My mother went in to make a few amendments to the existing documents Elder Law Center had drawn up a few years ago. Robin Petersen Esq. was efficient and detail oriented. My mom was supposed to come back a few weeks later to sign the documents. Two days later the office informed her that her documents were ready for review. The office staff was able to make time for her to come in immediately to sign. This was a huge relief to have everything done so quickly. Erica and the rest of the office staff were so incredibly sweet to my mother. Erica made sure to go over everything carefully so that my mother understood everything. Erica even spoke to my mother in Spanish to make the process even easier for her to understand. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone in need of estate planning.

Being told to call Mr Fisher was the best advice I could’ve received. Never being in a situation like I was in, Mr Fisher was very patient in explaining the process forward and every step in resolving my case. After the first the conversation with him I actually felt calm and believed I was going to be okay, which I didn’t think was possible. Mr. Fisher acted quickly and was surprised how fast my case resolved. Truly cannot thank Mr. Fisher enough as well as his office staff in helping me in the manner which they did. Mitch is a knowledgeable, aggressive, honest and fair attorney. I hired Mitch for a paternity case. When I hired Mitch, he explained the outcome and was honest about how the case would resolve. After over a year, several hearings and a trial, Mitch got the exact results he told me he would get when I initially hired him. Mitch was approachable and made himself available when issues would come up where I needed his guidance. Mitch was thrown a curve ball a couple days before the final trial and was able to mitigate that. Lauren, who is Mitch's legal assistant is nothing short of amazing and was very knowledgeable. Last year my neighbor and friend, recently deceased, based upon my recommendation hired Peggy Hoyt to create a Pet Trust to provide her 24+- horse located in Wisconsin, dog and 4 cats (located in Florida) care after she died, as part of her will. I was thrilled that my neighbor took my advice and hired Peggy Hoyt. This pet trust assures that funds from her estate have been set aside to provide feed and other needs for her animals. Additionally, my neighbor and friend, as part of a life estate agreement was verbally guaranteed her horses could remain on the property until they died. At this time, all horses have care and are fat and happy grazing every day, on the land they were promised for life. I am confident, my friend and neighbor made the right decision when she hired Peggy and now that the Probate for her estate has been approved and after legal issues soon to be resolved, plans for the lifetime care of the horses will be finalized.

It is because of this man right here that today I have the handle and not the blade. My defendant sent me to the gallows but Mr. Hollander destroyed them. This lawyer changed the course of my life and I am tremendously grateful to him. My personal downfall was a moving target where the universe was laughing at me but it was no match for Mr. Frank Hollander. He is a pit bull clawing at the ground for justice and be warned he does not like bullies. My defendant mocked me and laughed out loud when I talked but Mr. Hollander shut him down. One could never be sure but it later caused the downfall of a corrupt organization that imploded. When anyone is asking me to do business, I have several checkpoints and one is my God given intuition. But when it comes to the letter of the law, it is this man right here Mr. Frank Hollander. He and my gut intuition are on point and work together. I find it interesting that Frank has the same name as Frank Sinatra and St. Francis, the Patron Saint of Lost Causes for a reason. Opponents reading this be forewarned because he will shut it down. Thank you forever, Mr. Hollander.

I have a case related to a car accident that has been called both "interesting" and "vexatious" by everyone(legal and insurance) I've contacted for help. The discussions I had with Mr. Hollander shed invaluable light on the situation. He was spot on.
I was waiting on a response from my insurance company about providing legal representation and getting very worried as a court date approached. I needed an attorney and searched here on Avvo.com. I found Mr. Hollander and then looked at at his reviews and website. So I sent him an email with some info(case number, brief explanation) about my case.
He got back to me relatively quickly and had already looked at the complaint. We discussed the case details and he predicted everything that has happened thus far. He then dug further in and found out a bunch more stuff.
We had a second discussion where he said the insurance company will have to provide me with legal representation(they did). We then talked about my case for about an hour and his thoughts and explanations on it have helped me immensely. He also turned up a document that might end my case quickly. The insurance company attorneys jumped on it as soon as I mentioned it. I forwarded them the same file he sent me.

My father set up a trust with Chris Vorbeck in the early 2000's. When Dad passed, the movement of everything to Mother could not have been smoother. When Mother passed 5 years later, Chris took care of everything moving assets smoothly to me. My wife and I set up our own trust with his help and it always felt like we were his only clients. I have had very little experience with attorneys in my lifetime, but I can not imagine it being any easier that Chris Vorbeck made the process. He felt like a member of the family.

Hired to handle a summary administration for my mother. There was only a single asset— a house— so I expected a fairly quick resolution. The sale of the house was delayed when this office failed to file a death certificate. Delays caused at several other points by taking several weeks to file simple paperwork. Doesn’t seem given the fee structure where you pay up front that they have any incentive to work in a timely manner.

Jennifer is absolutely amazing. I ended up sitting in on a community meeting where Jennifer ended up giving a presentation on florida auto insurance and her level of understanding of the law and also explaining it was perfect. I hired a different attorney who was slow, not attentive, and never prepared for our meetings. I fired him and hired Wendi L Hall-Gonzales. Totally different experience. Excellent. Always responded to my questions. Very attentive. She was able to bring my divorce to an end in a timely fashion. It would have been faster had it not been for the one I was divorcing.
