I am a successful business man with many attorney's, if I have a patent to be filed I see my patent attorney that Bernard referred me as well as my probate attorney.
In life we get sick and need a doctor. In life we have problems and need an attorney. You can count on Bernard to be there for you and not only take your call - take charge. Do not wait until the last minute to find an attorney, then it may be too late!
I have called Bernard countless times over the years and he not only takes my calls, reviews my e mails, he is has never hurt me financially with excessive bills. He is here to help you not hurt you financially.
Many attorneys charge $300+ an hour and bill by the quarter hour, a five minute phone call can cost you $75.00. NOT BERNARD.

Awful experience,the attorney did not even prepare for the case at all. Do not recommend this office,neither Amber Lee , nor Elimitix office in general, especially for any CDL or driving tickets. Unprofessional, unprepared and non answering when they realized it was their fault for going unprepared to the court. And not talking about some heavy and sofisticated preparation, they went to court fight a CDL ticket without knowing it was a CDL driver. You are better off finding other lawyers in the area, we found some professional ones, but too late after this lawyers’ office fault and non-action.

Unable to pay my taxes for several years, with fines and penalties steadily mounting, I was terrified for my future. Searching the internet for help I came upon dozens of firms who claimed they could assist me with the IRS, but I knew picking the wrong company could cause me further problems. One of the best decisions I ever made was to choose Stephen Weisberg and the W Tax Group to aid me in what looked like a hopeless dilemma. From the very first phone call I was calmed and assured that they could help me. There is comfort in dealing with people who are qualified and excel at what they do. Everyone I spoke with at W Tax Group, the staff, the accountants, the attorneys, and especially Stephen Weisberg, comforted me, not just with their expertise, but with their kind words and positive attitudes. And they did exactly what they claimed they could do. I no longer worry when a stranger knocks on my door or I get a phone call from a number I don't recognize. My mother had called in originally and spoken to Jason Dandy who spent well over an hour over the phone with her. Aspects of the case had changed and I ended up reaching out to Jason again and speaking to him myself for about another hour. At some point I even spoke with Dean for about a half-hour.
In all of the above cases, they were extremely thorough in giving us advice, explaining things in a way that makes sense to someone who isn't a legal professional, etc.
Due to where how our probate case had fallen, we felt it ultimately didn't make sense to retain any lawyer, but for Jason and Dean to have given us a combined ~3 hours of their time up front without charging us, that stands out in my book.
I want to underscore that even had I been charged, I would still be writing this review because this was the best experience I've ever had even talking to legal professionals. I promise this is not an exaggeration.
If I ever find myself needing any sort of probate or estate representation in the future I'm going straight to Patrick & Associates. 100% recommend!
