I am very thankful to have had Clyde Rickard and Jessica Nix as my attorneys for my personal injury case. I started with another firm that wouldn't even return my calls, I could never go to their office (not sure they had an office) the only time I would here from them or their paralegal was to sign papers and it was always to meet this woman in a parking lot and ALWAYS told to sign papers, sign here, sign there and it was all done out of the back of her van which was more than scary. That happened twice, one too many times for me, also I was in constant pain they (the other atty) never helped me as far as my medical attention. And then by the Grace of God I fell right into the lap of Clyde Rickard and Jessica Nick and after a meeting with Clyde and Jessica and them telling me that should have happened but we're not happening with or for me at all. So for me the best move I ever made was to fire them(the other atty) and hired Clyde and Jessica within 2 days I was seeing a doctor that helped me greatly with my pain. I was always kept informed about what was going on with my case and my calls were always answered and returned, any problems that may have come went straight to them and we're handled immediately and again I was always constantly informed about what was going on with my case. And when it came down to the settlement Clyde is a MASTER NEGOTIATOR!!!! My settlement was more than satisfactory for me and definitely more than I expected!!!!!! Attorney Warsett is the right type of lawyer to work alongside of. He fully explained his expectations on the front end of the case, which were more than reasonable. He did not attempt to direct medical decision making. At all times, his interest was that of the best interest for the present and future of his client (my patient). Alan Saltzman has been extremely responsive and proactive in all the work he has done for our family. His communication was excellent and we always knew where we were in the process throughout our cases.

Bengtson has told me several times that his goals with clients are to treat us in such a way that we come back to him and refer people to him.
He has delivered on that for me.
He got a very crappy injury case of mine in a package deal from the attorney I'd originally hired to represent me in it several years ago.
That one finally settled and had nothing in it for me. Low policy limits and ongoing pain from it because it was a side hit, I didn't know what I was doing and took forever to get treated.
Total mess.
Bengtson was nice about it, and I asked what to do if I got into another accident (really when, because I drive a lot).
I got into another accident.
This one had a semi that caused it.
I called a couple of other lawyers to shop around, settled on him because I'd always been able to get questions answered by his paralegal.
When I came in for the initial consultation he gave me a $3000 check from the case with no money it it. He'd promised to give me something out of it when it was being mediated, but basic arithmetic said I was getting zero so I hadn't bothered to check back.
He DOES NOT use an answering service! So if someone picks up they actually work in the same office (there's a paralegal who works for another lawyer &/or a guy who works reception who pick up the phone occasionally)
The semi truck case settled recently and that was a life changing check for me.
(Partly because I'd wisely let all needy @$$h03$ exit my life without letting them know I was getting anything good out of the accident)
But I haven't had to work since it showed up. And I bought my own place with it too.
It was near the bottom of what Bengtson said my case could bring in, but it was plenty so I was fine with it.
He indicated we could definitely go to court if I wanted, and I think that did have a somewhat higher likely payout for me.

Following an accident involving a SUV and 18 Wheel Dump Truck on an Interstate my husband and I were both simply glad to be alive. They ask questions and have you do all they work for them and charge you money, you tell them the person when where to find them and they go when they want too and say they can find the person. They also dont know how fight for you they are horrable.I did not get all my money things without out paying more money for what so the only person to when is the lawyer and the other party. I had a work related injury that forced me to use an attorney to resolve the matter. After contacting several, I went with Nick after receiving a recommendation. The end results could not have been better.
Nick was very professional with a high attention to detail. While some attorneys seemed to just tell me what they thought I wanted to hear, Nick was honest and realistic from the start. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and walked me through the steps and most importantly kept my needs as top priority. He definitely delivers results.
Something he said in our first conversation stuck with me when he and I first spoke. I've never won anything from a radio station and I had been navigating a rough patch in life. One day while Dashing I was listening to Majic and heard that Amy was giving away money for the new year. I'm like could it be a sign? I went ahead and explained what I could do with money like they asked and gave it to God. I was leaving an interview from getting a new job and moments later got the call that I won!!!! It still doesn't seem real to me. I'm very thankful for Amy and whenever it's time to get the prize I hope that I can thank you in person.
Well, I was very happy about the prize. But, now I feel like I haven't won anything and that I'm hassling people about something that they said they chose me for. Nobody has contacted me to tell me the next steps. The initial call and the video went well, but, now I'm getting silence. It's been 5 days so I guess I'll just wait.
