When I originally called looking for probate services I was told an estimate of $2500-3000 to handle the simple estate of my father in law. I was told it would be completed in approximately six months. After $4300 and over a year we are finally done. It was apparent that we were the small cog and were told repeatedly Tim was in court for another client. When I would call to check status after nothing happening we would get a call with an update and notice that we got billed for it. Maybe if he did the work when he said he would we wouldn’t need to keep calling and therefore not necessitate a call. I just want someone to do what they say they will when they say it. If you don’t mind having to prod the attorney and staff to get stuff done….then this is the firm for you.

They have been working with me for almost one decade on EB-5 immigration now. I finally got my 10 years permanent residency. I had a wonderful experience in working with them. The E-5 process is very long and it needs patience from every party. This lawyer firm is very responsible, responsive and considerable about your situation, questions and concerns. This company was retained to assist someone trying to steal my land. They clearly have a losing case. This firm has delayed every email and settlement offer presented to them. They takes weeks or months to respond to calls and emails if at all. It is clear they are doing this to delay the process to rack fees for their clients. Read all the horrible reviews about this firm online and how they treat their own clients and opposing counsel offering them more than generous settlements. We have 7 attorneys and have never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism. Even our property insirance company and the firm retained said this is the most unprofessional communication ever. All they have to do is agree to a settlement but they delay the process to rack of trial fees and do not communicate with clients or opposing counsel. Read all the horrible reviews before hiring these people.

I retained their services for help with business contracts, and business partner discussions. They were extremely prompt, thorough, and helped me succeed with positive outcomes. I first worked with Imants, then mostly with Phil Neale. Phil was very easy to get a hold of, and constantly updated me on progress. The GateKeeper and face every single solitary business is the person you hire to answer your phone. Unfortunately this business hired an inept person to answer their phone.
As many injury attorneys know clients with injuries have are more than you can imagine to deal with the last thing they should be expected to tolerate is rude, inept people. Answering your phone is not rocket science it requires only common sense. Unfortunately this attorney's office expects all of their clients to tolerate inept and rude behavior at his first contact.
Apparently these people don't know that if you incapable of hiring someone with Common Sense and a professional demeanor as the face of their business then it's just the tip of the iceberg.
There's too many injury attorneys to deal with obnoxious rude inept people. Don't even dial their number move on.

Sketchy notice of request of deposit by their process service! Process servers never identified herself all. Claimed to be a flower delivery person.
Seriously could have just told me she was serving me for a depo. Not like I have personally avoided any service.
You have the address of the person you are sueing and it ain't mine. Get a grip people.
I have told every single process server they they don't live here and yet they insist opening my gate and trespassing 🤦🤦🤦. So dumb!

In 2019 I had a very tough immigration case and I hired another law firm and it didn’t go well, I spend more than 3k and finally my case got denied due to the lawyer’s irresponsible action. A few months later a friends of mine suggested to contact Amsale’s law firm. She was very kind, positive , thoughtful and a good listener. She listened the entire issue with the previous law firm, and what surprised me was her focus to resolve the problem instead of nailing down.
After a brief discussion and consultation, I hired her to represent me the same case which I got denied previously.
It took her shorter time comparing with the previous lawyer and successfully won my case. Not only that, through the entire process of my case with Amsale I was getting an update based on the information timeframe of each steps from immigration office.
The best part of her consultation, if she thinks your case doesn’t worse to continue, she doesn’t wanna waste your money! This is how she does business !

