I contacted Saunders and Saunders and spoke to Robert Saunders several times about my case. He said that his partner would contact me while he was out of town but she didn't. After our second conversation he said he would sent me a retainer agreement but he didn't. After our third conversation, he asked me to send him documentation for my case and then he didn't reply. I followed up by email stating that I was concerned about how much time had passed since I first contacted him and he never replied. This pattern of brief phone calls without actually doing anything went on for over a month. There is no excuse for this - especially for an attorney - no matter how busy they are and I will be reporting this firm to the bar association.

I would give a negative 5 stars if possible. This is worst law firm. I had to get a new attorney because they lied and didn't do anything. For years. They cost me thousands in my settlement because of way they handles case at first.

Chad handled my disability claim with the social security office after they had turned me down. He was easy to work with. Very thorough and patient. He put a lot on hours in on my behalf. Explained the process well, answered my questions, and kept me informed as to what was happening with my case. He even assisted me in getting up to Salt Lake for my hearing. It was a pleasure to work with him.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Brixton Hakes.
He was disinterested in my case from the beginning. He was extremely hard to get ahold of. He acted like he had better things to do. The way he represented me was a joke and I actually think I would have done a better job myself in hindsight.
Their receptionist was always rude. I wish I would have picked someone else to represent me.
I never left my vehicle, was assaulted with my 4 year old son in the back, and I still ended up with the charge.. pathetic.
This law firm and our “ justice system” is a complete joke.
The ugly Tesla they drive around in, is as pathetic as they are.

Brad has been helping me with my custody and other legal issues for several years now and I am just glad that there’s still attorney like him who hasn’t forgot why they went to law school in the first place. I am giving this review on my own without him asking for it because he deserves this honest review. He is very efficient in terms of time and costs and more importantly doesn’t leave you hanging when the situation gets tough/difficult. He always has the time to answer any questions and gets back to you within a day. It is hard to find someone like him these days. I wish there would be more attorneys out there like him. Brad Carr is absolutely the best attorney I have seen.
When my divorce first started I interviewed several attorneys. I had a very complicated case involving a business that was jointly owned by myself and my ex-husband. He is was the ONLY one who took notes and seemed genuinely interested in my case and how I was doing overall. He did not pump me up with a bunch of big promises that he couldn't fulfill. Brad does not have that aggressive "bulldog" personality that you think you need when you first start this process. He does however, approach things calm, respectfully and EXTREMELY INTELLIGENT. In the end that seems to make all the difference. I was very happy with the end result. He is worth every penny!

Mr. Carr is a quick study, responsive, and excellent lawyer. I retained him in a divorce case and feel like he represented me well. He's drama free and was a rational voice with all of the craziness that surrounds a case like this. He was very easy to work with, and I was pleased with the outcome. I trust him and his advise. We needed some contracts created for our new business. Because we're new business owners we greatly appreciated Preston's expertise as he consulted with us. Preston spent as much time as we needed communicating with us and helping us form the legal plan we needed. Preston quickly responded to our questions and requests for revisions to the contract drafts he was writing for us. After the final products were ready, Preston gave us follow-up consulting and made sure we had everything we needed. Preston was very reasonably priced and gave us far greater value for our money than other attorneys we've worked with in the past. This was my first time sueing anyone and I was very nervous. When we first met in person, Jim took the time to explain my options (including walking out and moving on with my life). I understood my options fully and I was very appreciative. When I got my first invoice, I was pleasantly surprised. He was very efficient with his time and even though he did a lot, the invoice amount was a lot less than I anticipated. I think this is partly because he talks very fast and always gets straight to the point. He is definitely not chit-chatty, which is a great trait when you are paying by the hour. He really doesn’t mess around and his experience helped move things forward as quickly as anyone possibly can in the situation. I highly recommend Jim, and I interviewed several attorneys before I decided to go with him. I felt good about him before hiring, and I felt great about hiring him after my experience with his services.

Mr. Dunn is a no-nonsense attorney. He gets right to the point and doesn't waist your time or money. We've used Mr. Dunn as our corporate attorney for most of our 40 year history. We've used him for non compete cases, employee discrimination, collections, contracts and many other cases. We've had favorable outcomes in most all cases.
He is always responsive. Rarely do I find that we have to wait more than a day to get a response, which isn't typical in the legal world. He applies common sense in all maters, and most of all, I find his judgement to be sound. He speaks in terms that the lay person can understand. I highly recommend Mr. Dunn.

I have retained Bill on several occasions to deal with sticky situations that other attorneys would not so easily or carefully be able to navigate with so much success. I wish I could fully convey my thoughts about Scott. Scott took on my case midway through the process when my previous attorney quit my divorce. I found myself in a really bad spot having to find a new attorney that was willing to go to trial with a judge that was not in my favor, and against my ex’s attorney who was free. Scott had good graces knowing that I came from an attorney that honestly loathed him, and he took up my banner in the middle of his heavy case load. I cannot tell you how indebted to him and his team for making the impossible possible.
By the time my trial came my case had been completely revamped. His partner Mckail worked diligently on my exhibits for my case and spent the time to really prepare all my witnesses before trial. We walked in to court with a better case than I had in the last year, and Scott’s acumen in the trial was shrewd and well informed. His arguments consistently met with the approval of the judge, and he deftly handled my ex’s attorney when they tried to sneak in testimony that was underhanded.
In the end I got what I fought for two years for, my kids and the equal right to be involved in their lives. My children and I are the direct benefactors of Scott’s skills and help. I absolutely give my recommendation to Scott as an attorney worth working with.

I am so grateful to Attorney Shorts. He helped my years ago with an eviction from a couple who trashed my house--went to court but the people settled before the judge--I am convinced it was the professionalism and swiftness with which Jeremy responded. Now just recently I want to know about selling on contract and he gave me the BEST answers so I don't make a huge mistake. If you are a landlord go this guy BEFORE you rent or lease your place out--use his paperwork (no cost) and then use him if push comes to shove!

Jeremy and his team had done a great job with an eviction! It is never a pleasant task but they made it simple, easy and stress free.
I called their office late on Friday and Jeremy returned my call that same evening to explain the process. He also sent me a detailed email on the steps to take. I had him handle the process and he had a notice served Monday and tenants were gone by Thursday. Their follow up was great. I also used his Rental Agreement which was a big help.
I highly recommend using his firm and will continue.
