As a law enforcement officer, you meet all kinds of lawyers/ attorneys during court proceedings. I found myself, on the other side of the fence in 2022. I needed to be represented, due to being involved in two vehicle accidents and I had to have neck surgery. The way they treated me was more than I could have EVER imagined.
More importantly, two employees at the firm in particular; I have to give them their flowers … Mellissa Barfield and Monika Baez. These ladies were extremely professional. They offered answers to questions that I didn’t know to ask. They were always available to answer my questions, listen to my concerns, worries, fears, doubts and they walked me through whatever process I was going through. They responded to texts and phone calls at night and on the weekends.
Kenneth, Melissa and Monika worked hard to ensure that I was compensated well. There wasn’t a huge percentage taken away from me, like most firms do; which leave the client with da small amount. It was a pleasure working with such a personable law firm.

I was assisting my mother with her injury case and one of the things that was really giving me a hard time was that her attorney prior to me hiring Heather was never responding back, never getting back to my emails, and was never was giving me any updates. so I decided after doing much research to move forward with Heather as our attorney for my mothers injury case. MR. Douglas Rohan is an amazing attorney. I was charged with two serious felonies. If convicted I would of faced two years jail time and possible deportation. MR. Rohan was successful in dismissing one felony and reducing other felony to a misdemeanor. Consequently I received no jail time and no deportation. I highly recommend MR. Rohan and his law firm.

My teenaged son, while intelligent in many aspects of life, made a very bad decision and was arrested along with a couple of friends for drug possession (felony) & alcohol (minor in possession). Doug represented me in another case & delivered very favorable results so I was confident when I approached him with my son’s case.
Doug took my son and another boy’s case and represented them as co-defendents. Doug worked with a State Prosecutor in/out of court for a weeks, and in the end their cases were dismissed. The boys were required to attend drug and alcohol classes & complete community service hours. Needless to say, my wife, son & I were more than pleased with the outcome!
Doug held our hand and explained to us in detail what to expect in every step of the legal process. In the courtroom he’s a calm and collective & is well respected by his peers. Watching him interact/work in the courtroom ensured us we made the right decision to his firm to represent our then high school aged son.

George was really amazing and was able to get my DUI conviction reduced to simple traffic violation. It’s true that Unethical DUI lawyers with low fees will take your money and then ask you to plead guilty without doing any sort of work whatsoever. But Mr. Creal took over my case, did his homework and guided me through the entire process.
I was very impressed with his service and I would highly recommend Mr. Creal to anyone facing a DUI conviction to get the best possible outcome.

I came to Rocky with a work injury. I injured my shoulder while working for a commercial developer. What started as a bad dislocation ended up being a torn rotator cuff. I also had a neck injury with my cervical spine. Unfortunately my employer was not the shining star I needed them to be when I was injured. When I got in touch with Rocky my mind was IMMEDIATELY at ease. More importantly, he put my family at ease. My employer's insurance company did not want to pay for my surgery and Rocky fought them all the way until the morning of court - they relented rather than lose to this BULLDOG OF AN ATTORNEY. Rocky fought every step of the way for me and my family. He did not give up. He did not take their crap. I accidentally called Mr. Miller's office...but it was the best error I had ever made. Workers comp had stopped approving ANY treatment for my torn disk so i reached out to get treatments approved . Immediately Mr. Miller had gotten treatment approved . Because of the long period of neglect from workers comp, my back became worse to the point that the doctor suggested my needing surgery. I hired Doug to make sure my workers comp. case was handled properly. He exceeded my expectations in many ways. When I contacted him I had been going through the case alone for almost 2 years. I thought it was pretty much wrapped up the doctors were pretty much done with what they could do at my age. I just had to live with the rest until science advanced was my answer. When I hired Doug that answer was not good enough for him. He got me sent to better doctors in Atlanta and which all in all ended in a better result and I received a spinal cord stimulator which helped a lot more then being told to deal with it till science advances. Doug is very thorough and knowledgeable with his craft. If I could go back and do it again the only thing I would change is I would hire him sooner!

Mr. Brown was referred to my family through a friend. My mother had just been in a near fatal collision with a tractor trailer. She was fortunate to have survived.
Her recovery is still ongoing 2 years after the accident. With that said, Mr. Brown was wonderful. He was very compassionate and attentive to our family and mother's health and financial concerns.