September 12th, 2022 police arrived at my door to tell me they were investigating sexual claims made against me, outlandish as they were I immediately panicked because as everyone knows, once these rise against you, you’re pretty much screwed. I immediately reached out to any attorney and was recommended Vindicate law, I spoke to the receptionist and explained the case and was assigned Carrie Fulton Brown. She accepted my case. The path to freedom was long and arduous. After the arraignment they told me I was facing 60 years in prison. Many continuations later, my anxiety and stress were at an all time high. Me and Carrie never really talked to each other about the case itself except a few times as my case was entirely hearsay, but because of the fact that it was from a minor the case was stacked against me 10 fold. Communication with Carrie was very rough, as most people sitting in the hot seat just want a shred or a glimmer of positivity but Carrie did NOT deliver on that front in the slightest. But that was okay, because she was dedicated to working against the state in a screwed up system. Most of the beginning of my case I knew most people and even Carrie didn’t believe me when I say I didn’t do it. Later on I passed 3 polygraph tests trying to prove I didn’t do it, and only after the 3rd one when I passed it with the actual prosecutor / State did Carrie tell me she strongly believes I didn’t do it. She gave me the best options to follow forward and going to trial with a minors words against mine was bleak, Carrie fought for the best outcome, I served 0 days in jail, no fees or Fines, Didn’t have to sign a sexual registry, all 4 counts were dropped to a Class C Abuse of a child. And 1 year of DOC Probation in which I spent 3 weeks on before the DOC discharged me from probation saying my crime didn’t fit criteria of having probation as I was a zero risk person and this was the only thing I’ve ever gotten on my record.
All said and done, I’m glad Carrie pulled through for me and allowed me to stay out of prison and remain with my family and to continue working she’s a tough person to understand and rough around the edges when talking to her but she’s nothing but business which is what you want in an attorney. Thanks Carrie for giving me my life back! 60 years was a long time to be away.

I am absolutely appalled by the complete lack of professionalism and utter disregard for my situation shown by Carrie Fulton Brown from this Law Group. I entrusted her with my case, believing her promises of dedicated representation, and instead, I received nothing but empty words and an empty bank account. She happily accepted my retainer, and then proceeded to do absolutely nothing. During the 6 months period she was my attorney, before her withdrawal, phone calls went unanswered, meetings/appointments were canceled for no apparent reasons. No investigations were done on my case, she did not interview no witnesses, and the so called ”victim“. Furthermore, Carrie had the audacity to tell me I was borderline harassing her by calling her and her incompetent paralegal Lisa too much. She literally took my money and vanished into thin air. Carrie Fulton Brown is a trash of attorney. I suffered significantly due to her inaction, and I was left feeling completely abandoned and betrayed. I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring her to look elsewhere. Save your money, save your time, and save yourself the immense frustration and disappointment. She is a disgrace to the legal profession.

Our experience with Vijay and his office was disappointing and frustrating. In my opinion, it seems like Vijay's practice is designed for clients who fit within a streamlined, cookie-cutter process, where volume is prioritized over individualized service—at least this was the impression we received from his front office staff. Despite being told by our legal plan that the wait time would be up to 3 weeks, we were informed after contacting the office that we would need to wait 9 weeks for an appointment. When we tried to gather basic information about the services provided, the paralegal, Grace, was curt and unwilling to engage in a conversation about whether Vijay could handle our specific needs. This lack of transparency made it difficult for us to make an informed decision about whether working with Vijay would be the right fit. Ultimately, after a long wait, we were told that Vijay would not be able to assist with our estate planning. The entire process felt inefficient and left us feeling as though our concerns were not taken seriously.
In my opinion, Vijay would benefit from improving the training of his front office staff to handle situations like ours more professionally. While I understand that Vijay may have had positive experiences with other clients, this was certainly not the case for us. Having worked with many attorneys over the years, I can confidently say that this was not a typical experience.

My wife and I needed a will drafted and picked Vijay since he was available through my workplace's legal plan and well reviewed. Our goal was to set up something fairly simple that would take care of our assets should we both pass at once. Our assets are not massively complex and we just needed something that was relatively straight-forward, yet legally binding in how our assets should be disbursed.
Vijay opened with explaining how a Trust was the correct route for us. My wife and I were concerned about some of the complexities involved in setting up a Trust and emphasized we just wanted something fairly simple that would hold up should anything get challenged in court. He confirmed that a Will would in fact accomplish what we wanted yet he still continued to insist that a Trust was the much better option for reasons we had clearly indicated earlier were not important to us.
We explicitly acknowledged his advice, over-ruled it, and let him know we'd still prefer a Will. He mentioned we should get a follow-up from his office in a few days. A month later we have yet to hear anything from his office.
The entire experience left us wondering if he felt he wasn't adequately compensated by our legal plan for setting up a Will and was more interested in the potential revenue he'd generate by setting up a Trust for us. Which is distinctly not the impression I'd like to have of my attorney.
At this point, we're starting this process over with a new attorney and we would not recommend his practice to others.

