I am in extreme pain and disbelief at how my kids and I are homeless today, living out of hotels, and suffering to a degree that is unconscionable, after Mr Noble pressured me to settle my discrimination and assault case for far less than what we agreed to before mediation. I had high hopes in Mr. Noble's skills during the years of litigation before the disastrous second mediation right before the scheduled trial date. There was no justification to yell, demean and bully me during the mediation, and to further ignore the grave concerns I repeatedly brought to his attention for years about the extent of the harms visited upon my family and me by the defendants and their agents. I do not know why I was treated in this manner, as I worked very hard on my case and tried to cultivate a respectful, positive working relationship with Mr Noble and the entire team. I am already at risk of discrimination and harassment by virtue of my religious, ethnic and gender characteristics.
Now that my claim was dismissed, I continue to be very vulnerable and unprotected, which is the opposite of everything I hired Mr Noble for. I believe an economist should have evaluated my damages from the start. I forgive Mr. Noble, however I do not believe in suffering in silence. May God bring complete justice to my family.

My divorce was not an easy one by any means. The other party did not want to be a participate in the process that she initiated, be fair financially, and was in character throughout the two and half yr process. Veronica weeded through this from minute one.
Veronica jumped on board in my case more than halfway through the process from the recommendation of my previous attorney to get my case resolved. There is a reason he recommended her. Veronica was forceful and stern during the negotiations(mediation) with the other party and was always looking out for my best interests financially which included doing everything possible from the first day I spoke to her to avoid trial which is where my case was headed. The reason for the referral from my previous attorney.
During one of most difficult times of your life, Veronica attempted to understand everything on a personal/emotional level as well beyond the business aspect of divorce.
Veronica is extremely knowledgeable of the NJ laws of divorce which is so important. She is professional, cordial, assertive, and great at explaining things/answering questions. Veronica also will hold you accountable if she needs to which is important in this process.
The firm in Springfield is professional and welcoming; which is includes her paralegal Diana O who I would like to acknowledge as well.
In divorce, no one wins or loses. My JOD was fair and equitable at the end of the day which is what should have happened. Veronica accomplished that for me with honesty and sincerity from day one.

I would like to acknowledge Ty & his staff for being trustworthy, understanding, respectful & honorable... His attention to detail & preciseness is impeccable!!! I have a very serious case of racial discrimination & other violations ...Ty & Staff are not ignorant & will take positive /precise measures to ensure equity....I must say it was very hard to find a lawyer to take a stance against the police ...most Attorneys go along with systemic racism & profit off it !!!!!!! The person on the phone with my mom or secretary was really rude to her and we asked for a representative who speaked spanish and the representative was super rude and didnt let us get a word in and acted as if we didnt know what we called for. She kept on cutting off my mom and wouldnt let us get in contact with the lawyer. My mother had questions asked and she needed time to remember them and she kept ln rushing her. Bad service i wouldnt contact again

I wasted about 40-45 mins with this lawyer several years while I discussed my issue with him and showed him proof of my allegations. He repeatedly told me how much money it was going to cost me and really couldn't tell me if I had a case. I think the trouble is that my case did not include suing for damages so he would not benefit from taking my case.

I paid Husain A. Gatlin $2,500 to represent me in a simple civil dispute. From the beginning, he was difficult to get a hold of, and even though I only reached out with legitimate questions, Gatlin only communicated through a document uploading website, through which it took several days to get a response.
Communication got so bad with Gatlin that another lawyer of mine attempted to contact him regarding vital matters- he and I still got no response for weeks.
Gatlin made it clear to me -by actually telling me- that he was tired of this case and had no interest in continuing it. It was such a relatively minor case (albeit very important to me) that he simply lost interest when it started taking just a little longer than expected to reach a resolution.
WORSE OF ALL, I didn’t find out until trial commenced (with a new lawyer) that a major point of contention between the other party and me was caused by Gatlin’s carelessness.
Part of my countersuit against the other party was for trespassing. It didn’t come out until the trial, when opposing counsel brought it to my attention while I was on the witness stand, that unbeknownst to me, Gatlin had given the go-ahead to the other party to enter my property WITHOUT CONSULTING ME, OR EVEN TELLING ME AFTER HE DID IT. Police were called, charges were filed, trial took place, all because Gatlin, knowing I would never allow the trespass FOR THE SAFETY OF MY CHILDREN, took it upon himself to let the other party enter my property without even telling me he’d done it.
As a trial date approached, when he should have been the most interactive, Gatlin completely fell off the face of the planet. Neither I nor my other attorney could reach him at all. Weeks later, I fired him and hired another attorney.
Since Gatlin did nothing the entire ten months he “represented” me (other than wear his pretty little bow ties), I filed for fee arbitration to recoup at least a portion of the $2,500 I paid. During the fee arbitration hearing, he blatantly lied several times, and when I proved he was lying, he resorted to insults.
If your case isn’t as sexy and exciting as a murder, this is the kind of service you can expect from Husain A. Gatlin.

The panel's questionable decision aside, there's no denying the fact that your carelessness put my children in danger and caused unnecessary litigation. And it's no coincidence that other negative reviews of you have common denominators- your carelessness, quickness to lose interest in cases you're paid to see through to the end, and petulant refusal to communicate with clients.

