I've been in court with my ex wife off and on since 2021, and I've gone through several attorneys. I must say that Byron Divins of Capetola & Divins is a superior attorney. He explains his strategy in a very frank manner, he will tell you what you need to hear, he does not placate. He knows how to navigate the system and is an absolute warrior. Of the 3 family attorneys I've dealt with, Mr. Divins is by far the best, he gives me direction and peace. He is motivated to win, and I know that we will. I never thought I would meet a "generous" attorney but Mr. Pearlman was generous with his time listening to my tax woes and generous with identifying and connecting me to the appropriate resources and/or providing advice to address my tax issues. During the covid period I was in a mess operating my business. Our creditors refused to offer any payment facilities. In desperation we had reached out to Attorney Jeb Singer for advice.
He listened to me carefully and explained all the options including negotiating with lenders. Having failed, he suggested bankruptcy.
During the entire process his team was helpful, knowledgeable and very professional.

It isn’t my intention to make my review this long, but it’s the only way to truly share my experience. I’ll pay it forward. After months of contemplating, researching the subject and reaching the conclusion I’m truly in the worst of financial troubles, I still wasn’t 100% sure if I could or should go through with bankruptcy. I wasn’t there yet. I was terrified at the thought. Enter Mr. Singer. The first thing was the website. It was very different than most. It’s put together right. It’s not intimidating. So I called the number. To my surprise Mr. Singer picks up the phone. Not an answering machine or secretary or anything. He doesn’t know me and is talking to me like I’m a family member. Like his grandson or son. He spoke to me about ME. With dignity and respect. Not about money or what I did wrong. Not about My mistakes. But is this action now apart of my life’s journey? Do I need to start over? That changed everything for my decision going forward without any fear. Elliot who’s apart of Mr. Singers team is the nicest guy ever. He made the process very easy for me. Middle of a tax audit and I was so over my head. The auditor was pretty mean and kept getting more and more aggressive and I was getting super scared of jail or tons of taxes I would never be able to pay back. I called Delia Law the next day and hired them on the spot. Ms. Delia contacted my auditor that day and provided an immediate status to me. She had it under control quickly. She knew the issues and reviewed my case so quick and had all the answers and negotiation strategy. Her confidence in helping me was truly amazing. Collaborating with Adam and his assistant Ishwar made a horrible incident in my life turn out sooth and effortless and I am BEYOND grateful! Honestly, as a person who would have never thought I would’ve needed a lawyer, I dont know how things would have turned out if it weren’t for Adam. I must say the representative that called me was very nice and he made me feel comfortable with the whole process and explained in detail how everything went from here. There's no amount of money that could buy out the suffering with headache's and everything else that goes along with the tumor, but the people (same people who made some COVID injections) (Pfizer) let millions of women get the Depo- Provera shot for over a decade while neglecting to label the side affect that it could cause brain tumors. At least they could do is compensate/ Settle out of court with us women who did develop a brain tumor due to their negligence

Shawn helped me with the process of obtaining my Permanent US Resident Visa. My wife (American) and I (French) found him on Google and hired him for an initial consultation. We did the same with a few other law firms but Shawn really stood out. He quickly reassured us regarding his extensive experience with situations similar to ours, had the credentials that we were looking for, and was able to handle every aspect of our application himself so we decided to hire him.
