Carl recently assisted me with a real estate transaction. We needed a lawyer to review and formulate documents regarding the sale of a small business from a sole proprietor to an LLC. Jonathan was assigned my case which was already in progress when assigned by my insurance company. He immediately familiarized himself with the case, quickly assessed previous efforts and decisions to resolve and made recommendations on how to proceed. It was a bit of a unique scenario, one that John himself indicated he had not seen previously, and throughout the entire process was communicative, professional, informational and assertive which in the end, worked out as favorably as possibly. I would recommend John if you're looking for representation that is assertive while maintaining professionalism, however maintains a no-nonsense demeanor in the pursuit of resolution.

Jonathan helped handle a case where the plaintiff was impacted in their car and sued myself and another car driver for damages. The results were the best that could be expected - very minimal damages on my part, and with only a couple appearances required of me. Mr. Missen showed decorum, poise, and a cheerful disposition during the entire process, which no doubt helped the results turn out as they did. He was knowledgeable without being pushy, and this came across in deposition and arbitration. I was pleased to have his support and skill in the case, and would want him on the case again if a similar situation arose.

I have known Bob since the early 1990's when I came in contact with him through his representation of a mutual client. Later, in a very complex and protrated high-profile contract dispute, I chose him to represent me personally for three major reasons: First, I had seen him in action and was impressed with his skills as a trial lawyer, Second, he was recommended by a friend that I trusted, and Finally, I had observed that he headed a botique firm where the partners did the work, not a phalanx of associates. My husband and I hired Claudia Augustine to write our wills- which we had been putting off forever. We were intimidated by the idea of it all, but Claudia put us at ease and talked us through the process. Not only was she thorough, but she made it very easy for us as she came to our home to go over and sign all of the documents. Justin is a highly knowledgeable and diligent lawyer. His integrity is second to none. When I first approached Justin for legal advice, I was hoping to avoid the need for a lawyer altogether, but wanted the opinion of someone trustworthy. Justin took the time to make a few inquiries on my behalf before recommending that I utilize his services.
His advice was highly beneficial. Justin quickly ascertained that the responsible party in my legal claim had no intentions of otherwise making things right (which explained the roadblocks I was facing on my own). Once Justin took on my case, the claim was taken seriously and he was able to expeditiously settle my case. He handled all of the details and otherwise removed all of the personal burden of dealing with an unfortunate situation.

We were involved in a construction contract dispute involving an unlicensed, underqualified, unresponsive and untrustworthy contractor who, among other things, filed a frivalous lien on our project. Fortunately for us, we retained Ms. Foster to handle this situation. She immediately communicated with the contractor's attorney and within weeks the lien was removed and the matter resolved in our favor. I contacted Ms. Westphalen (now Wagner I believe) to help me transition from a
Sole proprietor business structure to a corporation. Ms. Wagner was extremely prompt and professional and helped me make this transition. I literally only had to answer a few questions and sign a few forms. The fees for services were entirely reasonable and my corporation was formed quickly and is up and running today.
Mimi seems to care about each of her clients and no matter how busy she is, she makes time for even small clients like me.

I met Joseph Mintz needing representation fast as I started to get nervous appearing before a judge for a show cause hearing in Clark county, I, myself, have some background in courts and have represented people as an authorized representative so I am familiar with court procedures and etiquette (decorum). Nevertheless, Joseph was the smartest choice I made to represent me. We avoided trial or a judgement completely, by taking the information in, creating a plan that he knew would work, allowing me to tweak it to where it will better for me and negotiated further until all parties were satisfied. He made an agreement binding that was so fair, it cost less than the fees would have been if I would have proceeded alone and WITHOUT a negative judgement against me.
Of the four hearings I've seen while waiting to present the agreement to the judge, we fared the best... the others had judgement against them.
Joseph is young and attentive and he will be going places really soon. You rarely hear someone say "I got lucky" when it comes to selecting an attorney but I don't what else to call it when you can find an attorney that can absorb all kinds of detail, filter out what's important in the end and turn ground chuck into steak.

We hired Michael to set up our wills. I had tried doing it myself in the past with online forms but it was too time consuming to do it and I wasn't sure if all grounds were being covered. Michael was great to work with. We met with him for one hour and went over our plans - he made recommendations and guided us to think about options we hadn't considered. Within a few days he had our wills ready for review. We had another meeting scheduled to sign it and that was it. Very easy. It did not take much of our time. And the end result is a will we are comfortable with.
