Ms, Cutillo Teare was successful in effectively getting me prompt answers to my auto insurance cancellation appeal. Being hurt severely in an automobile accident where I was hit very hard from behind impacted my life more than I ever would have thought. Joe DeRita is good at what he does, in fact, he is very good. He is exceptionally competent in the Personal Injury and Workers Compensation arena. Brian is great. Last year my family hired him after SSI turned down my disability claim. I met with him publicly with my parents at least 4 times to discuss my options, and he reviewed my paperwork for weeks until he determined that I was wrongly turned down to earn SSD for my autism disability. I’m mildly disabled but can’t cook on my own and can’t EVER afford to live on my own, so he filed a lawsuit against the social security office. We went in front of a judge twice, because my first court appaearance got pushed back for no reason, and I finally stood my ground and reasoned that I have been disabled since 2009 and need more money help than just my part-time job, including that every employer in my town has refused to hire me full time due to my neurological disability, and it’s my right to appeal the refusal for social security disability pay. It took around a month but the judge was completely on my side and decided that I was in full favor of SSD payments. Brian won my case and ever since January of this year, I’ve earned monthly SSD pay to help me live off of plus my part-time job paycheck. Brian really cared about me to fight tooth and nail to win my case. He was extremely respectful and professional, even called me for consultations since my scheduling wouldn’t always allow me to meet in Greensburg to discuss my case with him. He’s definitely a great lawyer and knows what he’s doing. Thank you, Brian, for winning my case, and I would recommend you to anybody who is troubled with social security issues. 5 stars for you.

I was turned down by 2 mega firms here in Pittsburgh. Robert pierce was one of them and I forget the other. I was let down and fed up with disability attorneys and their bs. A friend recommended I go see Brian. I get there and he immediately says it will take time and he's going to start my cases over from scratch to build them. So we did. He guided me through the process and a year or so later we had a hearing. We won. I got my benefits.
The big guys will turn you down if you're not a sure thing. I use fedex vs a pedestrian in a crosswalk as example. If your not a case like that for SSDI/SSI, you'll get rejected my the mega firms like Edgar Snyder and Robert pierce. They will abandon you days before your hearing even. I've heard reports of it happening. Brian will not do this. He is super personal and trustworthy. We have a great client attorney relationship and he went over and beyond his call of duty when he could have just told me what the mega firms did and sent me on my way because I was "to much work and not a sure win".
Do yourself a favor and retain him for your SSDI/SSI needs. You won't be disappointed. I sincerely promise you that. From the bottom of my heart.

My name is Joseph M. Percoco and this is not another B.S. Review story. As a long term driver and valued employee of Fed Ex freight making over six figures a year who never once took a vacation in over 10 years and has earned yearly safety awards as a safe driver with zero accidents where I would have to drive 648 miles each day awoke one morning not able to return to work and was denied unemployment by my employer and was also denied workers compensation.
I can not go into detail as this is an ongoing case but I must tell you that I was turned down by other prominent law firms and was told that this case would be to hard to win and they were not interested because the amount of man hours that would have to be put in would be grater than the end result. Kevin was a very caring and honest attorney. He kept me mostly aware of how my case was going and where I was standing with my situation. He was concerned with my health situations. After a near 6 year fight trying to achieve a disability adjudication hearing, without success, I turned to Melissa. She was thorough in her initial intake, she maintained/endured constant communication and I do mean constant communications from myself to her office and responded every time. Not once did she ask me to please stop. I was appreciative of her understanding, compassion, desire to "get this one done".
While the outcome was not a slam dunk victory and fell well short of overall expectations, she still achieved a favorable decision from the judge. I would have appreciated the considerations that Melissa had provided me, from the adjudication process of the administration itself. The system is flawed. It needs repaired. Never the less Melissa receives the 3-C's award from me....... I have a personal journey to undergo from here. It won't be easy, but I am positive if I have any questions MY attorney will respond...

