My brothers and I inherited the mineral rights and wind power rights from land my parents owned in North Dakota. Zach setup our LLC in WA and filed it in ND. He worked directly with a lawyer in ND and the wind energy company to ensure that all of the rights were moved over from my parents' trust to the new LLC.
Everything went smoothly! I highly recommend Zach and would be happy to work with him again.

I've been wanting to get my affairs in order for awhile...but didn't know where to start. Zach was a tremendous help. He asked me to complete a questionnaire and then met with me to review my estate and wishes. In a few weeks, Zach drafted my will, health directive, POA and Medical POA. They were perfect!
He also recommended that I file my documents with King County records -- I didn't even know that was an option, but I'm going to file them next week.
Zach is smart, trustworthy, patient and kind. I couldn't be more pleased with the process. He made estate planning a great experience. I highly recommend him!

I own a small dry cleaners, family owned, and using perc as a solvent. When our landlord refinanced the bank required them to test for contamination. Even though I had insurance, the process became very stressful. I felt at the mercy of my landlord, the environmental companies they hired and the dept. of ecology. I sought help from a friend in the industry and he highly recommended Bill willard.
I could not be more pleased with the work Bill has done for us. As He educated me on my options I found him to be very knowledgeable. When he came to meetings with us he was obviously the most informed person in the room giving us a position of strength and confidence. His guidance was spot on and he took great pains to make sure I knew all my options. We had a situation where the work a contractor did on our house was so bad that it had to be completely demolished and redone (by a much more trustworthy company). Bill was an excellent person to work with while we tried to recover our damages. He had extensive knowledge of the subject matter of construction law, and was a great tactician, .always planning several steps ahead to anticipate what the other side's lawyers and insurance company might try. His communication with us was always timely and detailed without being overwhelming, always making sure we understood what he was doing on our behalf, the advantages and risks of any decisions, etc.. I felt that he understood our needs and priorities well enough that we could always go with his recommendations when we had decisions to make, and those always turned out to be the correct decisions for us. I can't imagine that we could have gotten any better results with any other attorney, or that anyone else could have mitigated the stress of what we had to go through any more than he did. His fees were certainly reasonable -- to be honest, I accused him at least once of billing us for less hours than he worked, but he always denied that.. Great person to work with.

We highly recommend him. We met with Mr. Sinclair, who advised us on the judgment letter we received after going to small claims court. He advised us of our options and we talked about the cost of an appeal. He was very knowledgeable of the laws and what other options we should take. He listened to us and truly cared.

Mr. Lincoln says on his website that he is much more efficient because he uses email to communicate rather than office visits. It took him days to respond to my first email in which he asked for more information. I sent a second email with the information requested and it took him 3 weeks to respond. His response was to confirm that I didn't need anything further from him. Why would I ask for his help if I didn't need it? A phone call would have been appropriate if he was confused as to why I contacted him in the first place.

Pete was referred to me by my attorney because of his experience with litigation. He did an excellent job in negotiationg with the other parties involved, was very thorough and on point with his legal briefs, and ultimately very persuasive in court. The outcome was exactly what I was looking for, and he followed up after the judgment to make sure all details were taken care of. When I reviewed the billing I found that he itemized his time clearly and was definetly efficient with his time. I feel I was treated fairly and received excellent advice and representation.

Pete helped us work through a nasty situation where a neighbor was blocking our view of the water and the subsequent failure of the Home Owner Association to enforce a view corridor agreement.
Pete was very easy to work with; knowledgeable; a great mentor; and very cost focused. Even though he is a trial lawyer, Pete was adamant on keeping our dispute out of court. He worked well with the other sides attorney. He was able to make it possible to address our issues through mediation. Brad (Bradford Timothy Doll) handled a land-use legal situation for me, and was selected out of a pool of 4 other attorneys that were interviewed thoroughly on their experience and would-be approach. Prior to the selection process Brad read through all initial documentation sent him and asked several very specific and clarifying questions. This was impressive as it showed a high level of attention to detail and interest in the case. Brad was the only attorney to construct for us a comprehensive strategy AND a plan to actually achieve that strategy. We liked that his plan was more comprehensive and provided foresight potential legal actions and consequences beyond just the initial stages. This included "what if" scenarios and realistic expectations of scope, schedule and cost. The initial letter composed by Mr. Doll and sent to the opposing side was thorough, solid and well-researched as were all subsequent documentation produced. The letter achieved a robust level of meaningful communication without being over the top in any way. I always felt that I was in "the know" regarding the process and proceedings the entire time; additionally Brad was very conscientious in adhering to scope and budget (and communicating with us each step of the way). The excellent level of communication was especially appreciated as many legal wrangling's could appear confusing and overwhelming to the layman. Brad was also able to provide solid references for other needed professionals (such as reputable contractors and Geotechnical Engineers). Overall, Brad was very efficient at ensuring that the time-sensitive situation moved along as expeditiously as possible while communicating effectively with all parties concerned. I never felt like I had to prod anybody to get an answer, Brad took care of this. Brad was always available for questions, and exuded patience, calmness and a high degree of knowledge in all of his input and responses. All in all, Brad did an excellent job in every respect, making what could have been a very stressful legal situation easier to navigate. I would hire the legal services of Mr. Doll or his firm again if the need arose.

