office fault and non-action.

We reached out to Patrick & Associates after a bit of a probate mess after the sudden loss of a family member. My mother had called in originally and spoken to Jason Dandy who spent well over an hour over the phone with her. Aspects of the case had changed and I ended up reaching out to Jason again and speaking to him myself for about another hour. At some point I even spoke with Dean for about a half-hour.
In all of the above cases, they were extremely thorough in giving us advice, explaining things in a way that makes sense to someone who isn't a legal professional, etc.
Due to where how our probate case had fallen, we felt it ultimately didn't make sense to retain any lawyer, but for Jason and Dean to have given us a combined ~3 hours of their time up front without charging us, that stands out in my book.
I want to underscore that even had I been charged, I would still be writing this review because this was the best experience I've ever had even talking to legal professionals. I promise this is not an exaggeration.
If I ever find myself needing any sort of probate or estate representation in the future I'm going straight to Patrick & Associates. 100% recommend!

After speaking with about 25 different attorneys receptionist, Patrick and Associates is by far the best company I have spoken to in the last two weeks. After so many phone calls repeating my story became very tiring and it almost made me want to give up. Speaking with Micheal changed that experience for me. Micheal was such a blessing to speak with because of how honest, direct and knowledgeable he is. Honesty is the best policy and Micheal was very honest about my entire situation and did not just tell me what I wanted to hear. As far as talking to their staff was also a great experience too. Ezra Goldman gave me my life back. His knowledge of the intricacies of the law is almost like a sixth sense. He could see things that I would never ever notice or consider in a lifetime of reflection. I have a tendency to be a walking(sometimes rolling)ball of stress and anxiety. He handled me well.
I am ignorant of a lot of things, but Mr. Goldman was able to help me make sense of of it all, guide me in the right direction with patience and care with aplomb. He put me at ease as much as humanly possible as legal counsel can be whilst surely being prohibited from making promises. His confidence gave me confidence.
