On a construction site in Massachusetts, I was injured 5 years ago due to obvious contractor's negligence of implementing full protection and safety measures.
Doctors recommended rest and provided short term medication, that were adequate for coverage by the insurance. Knee pains remained and resulted in knee procedure first, and several months after in a bone spur surgery to one leg.
Colleagues and staff of my client-owner of the project, seeing my physical deterioration and knowing the facts of the accident from me, advised that I need to consult with an attorney.
I did indeed consult with Attorney Whitman and worked the details of my case with Attorney Dan Munnelly. They agreed to take on my case after our first meeting.
The case took 3 years of litigation that ended fairly by a mediation. Attorneys Whitman and Munnelly, researched profoundly the case and documented all details from our conversation and particularly from their own research.
Always responsive, my attorneys Steve and Dan, were excellent communicators with me, always digging deeper and deeper, then consulted with other attorneys to build up a strong case.
I am grateful for their attention and great work.

Attorney Paul Moraski is THE BEST criminal defense lawyer! When my son was falsely accused of a crime that he didnt commit and all the cards were stacked against him, we felt defeated. We called multiple lawyers and had multiple consultations and each lawyer agreed to take his case but they all wanted him to plead guilty. This would have meant my son pleading guilty for something he didn't do, having a permanent conviction record, possible jail time, license suspension, fines, and court fees. I understand that this was the fastest, easiest, and least costly way out but this would have had a huge negative effect on my sons life and his career. He would not being able to work in his profession and run his current business. He worked so hard to get where he is by going to college, his internships and now owning and running his own business. This entire ordeal was a devastating blow to my family and we were so blessed and grateful that we found Paul! ( He asked us to call him Paul during our first meeting) We knew from the first consultation that we needed to hire him! He was the first lawyer out of many that believed in my son and believed we had a strong case and didn't want him to just plead guilty. This entire thing was foreign territory for us. Paul was very knowledgeable through the entire process, he explained things to us in detail and kept my family in the loop the entire way during my sons case. I mearly called for a consultation, I don't know whether this attorney was having a bad day or something else is going on or perhaps he was preoccupied, but the level of attention to detail on a potential case Even if he was listening at all, yes I understand you couldn't even take the case yet you have a tactfully poor representation of your law firm. Once again so we can be clear Yes I understand yes !!!!! I understand your not going to be able to take the case nor do you have to provide reason but asking a general question of what my options are , should have been handled more appropriately . you offer free consultation. I respect the type of attorney that you can hear in their voice no matter what the answer is They were delighted to handle your situation as best as they possibly could have. I call it having a good bedside manner. Yet I was brutally disconnected cut off and left hanging and I guess that's how you tell the difference between a solid lawyer that gives a crap about his clients potential clients and ones that are just ambulance chasers wanting to make a quick buck. There are millions of lawyers on this site And you should be truly grateful that people decided to hire you to take on their cases . Because if it wasn't for them you wouldn't even have a practice . I'm not angry. I've served my country for 8 years in the United States Navy and the college graduate with the background and engineering . On two occasions, Counselor Finamore "saved my chestnuts" from the fire. Both times all he did was to make a phone call - just a phone call. But it was to the right person at the right time.
On one occasion, I sent Mr. Finamore a retainer check. He located important information which he conveyed to me quickly and efficiently.
Then . . . GET THIS . . . he returned my retainer! He helped me greatly and charged me not a farthing. INTEGRITY. Something missing in parts of America today. It is so refreshing to find a lawyer with great integrity who performs as he is asked.

Attorney Light represented me on two occassions. I found him to be informative, knowledgeable and professional. Although I felt somewhat intimidated on our first meeting, the more I got to know him, the more I realized that he was looking out for my best interest.
