Over the last 4 years my partner and I have went through a child custody battle I wouldn't wish on anyone. The first 2 years we felt very bullied in court. Our lawyers at the time were not successful and ultimately we ended up having to settle. Mr. Fischer helped me through my divorce with a child. He was God sent, he put up a good fight in court and got exactly what I asked for when it came to the custody and child support. He really answers everything you are curious about, and he will tell you how it is if it’s not reasonable. He was always a call or text away and helped my daughter and I through so much. Very grateful and thankful for his services. Not to mention his doggos, they helped a lot through the case too.

I was charged with DWI (1st offense), and for a serious offense one needs strong legal representation. I was fortunate to have Alison Smith represent me. She is highly knowledgeable, with a dose of tenacity and tact. A professional attorney with a strong presence who had a good grasp of my situation while, maintaining her patience as court proceedings are daunting and time consuming. Excellent in communication as she relayed in timely manner activities to fulfill my court obligations/prerequisites/procedures before attending the court. Importantly, I was able to secure my Drivers License from the very get go which could have immobilized me that could have vastly affected my family. My charges were reduced. I was having a hard time finding a real estate attorney to help write an REC for a property I was selling in New Mexico ... I was being shuffled off from one to another, after waiting days for call backs. I found Ms Jurist online, and was impressed with the great ratings. When I called the firm, I got in touch with someone who could help me right away, and within a day was talking with LeNatria. I hired her on the spot. She was attentive and knowledgeable while guiding me through the process of selling my property; at a cost much less than a real estate agent/broker would charge. I appreciated using electronic messaging as the means of communication. It allowed me to go through documents at my pace! ... and, responses to my questions and concerns were very quick. I highly recommend Ms. Jurist and will hire her again when the need arises.

My man got himself in quite a jam which resulted in him being charged with a 1st degree felony. It was a very scary situation,but over the course of a few months she worked with the prosecutors and got his charge reduced to a state jail felony,time served. Which was the best offer he could've got,he should be released in 2-12 days and me&my man's family could not be more happier/thankful.She definitely knows what she is doing&does not stop until the job is done. Toni was right there when I needed her on my first call. She spent a ton of time with me over a period of weeks, both on the phone and via emails. I had property to sell in Cleveland, Texas but I live on the other side of the USA, and my partner had died. I had to clear the title, and it was a mess as there was no probated will. She taught me all about the laws and really got me through the mess I was in. She kept me sane when I thought I'd go nuts. We were able to clear the title and sell the property, closing with no problems. If you need a realtor or a real estate lawyer in that part of Texas that she serves, you can't do better. As mentioned in the title, David is a real straight shooter. We obtained legal consultation from him and he didn't waste anyone's time in telling us our consultation was related to, but outside of his exact area of expertise. He explained to us that if we hired him he would need to familiarize himself with the subject matter, and that would require additional time on the case and therefore additional expenditure. He then recommended 2 attorneys who do practice in the subspecialty in question, offered a refund and upon being emailed 2 weeks later gave 2 more attorneys he recommended who could help. Some lawyers are dishonest, and do nothing more than pad their billable hours. I'd like to think that most lawyers have integrity and are honest. David however is a cut above the rest. His honesty, and candor are unparalleled by any other attorney I've ever worked with (which is a handful), and in hindsight I would have hired him on the spot 2 weeks ago, regardless of the additional money needed to bring him up to speed on the subject matter. David's level of integrity is hard to find in a profession which already prides itself and generally does pretty well in this trait.

David is highly knowledgeable and was a strong advocate on my behalf. Perhaps even more importantly, he was realistic with me upfront about what the process was going to be like, what outcomes I could expect and the ways he could help. Through a frustrating process of dealing with an irrational opposing party and unreasonable opposing counsel, David did an excellent job of moving my legal action forward to a successful conclusion. I recommend David in the strongest terms.

Extremely knowledgeable, great listener, finds several creative solutions. I was considering doing a sublease for a room in a house, and asked David to look over several lease/sublease documents for me. Not only did he save me from accidentally being responsible for rent on an entire house, he made several modifications to the sublease that made sure my rights were as respected as those of the other tenants. He also made sure that I didn't enter into a master lease that would've made me vulnerable to shouldering unfair obligations. He provided several solutions in the form of legal wording and advice on the lease signing process. He was intelligent, easy to talk to, listened, and cared. I give my highest recommendation!

We called Justin Coquat of Traffic Ticket SA regarding a speeding ticket for our teenage daughter she received in Bulverde, TX. We do not have much experience with traffic ticket lawyers, but we felt comfortable with his firm the first time we called them for help. The front office is friendly and professional. I'M HAPPY TO SAY I hired Brett Pritchard after a Free Consultation in March of this year regarding a SAPCR Suit in which I filed. During that consultation I felt that he felt my pain and trusted Brett and his firm to do the best job that they could do for my case, which I understood could have been very lengthy and very costly. I cared for a child for over 11 years that I had no legal rights too. After the biological parent decided she wanted her child to live with her, and after the child told me they didn't want to go, I had to do something, so I filed a SAPCR (Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship) afterwards I needed an Attorney!!! Everyone in his office felt my pain, well at least that's how I felt, from the Receptionist, to the paralegals to the Attorneys, everyone was warm, kind, polite and extremely Professional. Brent Sykora was my Attorney from the law firm, he was very helpful, always available if I needed to speak with him, keeping me advised with important information regarding my case. The paralegals are the best in responding to your messages and uploading any and all documentation. I could log into the portal anytime of the day or night to check my case information, which included everything from documents to billing. Whenever I would visit the office, the most wonderful stylish lady greeted me with a smile and kinds words. Without making my story into a book, I am now Joint Conservator Manager of my Sweetheart. We are now able to see each other again without anyone saying otherwise. Through Mediation the opposing party finally agreed to Joint Custody to avoid Trial, we were indeed ready for Trial!! I know who will have my business should I need to seek legal counsel again. In the best interest of the child is the part that most adults forget, it's not about us, it's about that precious child and keeping those he loves in their life. Do your research if this happens to you, clearly you have rights in the State of Texas if you cared for a child for a six month period regardless if you're related to the child or not, but you have a 60 day window to file paperwork or you'll forfeit your rights and lose any chance you have to remain in the child's life. You MUST Seek good/excellent Counsel to ensure that you are Represented accordingly. Thank you Attorneys, Brett Pritchard and Brent Sykora and the total Pritchard Law Firm. I would highly recommend Mr. Cahan as an extremely intelligent, honest, informed professional. In addition to his knowledge of the law, Cahan embraces human values and that puts him head and shoulders above so many others I have met. I am sincerely grateful for his help and expertise in tenant-landlord issues. His consultation solved my problem so there was no need to hire when I would have.

Our only regret is that we did not find and hire Mr. Cahan sooner to help us with nightmare tenants. Mr. Cahan is an excellent attorney when you need assistance with the eviction of unreasonable and combative tenants refusing you reasonable access to your property for reasons specified in your written lease agreement.