My wife and I set up a family trust with Vijay. He was complete, knowledgable and very professional. We had 2 meetings, one to assess the design of the trust and one to sign all the papers. More important than the process (which Vijay has honed to be very efficient) is that the structure of the trust will provide for our kids in every conceivable eventuality. The materials Vijay gave us helped us think through them all and Vijay was available to consult on any subtle points.
Very satisfied with not just the service rendered but that legal vehicle that we established will take care of our kids.

I contacted Zuanich Law about 22 months ago to get my gun rights back. We covered all the pertinent information they needed to start the case. I paid the retainer and left them to do what they needed to do without my interruptions. After several months I hadn’t heard anything, I was worried so I contacted them to see what the progress was. They filed a motion in my county, it was review and denied as there was a law change prior to their filing. Brian Zuanich talked to me in depth about refiling in Pierce County as that is where my initial felony was signed. Again I left them alone to file the motions and hoping this would happen. Again several months later, I was thinking this was a lost cause then I received an email from their office telling me that the Courts signed the motion to restore the right to own and possess a firearm in Washington State. Yeah!! I was really surprised and happy. It took longer than I thought it would but they stayed the course. There were other options I could have taken if this motion was denied as well but Brian Zuanich knew what he needed to do and how to move forward. That’s the important thing with you hire an attorney, make sure they know the system for the type of law you need to have help with. Yes, I am very satisfied with their office and will recommend them everytime!

Mister Brian Zuanich and his paralegal Kristy were an integral part of my civil rights restoration. Without sharing too many personal details of my case, I can say I had a rather unique complication with my process involving a move between Washington and Oregon that the Zuanich team were able to help me navigate and understand. Legalities between states and documents from one state to another are not always equal. For myself, and most others I'd wager, these are complicated matters and were something that I personally wasn't too knowledgeable of.

Christopher S. Crago referred my “open & shut” case to his former professor and mentor from Gonzaga University, Professor Milton G. Rowland, one year before the statute-of-limitations ran out on my TORT claim against the VA Hospital. I paid Milton Rowland $1000 in check form as a retainer for legal filings. He lost the check, never told me, found the check then deposited it after the statue-of limitations had expired on my case. He filed 10 days late with another client’s case pasted into my claim. It failed due to statute of limitations running out, not the ridiculous filing which included another of his clients. A teary-eyed Milton said he would retire and help me claim against his malpractice insurance, which he stated he had never used in his career. This was a stalling tactic he offered at every conversation until I said "Okay" thinking he was trying to get me off his books. He immediately "FIRED" me and said he was no longer my attorney. Before this and without my knowledge Milton’s decided to try a “work around” and filed a completely unproductive BIVEN’S claim that was a further stalling tactic, the judge stated it was impossible to serve as written and was very confusing. No one was ever served because he failed to list them. Milton directed me to McNeice Wheeler, who is full of his Gonzaga students, they spoke of the love for Milton, his family, and his difficulties in life etc., (see court transcripts for those details after my case is heard in court. CASE #: 22-2-00580-32). Then these former Gonzaga students stated they don't handle that type of claim. NOW, that Milton Rowland cost me my only avenue for justice against the Veterans Administration, I reached back out to Christopher S. Crago. His response, “Hi Eric - The attorneys at McNeice Wheeler are reviewing your case. I am not a litigator so I am unable to assist you.” Chris (From iPhone)

I wanted to share that the experience I had with the view ridge law- more specifiacally with the attorny Elaina T. was far from well. I had to end my session with her early and request my money back. I paid her to help me and instead she spent time telling me why I couldnt get what I wanted and defending the other party. I also found out she did not read all the paperwork I sent in which she claimed was irrelevant to the case which was entirely unture. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism and care that was given to me. Our meeting was not recorded so I was not able to prove that way she was speaking to me to her superiors. The only positive that came from this was that the office did refund me my money. I lost out on a very timely situation due to their lack of attention.

