I had been turned down disability and not sure what to do next, I called around my town and the SSA office looking for a lawyer to
take my case. I was surprised with all the lawyers here that no one did, or knew a lawyer that did disability cases. Finally some one recommended Attorney Wilson. I called and made a appointment. When I first met him, I knew I liked him, he was very nice to me, explained a lot about my case in a way I could understand. He was very honest and told me my changes of winning. Later he communicated with me by phone calls and emails to keep me informed before and after my hearing. The day of my hearing he was very prepared, he had a written brief for the Judge. and explained what would take place in the hearing, making me feel relaxed before we saw the Judge. My outcome was great and Mr. Wilson made me feel like I just made a friend. Thanks.

After being turned down initially by social security for SSI for our autistic daughter we approached attorney Wilson for assistance. Mr Wilson carefully lead us through a very difficult situation and was successful in winning our case. Attorney Wilson did not stop there, he also educated us on setting up a trust to protect our daughter once she is on her own. This was something we had not considered and now have more peace of mind that her future is more secure. I would recommend attorney Wilson without reservation. He is not only extremely knowledgeable but is able to explain things in a very understandable manner.

Absolutely disgusted with how he dealt with me . Very rude called me in the middle of a shift and had an attitude because I couldn’t talk once I could talk. He basically started talking at me and not to me. Very passive aggressive. It’s absolutely unprofessional. I did not feel like my issue could be resolved from the first 30 seconds I spoke to him.

When your child is hurt in an accident you don't know what to do.. Phones are ringing, insurance companies calling, and all you want to do is take care of your child and get them the care that they need. I didn't need to worry about how I was going to pay for all of this, and answer a million questions when I didn't even have all the answers yet myself. Mr Marzzacco quickly put me at ease, stopped all the phone calls and let me take care of my daughter! He handled everything but always kept me updated on her case and how we needed to proceed. He was kind and dedicated. Anytime I have a question, I quickly got a response from him or his wonderful staff. I really can't say enough about my experience because they were there during the worst year of our lives, and did his part to get my daughter what she deserved. Louis Michelsen was really rude during my call with him in regards to searching for a case. Every possibility I suggested, reapplying for a second SSI Case, further research, and carrying out the first SSI Case, he scolded me, calling me a "Loser," and said it was 99.5% of chance of losing at every possibility. He blasphemed during the phone call, and made my hopes of getting Legal Aid for my Disability a lot worse. To the Establishment, everyone else was not rude, and acted professional. However, unless this place terminates Luis Michelsen, more People are going to turn away from this Establishment in disgust. Never again am I going to turn to this place.

My frend’s father was the victim of a car accident caused by negligent driving. My friend contacted Dean, and despite the fact it was a Saturday, Dean spent an hour on the phone with my friend, discussing his situation and recourse in detail. Since I didn't currently have an attorney, I initially sought out Clark Mitchell based on his reputation as one of my area's preeminent lawyers. Hired Domenic after I was not able to get thorough paperwork or understanding on my own. With his guidance from the first phone call. I felt comfortable with my decision to hire him. He guided me along with help getting all records needed. I was able to get a speedy hearing due to my circumstances and granted we won the appeal. It's a shame that more people don't seek professional help for appealing or even if you want to do it yourself Domenic bellisario is able to explain the reasons and clearly gave me hope for my future after my injuries. I worked from age of 17 years till 49 only to be told I could still do certain work. My medical records were not available or released. Get advice. Anyone looking to hire an Attorney that is knowleable in workers compensation, he definately has my vote. Mr. Sapienza is the most honest, straight forward, no holds barred man I have ever met. I was hurt at work in 1999. I had 3 back surgeries between 2000 and 2002 and I was only in my early twenties and couldn't work. I applied for social security disability and was denied. I knew it was time to find an attorney and get the legal help I needed. Two small mouths at home to feed and a husband that was working 3 jobs just to keep food in our mouths was the hard journey we were facing. When I first met Mr. Sapienza he told me he would take my case, but that we had a hard fight ahead of us. He told me I had two strikes against me already, one, I was young and two, I didn't look like I was disabled. I just wanted to cry. I couldn't lift over 5lbs, I had to have help washing my hair and I could even pick up my two young daughters. Mr. Sapienza looked at and said " I said it wasn't going to be easy, but I will fight for you!" I felt a wave of relief and the journey started. I called Mr. Sapienza frequently frustrated with the slow government process and each time he took my calls or called me back within 24 hours. Each time he answered ALL my questions, explained all the technical jargon in laymans terms and would tell me to hang in there and not give up. We filled out form after form and waited patiently for the next step. In the end we ended up in Pittsburgh in front of the Workers Compensation review board, I underwent a gruelling physical and demanding questions all with my smiling, encouraging attorney by my side. I was determined disabled and started to cry. It is one thing to know you have disabilities, but its something totally different to be told that you are basically useless. I thanked Mr. Sapienza for sticking by me with all the odds against me and for putting up with all my neurotic pestering. I stayed on Disability until around 2005 and many bouts of physical therapy. I have since gone back to work, took college courses for a medical career and have been working ever since for a local doctors office. Mr. Sapienza taught me that a disability isn't my life, it's just a stepping stone along the way. Thank you again Mr. Sapienza, you are an absolutely amazing attorney, man and all around human being.