When I came to Melissa i was very discouraged having been denied my social security disability claim, after a LONG wait, coupled with having to leave my job that i loved and enjoyed. She was ALWAYS very easy to talk to and was kind and patient to read my long emails that at times contained many questions and a bit of frustration having to wait out this process. My boyfriend hired Chris while incarcerated to represent him in his disability matter. SSDA sent him a form to request a telephone hearing if he was unable to attend due to special circumstances, his attorney at the time recommended he withdraw his claim and they could "re-apply when he was released" We had heard about other people winning their cases from jail so we decided the best thing was to get another opinion from another disability attorney. Chris took the time to go visit him in jail and he hired him that day. The following month they had the telephone hearing and a few months later I received a text from Chris informing me they won. This young lawyer took on a case the "Big Dogs" didn't want to be bothered with and he proved himself to us. I recommend him constantly to people who aren't happy with the representation they currently have and to people who have no idea how to go about getting a good lawyer. Chris always takes the time to speak to his clients and always responds to your texts or calls. He's a great guy and a great attorney.

I arrived at Graham & Mauer after several of the big firmed TV commercial attorneys declined to take on my Social Security Disability Appeal. Attorney Graham is very tech saavy and allowed most of our exchanged to occur via email (which saved me driving time and energy). She kept me informed and up to date on what I'd need to collect and I remitted that information to her on a timely basis. She did an excellent job of letting me know what to expect while also encouraging me during this very difficult time.
She answered my questions/concerns in a timely manner. Even when I'd just send her an update, which required no real response from her, she would still acknowledge it.
Attorney Graham gave me no guarantees on the outcome of my case and she was more than well prepared at the time of the hearing. Thyroid cancer and the aftermaths I was experiencing is overwhelming and difficult for most people to understand. It was clear that she understood where my issue was and how to present that best to the Courts.
She took the time to prepare me via phone on how the appeal would play out and did a "role play" which was helpful in case I neglected to mention something important at the actual appeal. We met prior to going into the appeal on the day of for about 15 minutes once again to make sure I understood what would be happening and to answer any questions or concerns I may have.
During the appeal, Attorney Graham was beyond thorough. We went step by step through the main points/issues of my appeal and by the time the vocational expert was done, I felt very confident in the outcome of the appeal. Again, Attorney Graham still made no promises despite me sharing the good feelings I had.
I initially applied for disability in August, 2017 by myself. In March, 2018 I was denied and that's when Attorney Graham assisted me. My appeal was scheduled for the end of April, 2019, and I received Notice of the Decision in May/June, 2019.
If you are looking for an attorney with experience with SSDI, I cannot recommend Attorney Graham enough. I felt we had an uphill battle. We essentially argued that the side effects of the cancer prevention medication was not only preventing my cancer from spreading, but also causing such extreme fatigue/exhaustion that I couldn't work more than 5-10 hours a week. With Attorney Graham's expertise and hard work, we were able to achieve this.

Mr Conboy is most likely the best injury attorney this side of the Mississippi River. I was hurt on the job with serious injuries. I had an employer who didn't want to meet his responsibilities. Mark spoke with me and my fears went away. These were repairs the company made to my home and the manager stole the money from the company. I had the misfortune of picking up a DUI recently. After interviewing numerous attorneys (and even retaining one briefly), I chose David to represent me. I was very satisfied with the outcome.
First, David's firm Buzzgon Davis is located literally one block from the Lebanon courthouse. They clearly have longstanding relationships with the right people at the courthouse. Also, having a fairly large firm can be a big advantage- you won't be stuck relying on the competency (paperwork processing, law changes etc) of one person. You essentially have a team behind you.
Second, when I met David, I felt that he was a cut above the other attorneys that I had come across. He is ethical and won't try to take advantage of you in a difficult situation. Upfront, he didn't try to sell me a pie-in-the-sky outcome as others had (requesting huge dollar figures upfront in one case) He told me directly what my best-case -scenario was and we were able to achieve it. Also, being a former prosecutor, he has a high level of competency and experience dealing with the legal system.
I would certainly recommend that a good friend consult him if they are ever in the same unfortunate situation!

Mr. Berman was very patient and really paid attention when I explained my problem to him.