We were so blessed to finally get Katy as our representation in Washington. We had a lawyer before Katy and he was not responsive and did not make the time for our very time sensitive case. Katy on the other hand was so attentive to the sensitivity of our custody suit. We live in Texas so there were many challenges seeing as our custody suit had to be fought in Washington. The transaction was complex and required the handling of numerous documents and the dealing with several opposing attorneys from major Seattle law firms. Worked with Neli Espe on setting up our new business. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and cuts though the chase right away. Her work saved us a lot of headaches and money down the road. She prepared and negotiated our commercial lease, protected out trademarks and copyrighted the web design; drafted the employment agreements and vendor contracts. I went to trial for a breathalyzer refusal and won. This is a very tough thing to beat and Morgan got me through this case. The case was strung out over a year but Morgan remained committed and determined to see this through even though the chances of winning a refusal once it has gone to trial are slim. Steve helped guide several multimillion dollar transactions through to the finish line. In one case, Steve negotiated and drafted all legal documents related to a transaction with Netherlands-based multi-national company and involved another nine individual share holders. Involved property transfer, leases, and a myriad of other complex issues. In another instance, Steve negotiated sale of shares in a company where Washington Tribe and native individual were both shareholders and purchaser of shares of another 5 individuals. If you're reading this, you are looking for a attorney. Such an endeavor is very stressful and you're likely in an extremely emotional state of mind. First, let me point out that even though lawyers take a oath, most are very crooked and just out for money. Once the money runs dry, their services do too. You are in need of someone that is honest and has your best interest at heart, willing to see things through to the end, not just throw in the towel when things get complicated. You are in need of someone that is knowledgeable, understanding, and dedicated. I can tell you that Emily Brooks meets these things, and they are very, very hard to find in today's society. I hired Emily in 2015 with a real estate issue where the other side had millions of dollars to spend on attorneys and corruption, and I have an extremely limited income. I had first used Northwest Justice Project (NWJ), but when they found out how complicated the case was due to the unethical conduct of the other side, they suggested I hire an attorney with more resources that can devote more time and energy to the case. Emily was fresh out of school and just opened her own office. Even considering how inexperienced she was, she regularly went up against attorneys with 30+ years of experience and had an impressive track record. As a matter of fact, she had to deal with over 4 of them all having over 30+ years experience in real estate law for our case alone! The other side kept filing frivolous motions, appeals, and any other delaying tactics throughout the entire 4-year battle (starting with NWJ), despite strong verbiage from judges on how fruitless such actions would be. Emily fought tirelessly and stayed focused on our case, always saying this was about justice and making things right. Because of our income, we only could afford to have Emily write us some letters initially, but when she saw the injustice, she fought the entire case at trial with minimal further financing from us. A lot of the work was also done by her paralegal, Jonathan, who also was despised at the unethical behavior of the other side, and took a considerable amount of time out of his own personal life to help fight this case. In the end, Emily won our case! Actually, she won on three separate occasions on three different angles the other side kept trying to pursue before the other side took things to an appeals court. Unfortunately, we did not retain Emily for the appeals case because we were not sure what to expect, but our appeals attorney (who also had 30+ years of experience) was able to keep the case from trial purely because of the excellent documentation and work Emily had done. Let me also point out that the appeals attorney didn't seem nearly as efficient or knowledgeable as Emily. We are so thankful for Emily for all she did for us and highly recommend her to anyone needing an attorney.

My wife and I rented a house in Ellensburg WA. for a year. Prior to leaving we made sure the house was spotless and looked better then when we arrived. After moving we found out the landlord, who was use to renting to college kids, tried to keep our deposit stating the house was not properly cleaned and had reported damage that we did not do. We really didn't care about the money so much but hated the idea of this person taking advantage of people who couldn't do anything about it. After a quick call to Gonzaga University's law department, I was referred to Emily Brooks from Brooks Plumb Law Firm. Within no time, and after sending off a well crafted letter to the landlord, she got us a 100% refund and compensation to pay legal fees. -Professional and timely in all of his communications, even to let me know, there's a delay from the opposing counsel. He loves the legal field, problem solving, writing, negotiating and helping me navigate the laws without getting too deep into the weeds. He doesn't waste your time, he presents options and pros/cons. He tells you the honest facts. He’ll fight for you. He guided and taught me so I was understanding both the process, our strategy and application of the law.
I have to believe the East Coast big city opposing attorney was (secretly) equally impressed with Christopher. The arguments he presented gave the opposing counsel strong data to take back to his customer that compelled them to settle substantially higher than the puny settlement they originally proposed.
I not only highly recommend Christopher but will use him again in the future to create business contracts, and also if a situation/issue arises where I need legal counsel.
