While Mark was not able to help me on this matter he continued to guide me along the way in strategic planning in order to get to the right person who is able to take the case. Mark never charge me and he was in constant communication with me for several months regarding th in which I was under the gun and needed some serious help. I ended up hiring Mark afterwards for other matters as he is very well-versed in knowledgeable, and it’s a matter is outside of his purview he knows the right people to bring in to get it done right and efficiently. Couldn’t speak any higher of any attorney.

I hired Mark to handle a CH 7 bankruptcy case. He practices law out of another attorney's office and "uses" their services. He gave vague recommendations pertaining to certain aspects of this case and left two issues unresolved. I would not engage his services again.

I called and talked to Mark. He was asking me if I support LGBQT and really pushing his gay beliefs on me. I told him I don't see what any of this has to do with settling my automotive debt. Then he started using very vulgar language towards me and hung up. This place needs investigated by the Attorney Generals office. They have an F rating with the BBB.

After the first initial email we got from them me and my wife decided that we were no longer interested in pursuing that visa. Not because of the law firm but we decided that it was too risky of business for us and decided not to proceed. I sent them an email saying I was sorry and no longer wanted to proceed and apologized for wasting there time and that I was going to pay them for there time they had spent on our file.
We had a 45 min consultation, a 15 min phone call followed by a 20 minute phone call. We had no idea that every second of each phone call was being billed out at $480/hour. Long story short they charged us $1740 for a Zoom Consultation, 2 phone calls and an email. And they said that price included things that they didn’t charge for as well, as if they were giving us a break at that price. I feel like they threw the charges at us only because we were no longer working with them. They quoted us 6-8k for the visa and they did about 5% of the work and billed us $1740? Something doesn’t add up. Unfair billing practices!
I don’t expect them to work for FREE but $1740 for an email, 2 phone calls and a consultation is ridiculous.
I would highly suggest you go elsewhere where they are more transparent with their prices.
We are out the $1740 but it’s probably best as there quote of 6-8k would probably end up being 10-14k.

Long story short they charged us $1740 for a Zoom Consultation, 2 phone calls and an email. And they said that price included things that they didn’t charge for as well, as if they were giving us a break at that price. I feel like they threw the charges at us only because we were no longer working with them. They quoted us 6-8k for the visa and they did about 5% of the work and billed us $1740? Something doesn’t add up. Unfair billing practices!
I don’t expect them to work for FREE but $1740 for an email, 2 phone calls and a consultation is ridiculous.
I would highly suggest you go elsewhere where they are more transparent with their prices.
We are out the $1740 but it’s probably best as there quote of 6-8k would probably end up being 10-14k.

Awful Attorney. Takes you money and bills for legal items not performed and is hours late for meetings and then tells you he hasd another meeting and only gives you 15 minutes but bills for hours. Very rude. Bills routinely contain many billing items that never happened such as meetings, filings, phone calls etc. He is not a nice man at all. Does not care about you. If you questions him, he will treat you very badly. Does not care about your case, only cares about being a money mill.

A bankruptcy ruling was made with out my notification. The property was turned over to a legal firm trying to get money from me that wasnt my bankruptcy dept. Attorney Bigelman not only saved my home from illegal posession and sale but got the dept dismissed very quickly.
5 other attorneys declined to take on this case but Attorney Bigelman got the job done unbeliveabley fast! He is a fantastic and personable Attorney!!

I just received a $100 bill from this attorney for a "consultation" after which I was told by phone that the "consultation" was free. Mr. Auslander's reason for billing me: "because the consultation took too long" and because he "didn't get the $500 retainer". Incidentally, he spent most of our meeting time sharing stories about other clients in support of why he ultimately refused to take my case (i.e. no retainer).

linda is the worst person I have ever talked to on the phone. She called my phone 2.19.15 around 11:00 am telling me my payment wasn't in for February. I told her no that my records showed me being paid off she proceeded to yell scream at me and hung up on me. I have been paying for over a year I owed 1,200 since last March. She said I still owed 1400. Are you kidding me. She said we need the payment. I told her NO. She Phung up on me at least 4x's. Then Kim answered the phone had no clue what she was doing and their boss Ira wasn't in today. I don't know about you but this has been the most awful place I've ever been associated with.
