I’m grateful very much for Mr. Underhill. He showed up for me for almost a year and half on my behalf while I was getting the help I needed for drug and alcohol recovery. Called Jason a couple days before my court date. After a couple of other attorneys wouldn’t return my calls. He called me in for a consultation and I gladly hired him. What I liked about him is he didn’t make any empty promises that some of these guys will make. He did promise to work any angle he could use to get my charges lowered or dropped. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome facing a minimum 120 days in jail and a 6 year license suspension. This would have ruined me financially. I ended up with a plea down to 48 hours and charged with a first offense charge. Honestly think I might’ve got out of it all together if I asked him to go further with it but it wasn’t a risk I was willing to take with that great of an offer. I also want to say that under the circumstances I thought they were going to fry me if they could. He was worth double the money I paid him. In fact I have paid twice as much with not near the results. I hope I never need an attorneys services again but if I do there’s no question who that will be. Hi staff was great as well.

Jason is a great attorney who fights for you and doesn’t just take your money. Jason worked very hard on a case for me and it got transferred to another state. Back on June 24th, 2023, I was cruising on my motorcycle, minding my own business, when out of the blue, this lady popped up out of nowhere and t-boned me going at least 50 mph and speeding! It sent me flying off my bike like something out of an action movie, easily 20-30 feet away.
I ended up with some battle scars - four broken bones, my collarbone, and a few ribs. My collarbone still gives me some grief, but I'm hanging in there.
The next day, I decided to give Ponce Law a call. Spoke to Nina, and she got the ball rolling. David Wyatt even swung by my place to check on me and get me signed up.
I gotta give a shout-out to Cheyenne and Brian. They did their thing, no doubt. The lady who hit me had no insurance and a laundry list of citations from our accident.
Now, why'd I pick Ponce Law, you ask? Simple – I'm a fan of that show with Paul Sr. from Orange County Choppers. He's in one of their commercials, giving his stamp of approval., I love that show, and I trust Paul Sr.'s word and boy was he right!
All in all, I had a pretty good experience with these folks. They held it down and got me through some rough times, so I'm giving them a thumbs up. If you ever find yourself in a pickle, these are the guys to call. Peace!

I cannot express how grateful I am for the incredible support I received from Ponce Law, specifically from my legal team, Brad Spicer and Lilly. My life took an unexpected turn when I was involved in a serious accident at a stoplight. A lady ran a red light, colliding with my vehicle on the left side and forcing me off the road.

First, I want to start off by saying that when a person speaks on attorneys not giving their all, not being honest, they are all out for the money, and that they really do not care about their clients.......that is absolutely the most ficticious statement I have ever heard in my life to the ultimate power when it comes to Attorney Jonathan Williams!

Best attorney ever. She took every call and returned every email. Explained everything in a manor in which I could understand. Sat down with me 2 weeks before my social security hearing and went thru medical records with and provided honest feedback. She wrote a brief for the judge the day of my hearing. I can't say enough wonderful things about Attorney Michael Kilgore and this law firm. This has been a very draining and emotional wrongful death case, but Michael and this office has made it easier to handle with their professionalism and caring staff.
They were always readily available to answer any emails or phone calls to take care of any questions or matters with my case with promptness. They have had my back through the whole process.
I highly recommend Michael Kilgore if you ever need an Attorney. Hopefully I will never have to go through this again but if I ever do I will be reaching out to this Law Firm.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Attorney Michael Kilgore and his assistant Jillian. My accident was rather unique and this was the first time I've ever needed an attorney for a personal injury case. So, to say I was overwhelmed in the beginning is an understatement but they were there with me every step of the way!
Their follow through from returning emails and phone calls to taking care of matters regarding my case in a timely fashion was impeccable! I hired Daniel McMurtry to represent me for an extremely difficult SS disability case. There were many, many physicians involved (over 30), and I presented with multiple diagnoses. Due to the severity of the case, it lasted almost two years, and eventually had to be settled in court. While this was a very depressing time for me, Dan was always available. I filed for SSD after being medically retired from the military in 2016. I kept getting denied finally called Mr Felts and he helped me prepare for my hearing. He was very thorough. If he asked you to do something, write something do it. My hearing didn’t last long because of everything he sent the judge ahead of time my decision was decided at the hearing and I received a fully favorable decision. I needed help my disability case. After checking around and hours and hours of prayer Miss Chelsea turned out to be my saving grace. She is extremely easy to get a hold of and very easy to talk to when you do. She has a great insight for particular needs or wants and will have an answer for any question you might need one for. Mr. Peel recently represented me in motorcycle accident. The case took a long time but he and his staff stuck with it in a professional manner that kept me at ease.
