I got a pretty bad speeding ticket because I was late going to my pregnant wife’s appointment to meet the specialist because she had a high risk pregnancy. The ticket I received was also a super speeder. My job requires that I have a clean record. I hired Kevin and he was able to help me get a great outcome. No points, no reporting to my MVR, this helps SO much because I work and drive a company vehicle for an insurance company. Kevin made the process very easy and seamless. Out of FOUR lawyers that I contacted, Kevin was the only one who was responsive, he was up front about his pricing and steps that I would need to take going forward. Most lawyers are lazy but not Kevin. I would hire Kevin again if ever needed his services! Thanks for the hard work Kevin!

MR. Douglas Rohan is an amazing attorney. I was charged with two serious felonies. If convicted I would of faced two years jail time and possible deportation. MR. Rohan was successful in dismissing one felony and reducing other felony to a misdemeanor. Consequently I received no jail time and no deportation. I highly recommend MR. Rohan and his law firm.

My teenaged son, while intelligent in many aspects of life, made a very bad decision and was arrested along with a couple of friends for drug possession (felony) & alcohol (minor in possession). Doug represented me in another case & delivered very favorable results so I was confident when I approached him with my son’s case.
Doug took my son and another boy’s case and represented them as co-defendents. Doug worked with a State Prosecutor in/out of court for a weeks, and in the end their cases were dismissed. The boys were required to attend drug and alcohol classes & complete community service hours. Needless to say, my wife, son & I were more than pleased with the outcome!
Doug held our hand and explained to us in detail what to expect in every step of the legal process. In the courtroom he’s a calm and collective & is well respected by his peers. Watching him interact/work in the courtroom ensured us we made the right decision to his firm to represent our then high school aged son.

I came to Rocky with a work injury. I injured my shoulder while working for a commercial developer. What started as a bad dislocation ended up being a torn rotator cuff. I also had a neck injury with my cervical spine. Unfortunately my employer was not the shining star I needed them to be when I was injured. When I got in touch with Rocky my mind was IMMEDIATELY at ease. More importantly, he put my family at ease. My employer's insurance company did not want to pay for my surgery and Rocky fought them all the way until the morning of court - they relented rather than lose to this BULLDOG OF AN ATTORNEY. Rocky fought every step of the way for me and my family. He did not give up. He did not take their crap. Had it not been for Rocky I am sure I would still be in a world of hurt and confusion over this entire mess. Rocky....thank you for what you did. Mr. Ginsberg gave excellent advice to me. He advised me to reach out to my Texas State Senator because of how long the initial application process was taking. He also said for me to attach my grid rule to my application in which I did. After I did that, within 2 mo I was approved for disability at the age of 63. It took me 13 months to get approved and that was not having to hire an attorney. Thank you!!

I hired Doug to make sure my workers comp. case was handled properly. He exceeded my expectations in many ways. When I contacted him I had been going through the case alone for almost 2 years. I thought it was pretty much wrapped up the doctors were pretty much done with what they could do at my age. I just had to live with the rest until science advanced was my answer. When I hired Doug that answer was not good enough for him. He got me sent to better doctors in Atlanta and which all in all ended in a better result and I received a spinal cord stimulator which helped a lot more then being told to deal with it till science advances. Doug is very thorough and knowledgeable with his craft. If I could go back and do it again the only thing I would change is I would hire him sooner!

I was not going to comment out of respect to a friend who does a lot of business with you all, but since you responded I will. I respectfully deny your request to call. If I do call, I will not get an answer. The same thing goes for an email. If we do talk, you will not listen to what I am communicating to you. If I am ever forced to do business with you all again, it will only be out of respect to the person I am referring to who prefers to close with you. Maybe the process will go better when you realize who that is. Unfortunately, I am not a fan of people who treat people based off who they think they are. My names is Ismeta and Mr. Maniscalco has been representing my husband for 21 years. My husband had a traumatic brain injury when he was struck in the head by a metal object at work. My husband was only 41 years old and I was only 36 at the time of his injury. We lived in an apartment with our two young children (ages 11 and 17). We had immigrated to the United States from our country due to a civil war and we had only been in the United States for two years when my husband suffered his life changing injury. The insurance company denied my husband’s treatment claiming that it was pre-existing. Mr. Maniscalco fought the insurance company every step of the way and literally saved my husband’s life. Mr. Maniscalco has given our family another chance and if it was not for his legal expertise my children would for sure be left without a father at a very young age. The surgeries that my husband needed were absolutely necessary for him to continue to live and were something that we could have never afforded. After my husband’s accident, our lives were turned upside down (financially, emotionally and in every possible sense).
