With such a big decision, I’m so glad that I made the right one by choosing Mr. Chang. The communication was outstanding, professional and the outcome more than I could have hoped for. At such a vulnerable time, I had other attorneys that I interviewed using fear tactics that almost worked. I hired David Braun for a violation of felony probation and he got me out of jail to fight the case. He then got me time served while the state insisted I serve the bottom of the guidelines 94 months. He really dig into the case and worked for me every step of the way.

Personally I had bad experience with this firm , initially I contacted the is firm because we need to resolve an issue with something we purchased and we got scammed for more than 5k with a company in Miami , this firm ask for every detail in this case and they took it but after 3 months I was trying to contact them and the person in charge of my case was no longer available and they didn’t tell us anything like an update or anything so I had to call Them and also write many messages via Instagram and after 3 weeks they finally responded just saying that they not gonna take my case without mentioning anything Terrible customer service and I believe the lawyers or attorneys working there are really amateur and with zero professionalism

Worse experience with an attorney. Communication is horrible, front office staff is rude and false promises made throughout the entire process. My personal opinion would be to save your money and get a public defender. The only thing this man did that helpful was show up to court when we had work. Last day of court a man incarcerated was last standing and Randall was not present as he was in a different court however, did not communicate this to anyone else either that he was representing this day. For the price charged it is definitely not worth the money to hire. Save your money for the fees and fines you will more than likely have to pay in the end anyways. If I could give no stars I gladly would

My boyfriend has a family case which we wasn't knowledgeable about. It’s incredible to read the other review that had a negative experience with his law firm Because it sounds just like my story. Lack of action, the feeling like you are begging or asking for something rather than paying for service. The lack of thorough explanation about the legal process and the simplicity of time your actual consequences seems to be a trademark of this lawyer. I am now confused because I don’t know if he was working for the DA office or if he was there to represent me and fight for my innocence because looking back, there was always a deal on the table, There was always an option of simplicity, as if he didn’t want to be bothered with this issue. I completely understand the result of those actions because a simple search and reading of the legal system lead me to understand the consequences of his lack of action, a convicted felon, taking the time to explain or looking into other options rather than a quick deal that he prosecutor to get out of the way. I’m not here to ask for anything from the justice system or from this man I’m here to prevent you from making a mistake if you’re reading this for an actual lawyer says if you feel like your second home then go ahead and hire him

I met this man a couple years ago when a friend of mine needed help and I'll tell you what from back then he was amazing but I ended up getting into some trouble and as soon as he received the phone call he jumped into action I used his bail man and I was out within a few hours and I had Mr Chris retained before I even was released I can sell you one thing about him when it comes to his clients he does not play around with the case that I had pending I was looking at doing many years but this man right here made sure that I received a phone call from him today with the best news ever that my case was dismissed I can never thank him enough too bad I can't make a cheesecake take in anymore but if you are ever in need of a great or one of the best I should say criminal defense attorneys call this man right here. While representing his client who was charged with other domestic violence battery and felony burglary Kurt knowingly made demonstrably false statements about me (who is the victim in the case). I guess he’s so used to this his law firm lying with no consequences that he willingly put his legal license on the line for an abusive client who can’t even pay him.

Upon being charged with fraud, elder abuse and identity theft, I personally interviewed 5 lawyers to represent me. I was facing 10 years in prison. I choose Mr. Russell because of his intelligence, demeanor and his experience. During my meeting with Mr. Russell, he patiently listened to me and we reviewed my case. I was very impressed with his insights into my case. IMO, Mr. Russell’s initial assessment of the possible outcomes were reasonable expectations. He did not make any false promises. Because of Mr. Russell and his office’s diligent time and efforts, the charges against me were dismissed. I will be forever grateful to Mr. Russell that I am able to move forward with my life.

Tried to give a call. I couldn’t hear and kept asking can they hear me. The lady on the other end rudely answered ‘again how can I help you’ instead of simply saying ‘yes I can hear.’ If this is the treatment on a first call I can only imagine working and paying my money to these people.

My husband and I needed some legal help, counseling, advice, and direction. We were hoping to sit down with someone who would listen to the situation that we have found ourselves in and then provide for the above-mentioned needs. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Several times in conversation, he made comments regarding our intelligence, or lack thereof, cut us off while we were speaking, had zero interest in listening to our concerns about said situation, and was subsequently of no help. He spoke horribly about his secretary and was rude to her. He made an easy two hundred and fifty dollars off of us, and we left frustrated and with no guidance at all. If you are also in need of the same kind of help as we were, look somewhere else or seek counseling with his daughter, Angela Guttman, and don't waste your time or money.
