I was interested in setting up a General Warranty Deed reserving enhanced life estate and met with Tyler Edmondson regarding doing such and he was very informative and knowledgeable about this particular deed and other trusts. He helped me set up the warranty deed which in Texas is termed the Lady Bird Deed. He is very helpful and friendly and I would recommend him for any advice you might have concerning legal matters.

I hired Mr. Stone off the recommendation from a friend. In the process of trying to recover my wrongfully withheld security deposit from my former landlord, I was countersued and subsequently lost in small claims court. After Mr. Stone reviewed my case, he gathered evidence in my favor through various legal routes that I would have been unable to myself. We then filed an appeal which was heard in a higher court. My landlord settled days before the trial and dropped his countersuit. Additionally, he returned my full security deposit and paid all my lawyer fees, including other accrued charges in the legal process. Mr. Stone put a tremendous amount of effort and time into my case and I would trust him with any other legal issues that would require an honest, experienced lawyer.

I was facing a very long process from a wrongful eviction to my deposit of $1400.00 being kept. I covered myself knowing the type of landlord I had. Being a single mother of two with a grandbaby and never being in this situation before I felt hopeless, until I went online and seen this site and chose to try Mr Stone he answered we started to talk about my situation and from then on we never lost contact. Mr Stone made sure I was informed every step of the way. With his knowledge and firmness displayed to this slum lord it was without a doubt he was representing me and to the fullest. After all was said and done my results were a wrongful eviction WON also my deposit and court fees PAID IN FULL. Where this landlord took away from me believing that good people no longer exsist Mr Stone restored. I really appreciate all the work he did to represent me and the stress he took off my family. If your in need of a professional to represent you with a great soul look no more Mr Stone is you guy. Again Mr Stone THANK YOU. fees paid in full. This guy was awesome and then some.

This was Evan's first family law case out of school, but he came prepared. He served more as a mediator than a tool of aggression, which worked out well since the other party didn't have a lawyer and I wanted to solve the disputes amicably and knowledgeably. We hired Tanner to help us clear title to sell a lot that my father owned before his death - unfortunately, my father had no will or trust. Tanner was helpful in guiding us in the right direction so that we can hopefully sell this lot in the near future. His communication was outstanding - we are still in the process of clearing up last minute paperwork on our side (once again, we are located outside of Texas) but Tanner has given specific instructions on completing everything. We appreciated all of his help because it can be a bit confusing when trying to sell a lot without a will or trust. I would definitely recommend Tanner to help out with similar situations, like ours.

We used to despise auto injury attorneys and in two previous auto accidents with injuries we decided not to use an attorney. But when my granddaughter and I were hit from behind by a drunk driver we knew we would need professional support. But we were away from home visiting our daughter when the accident happened and didn't know an attorney in Austin. Fortunately, a friend of our daughter recommended David Todd. Hiring David made the lengthy battle with the drunk driver's insurance companies and eventually with our own insurance company a much less difficult process. David carefully explained the legal process, our options and the issues we faced. He was there for us throughout that process, prepared all of the legal documents and advised us before the depositions. He fought for us like we were his own family and won us a substantial award. David's success in our case means that both myself and my granddaughter will have certainty that future medical problems which may result from the accident will not cause us additional financial burdens. We hope and pray that we will never need this type of professional assistance again, but if we do we would not hesitate to choose David Todd again. Thank you so much David!

My daughter, an owner of a townhome in Corpus Christi, was fighting an HOA that abused the CC&R rules to favor the board. Mr. Coleman was able to get a stagnant case moving forward to resolution. Previous attorneys seemed more interested in racking up charges than making progress. My only regret is in not hiring Mr. Coleman first!

I initially reached out to Brandon over the weekend and he picked up on the second ring. I was looking for legal representation for some Surface Right/Easement Agreement Disputes, and it was overly apparent that he was knowledgeable in this area. I interviewed 2 other attorneys, but glad we chose Brandon. Due to my hectic work/life schedule, much of our correspondence was through emails and text messages, and Brandon was always quick to reply with answers or necessary updates. On one occasion, he spent several hours carpooling with my Father, which isn’t an easy task, but totally Brandon’s idea. Brandon represented my Father and I against a big Pipeline Company and was able to get us what was deserved without needing to go to court. Overall, he’s fair, a man of his words, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Brandon for anyone that is looking for legal representation.