Gave retainer in March 2017 to have IRS form 843 submitted. I did a follow up with him beginning in June 2017 and after repeated calls and emails I finally got a call in July of 2017. he didn't submit power of attorney form in March but is doing it now (July 2017). in August he made a correction or clarification on the filing of the 2848 form.I attempted several follow up calls and emails from November 2017 through my last on in January 2018. None have been responded too. Finally decided I had no choice but to first dispute my charges with my credit card company so I could get my retainer back, fire Nic, and now get someone else to file the form 843 for me. I'm pretty patient and allowed him ample time to make progress (over 10 months) and in the end, he barely took the time to file form 2848 (power of attorney) with the IRS. Lack of professionalism by not doing the work, not keeping me informed, not returning my calls, and not responding to my emails. I wasn't over the top in my requests....perhaps three messages and two or three follow up emails from August 2017 to January 2018. Now I had to take the time to actually sit here and write this complaint. You now owe me for my time Nic.

I contacted Zuanich Law about 22 months ago to get my gun rights back. We covered all the pertinent information they needed to start the case. I paid the retainer and left them to do what they needed to do without my interruptions. After several months I hadn’t heard anything, I was worried so I contacted them to see what the progress was. They filed a motion in my county, it was review and denied as there was a law change prior to their filing. Brian Zuanich talked to me in depth about refiling in Pierce County as that is where my initial felony was signed. Again I left them alone to file the motions and hoping this would happen. Again several months later, I was thinking this was a lost cause then I received an email from their office telling me that the Courts signed the motion to restore the right to own and possess a firearm in Washington State. Yeah!! I was really surprised and happy. It took longer than I thought it would but they stayed the course. There were other options I could have taken if this motion was denied as well but Brian Zuanich knew what he needed to do and how to move forward. That’s the important thing with you hire an attorney, make sure they know the system for the type of law you need to have help with. Yes, I am very satisfied with their office and will recommend them everytime!

Mister Brian Zuanich and his paralegal Kristy were an integral part of my civil rights restoration. Without sharing too many personal details of my case, I can say I had a rather unique complication with my process involving a move between Washington and Oregon that the Zuanich team were able to help me navigate and understand. Legalities between states and documents from one state to another are not always equal. For myself, and most others I'd wager, these are complicated matters and were something that I personally wasn't too knowledgeable of.

My partner’s estranged husband died in the state of Arizona and she needed some legal advice regarding the estate. She called G S Jones and clearly explained that the estate was in the state of Arizona. The secretary consulted with one of the attorneys who assured us that he was able to help. We drove 2 hours to Port Orchard to the office. The $200 consultation fee was collected immediately upon entering. We then met with Norm and she outlined her issues with the estate. Many of her questions were answered by, “If this was in Washington it would be ______, but I don’t know about Arizona”. In the course of the hour there was only one of her questions he was able to answer because it was federal law.
Because of Norm’s lack of knowledge of Arizona law she felt that the $200 consultation fee was unfair based on the information she was given beforehand that he would be capable of handling it She asked for a $100 refund and was refused. It was an expensive lesson learned. Don’t go to this law firm if you have any issues outside the state of Washington regardless of what they tell you they are able to handle.

I was not represented by John through my divorce however he asked some very pertinent questions and provided the best legal advice I could have possibly received at the time. I did my research and thought I picked a great outstanding attorney when I paid 200 to have a consultation with John. I was prepared with my concerns and what I was requesting to change in our PP! I sent a detailed email the day before my phone consultation so we could discuss my concerns in my current PP. From the very moment he got onto the phone he was rude and very off putting. Ya how can I help you? I told him my name and that we had a consultation, and I sent over an email with changes I needed to request to my PP. Again, how can I help you! Ok now this is odd… Seemed like he did not have time nor the desire to take this consultation. Did you receive my email? Yes I have it here!
Phone call got worse every second. He only talked about himself. Told me it’s not possible for just about everything that I wanted to change. Defended the other party even though he had no idea what type of abusive situation my child was dealing with every time he has a visitation. I would give no stars if I could. This attorney seems as though he hates his profession lacks empathy and has no time to take on any new clients. Now I paid 200 for absolutely nothing. I feel frustrated, belittled, and my time was definitely wasted.