Im writing this on behalf of my wife who hired John to represent her for a pregnacy discrimination case against one of the biggest banks in the US. After contacting several lawyers when we found out about my wife being laid off 5 days before our baby due date, we were worried that we would not find someone to help us regarding discrimination. However, I submitted a request with John's law firm and John returned my call. He made us feel like we were in excellent hands and that he genuinely cared for our family's situation with my wife's job loss right before our baby was due. John and his associates including Caroline were so great and helpful throughout the whole process. We settled for significantly more than the severance that was offered. John built a great case for us and was a win win for John and my family.
If you are looking for a team of lawyers that really care, look no further. He reminds me of Michael Ross from the show Suits... someone who really cares about their clients and will do the best he can to help out.

Although I was assured that I had a good case and even after presenting to her what my former employer’s position would be, Manali seemed unprepared when my former employer raised the exact defense I told her would be coming. She capitulated to my former employer, so I had to accept whatever settlement was available. I know it's business, but in my interactions with her, it seems she could not care less that I was a human being. Subsequently, an issue arose where she advised me on a topic she had no legal knowledge of. After going back and forth with her, asking why she advised the way she did, she finally admitted that she had no legal knowledge of what I was asking.

From the first day I spoke with Ms. Savoy she was nothing but truthful and honest with me. When it came to me telling her what I wanted, she was upfront and told me it would be a battle, but she had no doubt in her mind, that we would prevail. When it came to my custody battle, she was nothing but attentive and fighting for everything that was in me and my son's best interest. Ms. Savoy heard me out and understood exactly what I wanted and made it happen! Even at times when she thought I was maybe asking for too much, as soon as I told her I was wiling to roll the dice and take the chance, she backed me 100%! I hired John Pihno , possibly the worst communication process , I’ve been dealing with this office for a year and never met my lawyer , couldn’t get him on the phone his assistant Suzette never responded back to emails or calls . I felt like I was constantly chasing them . A lot of the things that happens during my case as , surgically etc. would have never happened unless I pushed and of course these people want a piece of your check when it’s all over . I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM . Please trust the reviews . I can’t believe I didn’t look them up before . Other say the say NO RESPONSE

We did a project which included several change orders asked for by the Hicks at his residence . Mr. Hicks, a partner at this law firm , acted very unprofessional, his wife actually contacted my employees via text causing tortious interference with our contracts. While completing his contracts, we found his soil was sub par and full of clay and needed to be remediated. He and his wife practically had temper tantrums causing for an unbelievably unsuitable work environment at his home. Even with their attempts to cause harm to me and my company, we competed the contract. A year later, he claimed that some of the brick pavers moved, I explained to him that he refused to pay to remedy the soil situation and therefore it was not covered by our warranty. He proceeded to use his law degree to sue us, he filed suit for over $24,000.00 which included almost $12,000.00 in new landscaping which was not part of my contract. While delivering the discovery to his house, the driveway which he claimed to have been removed and reinstalled in his lawsuit had the same pavers sinking in the same spot a year after they were supposedly replaced.. if this partnership allows attorneys like this, who use their law license to try to steal from hard working contractors then I would say run away from this firm. They support disgraceful behavior like this from their partners! We just recently went to binding arbitration. The arbiter threw out 99% of his case and awarded him $2300.00, one tenth of what he was fraudulently suing me and my company for!

I had a simple task I needed help with. Maybe it was not the type of case they take, but there was no need to be rude, arrogant or dismissive. And what kind of lawyer encourages people not to file a harassment complaint when they have endured a decade of harassment and intimidation? I felt so discouraged after speaking to them and after what I had to endure, it was completely uncalled for.

Beware! They sent bills for a phone call without first identifying their rate and without any agreement to retain them. They did unnecessary work resulting in a much larger bill than necessary. They cared more about running up a bill than what was best for our family.

I was referred to Archer and Greiner from a real estate attorney in Pennsylvania, I made the initial call, had a pleasant conversation, was asked to forward some documentation, which I did immediately. I was awaiting a call back and did not get one, so a few weeks having gone by, I called the office, was told the attorney that I was working with was busy, I never got a call back. I waited a few more weeks and called again, once again the receptionist told me that the attorney was not available. I informed the receptionist that this will be the second time I am doing this dance and that I am more than willing to pay for any services. I also informed her that I am a successfully retired business owner and had also served as a fighter pilot in the US Air Force, worthy of the attorney's phone call. I have not received a phone call back. I also registered this same complaint directly with Archer and Greiner via a contact form on their website, I have not heard anything from that communication either. I can only guess as to why. It would have to be one of 3 reasons, 1) The lawfirm is so disorganized that they cannot keep track of contacts and calls, 2) The attorney does not want the business 3) The firm is so busy that they are not taking on new clients. I would imagine and expect that a professional organization such as Archer and Greiner look to be, would in case 2 or 3 have the common decency to just tell me that, however, since they haven't I must conclude that the answer is either 1 or that they do not conduct themselves in a professional manner.
