Samuel helped my son fight his ssi case and he was kind and their for us every step of the way . I did have different lawyers we have been fighting social security for the last 3 years and I was feeling hopeless until I met with Warner&Warner explained my situation and Samuel took our case and because of him my son finally received his SSI. Jonathan Werner has been awesome. He is handling my brother's bankruptcy case and everything has been going very smoothly. I emailed him one week and I didn't realize he was on vacation. He emailed me right back. I would highly recommend his firm. His secretary Alice is wonderful and very helpful. Unfortunately, my brother has developed health issues that may not allow him to go back to work. Jonathan's brother handles social security disability cases. I was thrilled when I received a tax bill from the IRS that I fully expected and understood. I didn't bother calling Joe Callahan. I couldn't be more disappointed with the time and quality of advice he didn't provide me. I strongly advise against recommending him. the experience was 1 years ago.

I am writing this recommendation regarding attorney Jane Cowles. I have been Ms. Cowles's client for a few months now.
During this time I have found her to be a blessing in disguise. I originally went with a different attorney and a different law firm. I was extremely unhappy with their performance. I was not treated like a person or a client. I felt I was just one of their manila files with dollar signs attached.
Because of those frustrating circumstances, I sought out a new attorney. That's when I found Jane Cowles. Ms. Cowles never once made me feel pressured. Throughout the whole legal process, if I ever had a question, she was always accessible, as well as accommodating to my particular circumstances. I struggle with dyslexia, and Jane Cowles was still able to work with me seamlessly and tirelessly on every aspect of my case.
Ms. Cowles even took the extra time to explain everything that I had a question about. She provided an overview of

I have been using this investment firm for 2 years now. They are managing a trust as well as an IRA account, that is approxiimately 25 years old in duration. In an extremely short time, my IRA has increased in value beyond what I could’ve hoped for more than it had in all the years that I had it with another firm. I was in a car accident and decided to seek help from William Mattar Law Offices because I always saw their commercials as a kid and I remembered the jingle, but my experience was extremely disappointing. They claimed they reached out to me multiple times through phone and email, but I never received a single message or call. It felt like they used this excuse to avoid taking my case instead of being honest about it. If they didn’t want to handle my case, they should’ve just told me to my face.
I sent letters, called repeatedly, and tried to follow up, but they kept pretending they would call me back—yet no one ever did. Ultimately, I had to handle my dispute on my own. Ironically, I ended up settling for much more money than I believe they could have ever achieved. It’s clear they only want big cases and don’t take smaller cases seriously.
On top of that, their staff was rude and unprofessional. The lawyer’s representative I spoke to often had an attitude and never made me feel valued or respected. The only positive thing about my experience was when I first went into the office—they made me feel welcome initially, but everything went downhill after that.
If you’re dealing with a case, I’d recommend fighting on your own or going to a firm like The Barnes Firm, where they might treat you with the respect and seriousness you deserve. William Mattar’s office did not live up to their reputation, and I won’t be going back.

My initial experience with the firm was great! They made me feel heard and taken care of. After a while I heard less and less until I started to reach out to them. It took several attempts to get someone to return my call only to be given an incorrect update on my case. Several times over the last year I have been given the update of “just waiting on a call back from the adjuster”
In the beginning I was promised constant updates throughout my case, now I’m told that if there is no new news don’t expect a call.

Lisa helped me with a debacle that started when I changed my name at the age of 18 in 1979. I had zero paperwork from that name change, but I needed to prove who I was in order to get a new Real ID Driver's License.
It seemed like an impossible feat, but Lisa was able to turn it into a smooth operation. Since I'm in TX, she did all the leg work for me in NY/NJ. Managed to get my actual birth certificate and the paperwork needed to prove my name change.
I literally could not have done this without her!

We had a consult with Joshua David Brinen and 15 min into the consult he started with a threatening tone of voice.
Joshua David Brinen tried to scare us so that we would hire him but his style did not impress us. To be honest,
Joshua David Brinen seems like he was desperate for a case and his fees are really high too. We ended up canceling any further consultations with Joshua David Brinen, only to have discovered he started sending us letters in the US MAIL.
Our take is he seems to think he knows it all and

This is an unusual review, but in the spirit of giving credit where credit is due, I'll give both thumbs up to John Refermat. He gave attention to our case and was encouraging and patient. After struggling finding a good divorce attorney, someone referred me to Danielle who was my angel, she took me on the most vulnerable time of my life, she even allowed me to meet in her office during covid time and she took my case personal, unlike the previous attorney that I tried, who didn't even want to meet me in person because it was the middle of covid.
Danielle not only made me feel better after the first time I spoke with her on the phone, but somehow every time I spoke with her, her confidence and capability of remembering every piece of information I told her, and her memory and way to approach my case was what I needed in order to know everything was going to be ok. It wasn't easy but she made it happen. She's real, she's tough, she's smart and she will patiently explain to you what's going on as many times as you need to (specially if your first language is not english).
