Let me start by saying that I was injured at work. I was a truck driver that was involved in a serious truck accident that caused me to be paralyzed and eventually caused me to lose my left leg.
This accident and subsequent workers' compensation claim involved significant work on behalf of Mr. Slappey.

Attorney Warsett is the right type of lawyer to work alongside of. He fully explained his expectations on the front end of the case, which were more than reasonable. I am very thankful to have had Clyde Rickard and Jessica Nix as my attorneys for my personal injury case. I started with another firm that wouldn't even return my calls, I could never go to their office (not sure they had an office) the only time I would here from them or their paralegal was to sign papers and it was always to meet this woman in a parking lot and ALWAYS told to sign papers, sign here, sign there and it was all done out of the back of her van which was more than scary. That happened twice, one too many times for me, also I was in constant pain they (the other atty) never helped me as far as my medical attention. And then by the Grace of God I fell right into the lap of Clyde Rickard and Jessica Nick and after a meeting with Clyde and Jessica and them telling me that should have happened but we're not happening with or for me at all. Mr. Doyle works at the Law Offices of Robert Pagniello. He represented me for my workers compensation case and social security disability case. I was able to settle my workers compensation case for a lot more than my previous attorney told me that I could. At the social security disability hearing Mr. Doyle was able to get my back benefits for three years. He was attentive, honest, and straight forward. He didnt mince words and spoke in a way I could understand. Something my last lawyer was unable to do.

My experience with Mr. Franklin Hughes was nothing less than excellent, as he is caring, ethical, innovative, and brilliant. I had never needed a lawyer in this capacity before so the whole process was new to me. Alan Saltzman has been extremely responsive and proactive in all the work he has done for our family. His communication was excellent and we always knew where we were in the process throughout our cases.

Bengtson has told me several times that his goals with clients are to treat us in such a way that we come back to him and refer people to him.
He has delivered on that for me.
He got a very crappy injury case of mine in a package deal from the attorney I'd originally hired to represent me in it several years ago.
That one finally settled and had nothing in it for me. Low policy limits and ongoing pain from it because it was a side hit, I didn't know what I was doing and took forever to get treated.
Total mess.
Bengtson was nice about it, and I asked what to do if I got into another accident (really when, because I drive a lot).
I got into another accident.
This one had a semi that caused it.
I called a couple of other lawyers to shop around, settled on him because I'd always been able to get questions answered by his paralegal.
When I came in for the initial consultation he gave me a $3000 check from the case with no money it it. He'd promised to give me something out of it when it was being mediated, but basic arithmetic said I was getting zero so I hadn't bothered to check back.
He DOES NOT use an answering service! So if someone picks up they actually work in the same office (there's a paralegal who works for another lawyer &/or a guy who works reception who pick up the phone occasionally)
The semi truck case settled recently and that was a life changing check for me.
(Partly because I'd wisely let all needy @$$h03$ exit my life without letting them know I was getting anything good out of the accident)
But I haven't had to work since it showed up. And I bought my own place with it too.
It was near the bottom of what Bengtson said my case could bring in, but it was plenty so I was fine with it.
He indicated we could definitely go to court if I wanted, and I think that did have a somewhat higher likely payout for me.
