First, I want to start off by saying that when a person speaks on attorneys not giving their all, not being honest, they are all out for the money, and that they really do not care about their clients.......that is absolutely the most ficticious statement I have ever heard in my life to the ultimate power when it comes to Attorney Jonathan Williams!

Best attorney ever. She took every call and returned every email. Explained everything in a manor in which I could understand. Sat down with me 2 weeks before my social security hearing and went thru medical records with and provided honest feedback. She wrote a brief for the judge the day of my hearing. I hired Daniel McMurtry to represent me for an extremely difficult SS disability case. There were many, many physicians involved (over 30), and I presented with multiple diagnoses. Due to the severity of the case, it lasted almost two years, and eventually had to be settled in court. While this was a very depressing time for me, Dan was always available. I filed for SSD after being medically retired from the military in 2016. I kept getting denied finally called Mr Felts and he helped me prepare for my hearing. He was very thorough. If he asked you to do something, write something do it. My hearing didn’t last long because of everything he sent the judge ahead of time my decision was decided at the hearing and I received a fully favorable decision. I was served with a frivolous Order of Protection by my sister, which risked fracturing my entire family. These actions are difficult to defend and judges rarely dismiss such orders. I needed help my disability case. After checking around and hours and hours of prayer Miss Chelsea turned out to be my saving grace. She is extremely easy to get a hold of and very easy to talk to when you do. She has a great insight for particular needs or wants and will have an answer for any question you might need one for. As for a time frame, I'm sure all will vary since none are the same, however everyone I had talked to while in the process had been denied at least once and then was just strung along it seemed. My experience seemed like WHAM here's your first appointment, second, third, some calls, it won't be long now, it won't be long now. Then, you will receive your first check on 00/00/0000. BAM your all set to go.

My disability case was unusual because I was able to work for six years after a hemorrhagic stroke. I hired Chelsea Parker in April of 2018. She was encouraging, uplifting, honest and straight forward. She kept me well informed and always knew what to expect. Her intuition was always spot on, and there were no surprises.
I was always treated with respect, and the entire process was well explained. My case went all the way to a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge. It took almost two years, and she always made time to listen to my concerns and provide solid advice.

Attorney Casey Elrod handled case. This was my first experience at this, so I wasn’t definite with how everything works. He answered all of my questions and throughly explained the process. I had a consultation with him and told him my story and what I’ve tried, what work I’ve done, how long I’ve been sick and what conditions I have. Mr. Jackson was very confident from day 1 that he would be able to secure a victory in my case - he didn’t sugarcoat it though. It would take time, hard work and my cooperation with records and information, for me to keep going to all my doctor’s appointments and keep him well up-to-date. I gave my full trust and trusted in the process.
Mr. Jackson and his staff kept me up-to-date on every step that came forward, helped me communicate with social security, submitted paperwork on my behalf (where applicable & appropriate or gave me advice if I needed it). The disability process takes time. Mr. Jackson let me know that almost everyone gets denied during their first submission and that happened in my case - I was actually denied twice by letter.
Then it went to the hearing process in person with a judge and Mr. Jackson was right there with me every step of the way - I was never alone. That gave me so much peace because I get scared and anxious. I was glad he was in my corner. I had to answer some questions but for the most part, Mr. Jackson handled the judge’s questions. The judge ruled in my favor that day and case was finally won! I hired Emma Drozdowski Webb to be my attorney to assist me with winning my SSDI case. I had already had a negative experience with a prior attorney
(she would not even return my calls)…and I had been denied all the way to the hearing level. My attorney, at the time, thought it was pointless to appeal the case to federal court…so I had to start over from the beginning; and reapply for SSDI.
