He was my court appointed lawyer, i had other attorney that wanted me to hire them to take my case, deferring me from court appointed lawyer and advise me the best option is to hire one. i knew i had a good case and Adrian Perez confidence made me feel confident and less stress about the situation. Mr. Hall guided me through every step of my first DWI offense. I didn’t lose my license and didn’t have to go to court. He initiated an alternative to get me in the pre-trial diversion program.

Mr Hall worked with me for over two years to resolve this case. He worked tirelessly and never left me with any questions regarding my case and was willing to talk me through every step and every option along the way.
He was able to keep me driving throughout the process, which was a must. As the case progressed, he worked tirelessly to get advantageous motions passed that eventually resulted in The State filing for a motion to dismiss.

From our very first initial meeting ( which was also during the COVID pandemic) I explained to him details of what happened when I was wrongly accused for something and charged for injury to an elderly. I told him I had all my documentation and sent it straight over to his office from that he told me exactly what he was going to do without having to go any further into prolonging the case. He got my case dismissed and I never had to go to court expect for the very first time and that was to sign for a court appointed attorney and I was blessed with him. I never got to thank him for what he did for me so I am writing this review because he is an amazing lawyer and he listens and he will fight and do all he can for you.

I’m so happy I decided to go with Mr. Barnett. Not once did he try to deceive me on the process of my case. Other lawyers I spoke with made it seem like everything would be done in a month. I had searched and searched for the right attorney to hire to help my brother, who has been held in Trinity County for almost 3 years. Each attorney that was used failed to help him. Tommy Hull and his paralegal Kenna are awesome! I picked Tommy as my criminal defense attorney after an officer made a false DWI allegation against me. As a former prosecutor, Tommy is incredibly knowledgeable and knows how to get things done; he’s a straight shooter and always made time to meet with me when I had questions, and was able to give a realistic guesstimation of outcome right away, but never sugar coated anything(he tells you things you don’t want to hear but need to). Paralegal Kenna is also awesome, she was super responsive, and knowledgeable giving answers she knew on the fly, or reaching out to Tommy when needed. Tommy is a little more pricey than some options in the region, but in my opinion a very worthwhile investment. He had everything taken care of within 7 weeks, and while he told me that I could expect to lose my drivers license; he ended up having the ALR case dismissed too… So I never lost my license, which statistically is something that lawyers in these cases are only able to achieve less than 5% of the time. But I think that’s very much consistent with who he is… I’d guess Tommy is easily within the top 5% of lawyers capability wise.

Heather Barbieri gets unbelievably GOOD results for her clients. She often wins acquittals and gets cases dismissed, even when the case doesn't look good for the client. Defense attorneys are not miracle workers, but she's as close as it gets. And she's honest and does not charge too much, only what is necessary to defend her clients. PAY ATTENTION!!!!! I reached out to King because he had good reviews. He literally was the first & only lawyer I reached out to (also the 1st one that popped up..lol) thank GOD! We payed him a consult Fee due to how far he had to travel but ended up not needing to hire him because the case was dismissed. Mr. King is a stellar attorney!! I consulted Jeff when I was made to show cause for false official statement and fraternization and was immediately impressed by him. Being accused of a criminal case is something that marks your life forever. Not only does it affect you in the legal way, but it can also have an impact on various aspects of you life like your employment, immigration status (like in my case) and it can be emotionally and financially stressful. I was dealing with a possible probation revocation, I spoke with Mr.Keating about how I wanted go forward with my probation and he explained all the possible scenarios that could happen and answered any questions I had. He has great patience, very understanding, doesn’t make you feel judged, and overall makes you feel comfortable which then builds confidence with your choice of choosing him to represent you. He’s very honest with how he feels an outcome will play out and let’s you decide whether or not you want to take route. My probation was going ideal until my probation officer filed the motion to revoke me earlier than expected, I ended up having a warrant for my arrest. Mr.Keating came up with a solution to keep me from going to jail (as I have 2 kids dependent on me) and that required me to step into the courthouse full of officers. I honestly was very hesitant but I trusted him and I walked out of the courtroom discharged from my probation a month earlier than my intended date! I also adore his paralegal Robin! She is truly amazing, she’s has great communication, great response time, and helped me feel comfortable and at ease with an undesirable situation! I’m sure he has multiple clients but him and his staff really make you feel like you’re a priority which is so important when dealing with time sensitive matters. I have never been in trouble with the law in my life. So, when I was charged with multiple class B felonies, it was incredibly stressful. Mr. Churak was able to get me a reasonable bond amount; lower than what I had researched for similar charges. Mr. Churak took care of all my hearings; I did not have to appear in court at all. It took a couple of years, but in the end, he got the case dismissed. I feel the amount he charged was more than reasonable, especially given the outcome. The total was $10,000, and honestly, it was the best money I've ever had to spend. I would definitely place my trust in him and his abilities again should the need ever arise again.
