Jacob Silver is an outstanding attorney! My partner was dealing with bad debt and went through a hard time with not being able to make ends meet. I found Mr. Silver on google and saw the amazing reviews and had my partner make an appointment ASAP. Within 2 months Mr. Silver did everything with paperwork, meetings, etc. for the bankruptcy as he felt necessary and let me add that he is always responsive and available for questions when his clients need him because my partner would email at some random times and always received a response! My partner is now debt free. This was such a big weight lifted off of both of our shoulders, and I am happy I found Jacob Silver. Thank you for giving my partner a new start in life. I wish I could give more stars. I am honored to express my gratitude, appreciation, and experience with Mr. David Cohen and his team. About a year or 2 ago, a family friend of mine went through a very difficult period. We were fortunate enough to be referred to Mr. Cohen and have him represent my friend during a helpless time. As a graduating law student, I want to share my experience with Mr. Cohen as I sat along side my family friend throughout the proceedings. I could not have gained a better insight into the real life practice of a criminal defense attorney. From start to finish, Mr. Cohen was persistent and fought for his client - providing brilliant legal strategies and responses to anticipated opposing counsel arguments. As a student, law school serves a (great) purpose - learning the law. But real life work is a different adventure altogther. Observing Mr. Cohen practice and successfully represent someone so dear to me was nothing short of inspirational. The firm went above and beyond what could have been expected from legal counsel. They were prompt, available at all times, and provided unwavering support which instilled a very much needed sense of confidence. I don’t think I could ever put into words the kindness, sympathy, intellect and professionalism that these attorneys showed to myself and my family. Cory Forman and David Cohen were literally life-savers. To give a brief background, my mother was stuck in Europe after she mistakenly traveled on an expired permanent resident card. I thought that she would be stuck for months alone in the midst of a broken immigration system, with delay after delay to her documents. Cory and David somehow knew exactly how to solve this situation and immediately made all the calls necessary, spoke to the right people, filed the right things and pulled off nothing short of a miracle. My mom was back home safe and sound on American soil within days. She was treated with the care and attention by this entire firm as if it were their own mother stuck in some foreign country. Safe to say, there is no where else I will go for all immigration concerns from here on out. 5 stars is not nearly enough for the great job these guys did. A true class act all around, we are forever indebted to them.

Danielle is a compassionate, caring and present family law attorney. She is responsive, timely and actually cares about the best interest of your child. My case was a bogus stop by NY state trooper which stated that I had left my lane and crossed over the dashed lines without signaling when in fact I stood in my lane straight as an arrow, the police failed to bring about the video evidence of this stop in the court filings. Mr Fisher, during covid and while I was in crutches with a broken fibula was able to get this case dismissed with a $200 court fee after the judge ruled. I thank Mr. Fisher for his communication, his sharpness and his professionalism on this case. I recommend him a million times if you have the money to get a top notch lawyer!

I was fortunate to have found Paul! I tasked him with writing my prenup, and he was attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. I had zero prior experience with marital law, and I came to him with a ton of loose ideas for what my partner and I were looking for in the document. I knew it would be a difficult task to come to an agreement between all parties, and draft a legal document that satisfied everyone’s interests, but Paul came through. We worked together, and I found him very personable and easy to work with. He was able to break-down complex topics easily for me to understand and was extremely meticulous. Samantha called me and asked for the details of the case. I was speaking to her a mile a minute because having to regurgitate all of this up again was a bit scary. Samantha stated that if it were okay, I could write my experiences down, and she would contact me the following Monday or Tuesday. Therefore, I gave her a prewritten document about 4-5 pages long. I thought there was no way she would chop this up over the weekend and be ready to proceed with the following steps by Monday or Tuesday. I readied myself again to speak a tad more slowly and calmly. However, once Monday came around, Samatha summarized all of my information as if I had said it. She read it. She detailed precisely what I wanted to say. She is brilliant and fast in distilling information while being pragmatic enough to distinguish between what will be relevant and what isn’t. It was a pleasure speaking and working with Samatha.
