The first thing Marjorie did was help me feel that my feelings were valid. I was in a very difficult work situation where I was seeking to leave an employer with fair compensation as they attempted to remove me without proper severance. She listened to me. I consulted with Abe and Derek about a discrimination and tortious interference case in December 2018. They provided very helpful insight and advice. They listened carefully and treated me with care and respect. (Thank you!) They were willing to take on the case on a contingency basis, and believed they could reach a successful settlement. However in case a lawsuit would be needed, that would have to be filed in the state where the offense took place, hence I needed to look for attorneys based there. It was very nice of Derek and Abe to offer this advice, and I am very grateful to them for the kindness they showed that day. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Stephen Bergstein as I thought he would be able to help me. I just Consulted with him. After we had a few emails exchanged with questions and answers I knew I had to find an attorney that deals with Federal Law and can do more than I can ask any local attorney to do as it is a huge case. Mr.Tanner was my attorney at a very scary time. I was facing up to 10 years in prison for being involved with wrong people. I was very lucky that he took my case. Howard Tanner is very well respected in his sphere, he knows ins and outs of the system with over 35 years of experience not just as an attorney, but as a prosecutor as well. We ask for updates but you have refused to speak to us. It's been 2 years since we heard from you. Our Father may not be a priority to you but he is definitely a priority to us. I'm very disappointed we really expected more from your firm. 14 years to process a claim is unheard of. And we still waiting. This is truly disgraceful. I can’t say Thank You enough to this law firm and Eric Winnert! We live approximately 5 hours from the office and Eric came to our home to get the much needed paperwork signed by my very ill spouse for a mesothelioma law suit. Poor man had to drive through the snow belt in February just to make sure we got what was needed before anything happened. Whenever I have questions and need to contact him, he is always there to give me answers. He has walked me step by step through every part of the process as my spouse was terminal and passed. Even when I haven’t bothered him in awhile, he will shoot me a text with any needed updates on our case! He’s very caring, empathetic , and personable with his clients and their family! I became a client of Hurwitz Whitcher & Malloy in November of 2020 due to injuries I sustained transporting equipment to Work from Home during the pandemic on April 7, 2020. I already have a disability, born missing my left limb & no joint in my right thumb.
