I was dealing with a possible probation revocation, I spoke with Mr.Keating about how I wanted go forward with my probation and he explained all the possible scenarios that could happen and answered any questions I had. He has great patience, very understanding, doesn’t make you feel judged, and overall makes you feel comfortable which then builds confidence with your choice of choosing him to represent you. He’s very honest with how he feels an outcome will play out and let’s you decide whether or not you want to take route. My probation was going ideal until my probation officer filed the motion to revoke me earlier than expected, I ended up having a warrant for my arrest. Mr.Keating came up with a solution to keep me from going to jail (as I have 2 kids dependent on me) and that required me to step into the courthouse full of officers. I honestly was very hesitant but I trusted him and I walked out of the courtroom discharged from my probation a month earlier than my intended date! I also adore his paralegal Robin! She is truly amazing, she’s has great communication, great response time, and helped me feel comfortable and at ease with an undesirable situation! I’m sure he has multiple clients but him and his staff really make you feel like you’re a priority which is so important when dealing with time sensitive matters. Definitely recommend to anyone needing legal assistance.

My very close friend made the mistake of a third DWI. He faced felony charges and deportation back to his birth country (he was born in Vietnam, but raised here since he was a toddler). Due to the immense stress of this pending trial, he even suffered physically/medically.
Jack was very compassionate and even took the time to meet my friend/client, his brother, and even me in his office.
He answered all of my texts and calls very quickly throughout the entire process. He even answered a frantic weekend call from me (when he was probably with his family).
Jack made miracles happen and was able to receive a misdemeanor plea deal within a very short time (less than 5 months).

This lawyer saved my life at a very bad time when I sustained a terrible injury. Mr. Adams supported me in every way imaginable. He is a warrior and was able to obtain a large settlement which was much larger than the insurance co wanted to pay. These lawyers have deep roots roots in SE Texas which I think also helped. Gilbert Adams came highly recommended when my mother fell on an unsafe, wet floor at a local restaurant causing head injuries. We decided to put our trust in him. I was indicted for multiple felonious charges stemming from an on-duty shooting while employed as a police officer.

I was wrongfully arrested for a Class A misdemeanor and Tyler was able to have my case dismissed. A standup gentleman who is attentive, responded to all my messages, calls and concerns. I went through one of the worse ordeals of my life. A domestic violence case that left me completely traumatized. At first I wasn't aware the severity of my charges. After speaking to a friend who is an attorney (divorce attorney), and also doing my research, I realized how serious my charges were and that I needed attorney asap. I needed an Attorney who is not just good but also cares about his clients.
I went on the quest of desperately finding an attorney. Called numerous criminal defense law office phone numbers, they were either no answering their phones, not available to answer questions at the time and was going to call me back, charging a consultation fee prior to speaking with them, or very unprofessional in answering the questions I had because I asked too many questions.
Tyler was the first person to call me back few hours after I called him. No consultation fee needed. He was so patient in answering all my questions, and I had alot too. Talking to him felt soothing. We then scheduled an in person consultation for the next day. I felt a sense of peace after meeting & speaking with him. He was compassionate, very professional, and kind. He listened to me with no judgment and showed empathy. He then assured me he would do all he can in his power to have my case dismissed.
After retaining him, I would text or call him for some answers, and he nevers hesitate to respond to my text or calls & he did so as promptly as possible. I never felt ignored or neglected not once. His communication was top notched.
For my first court date, Tyler and I showed up on that day. My first win was that he was able to get the judge to lift the protective order against me. I was so over joyed & thankful because I could now get back to my home. Meanwhile, some other attorneys had told me that it was impossible to have the protective order lifted.
You see, WHAT GOD CANNOT DO TRULY DOES NOT EXIST!
Next, he asked that my court appearances be waved and got that approved. It took two more court dates to finally get my case DISMISSED and this was due to a change of the prescutor on the case. Today, my case got DISMISSED y'all!!! OMG!!

Goshh!!! I can now breathe easily!!! I felt like I was holding my breathe underwater the entire time I had this case going. God showed up and showed out for me through Tyler. It's his way of showing me that he's always with me. Almost the list of attorneys I called (up to 10), God hand picked Tyler for me to show me he is in control and he loves me, and would never leave me nor forsake me. LORD I THANK YOU!!!

I hired them for my divorce. I worked with them for almost 1.5 years and they didn't know that the biggest reimbursement claim I had wasn't valid until the opposing attorney educated them on the law. Further, I got charged for responding to emails they sent me. They make sure everyone in the office touches your file so each individual can bill you. They are expensive and incompetent. I spent almost $70,000 just to fire them before the final decree. They wanted $5000 to finish the divorce. I got it done by a competent attorney for $1000. Divorce is hard and it drains you on so many levels. Do yourself a favor and find a competent attorney that is reasonable priced. These ladies aren't it. They made a bad situation even worse.

Dear Jennifer and the Martinez Legal Team,
I just wanted to say thank you for everything you have done. While mediation did not prove to be ideal, you helped ensure that my youngest son will be able to continue the one activity he is enthusiastic about and that I didn't get stuck with my ex-wife's debt. It brings a lot of solace that my youngest son does have financial support to pursue his karate passion throughout his childhood if he desires to do so. While I wish she would have wanted to support our son's interest simply because it is his interest instead of using it as a bargaining tool, we got close to what she owed me in a way that protects my son and an activity that brings him joy and increased self-confidence, which is far more important to me. You also helped me understand what was and was not worth fighting based off of what our judge would likely rule. This helped me accept the situation and allowed us to reach an agreement and not drag on the divorce process another three months.
I am sure no divorce process is ever easy. I also know that family law attorneys (or attorneys in general) don't have the best reputation, but you are the type of person who should be doing what you are doing and should not be lumped in with the negative opinion of lawyers. From what I have seen you are in this profession for the right reasons and you look to do what is right within the confines of the laws and the judged you work with.
