Jordana is THE attorney that you want on your side. She will fight and advocate for you at every step of the way without nickel and diming you along the road like other lawyers. She is incredibly well versed with real estate law, professional while still being firm, and will NOT let anyone push her clients around. If you call her, she'll answer. If you text her, she will respond. I don't think 5 minutes ever went by without her responding to an email I sent - didn't matter if it was a weekday or a Sunday, she is THERE for you. Jordana was my attorney for a complex closing on a property I was purchasing, and now I plan to use her for all landlord and real estate purchases. I'm reading these reviews and wondering why our experiences were so vastly different from the experiences of many. Jordana was unresponsive, distracted during meetings and seemed to buddy up to the other party's attorney at our expense. The only upside of our experience was that she didn't charge us anything. Then again, she did nothing for us either, other than waste a lot of our time. Fortunately, we found another lawyer who was just perfect! But beware, it sounds like when Jordana is "on" she's great but when her heart isn't in it, she is awful.

As someone who has unfortunately been in a major accident prior to the one for which I've recently needed legal counsel for, I can attest firsthand in the difficulty of finding a reputable, capable, knowledgeable, and experienced lawyer, and what to look for in terms of pros and cons in being able to find a lawyer who will get you the best possible outcome.
Last August, I was struck by a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed as a pedestrian. I had five major surgeries, spent two months in the hospital, am permanently disfigured, and spent over a year bedridden. During my hospital stay, I spent my whole second month doing my due diligence and, using my experience from my prior accident, I found and obtained, what I believe to be one of the better lawyers in the Greater Boston area. Through comparing and contrasting numerous websites and ratings in the highly concentrated Boston pool, I found Mr. Feinberg, who had above-satisfactory reviews and high ratings across the board, especially on websites where lawyers rate other lawyers, which is very telling within itself. It addition, Mr. Feinberg also had the highest settlement amount in the Boston area for five consecutive years in a row.
From experience, I can proclaim from both my prior and recent accidents, that if you're looking for a lawyer who get the job done and get it done right, I highly, highly recommend Mr. Feinberg. He got me the highest possible settlement amount in an expedient manner, was always responsive and answered all my questions thoroughly and diligently, and overall is just a genuine, caring person and a great, trial-experienced lawyer. May be accident injury claims isn’t what they are good at . When I used them years ago it was quite convincing that they do good work may be because at that time they have honest lawyers who actually wanted to do what right . But recently , i used them again and all I got was lies , lack of communication and most importantly not working with me well . Settled a $40k claim for $15k . Then took 3 months to issue a check they received 2 weeks after they closed the case behind my back . Sorry Monsur but I wasn’t satisfied at all especially after I asked around different attorneys what the severity of my case was. I could have died and my life would be only worth $15k

They were all interested in the start. Gave them all the paperwork and info. This went on for weeks. Then no response from them. Made several attempts to contact them Nothing. No call backs at all. Weeks went by and not even a call to tell us if the case was going forward. Never heard from them again. Never again will I call these people. If I could give them no stars , I would.

Richard McLaughlin succesfully represented me in 1997 and again 2018. It's so difficult to find and work with an attorney when you've been seriously injured and have no experience with the process. The 1st atty I retained in '97 was disbared.

I'm sure there are ethical and trauma-informed lawyers in MA. This firm does not embody either of those characteristics.
edit: i'll add a bit of detail since another review is accusing the public of screwing this company over with bad reviews for no good reason. My lawyer, Michael, ignored my calls, I only communicated with his secretary for the most part. He gas-lit me, called me hysterical, ignored me, or lied to my face. My case was bogus in the first place. Getting it dismissed was the bare minimum of the service I expected to receive for the fee I paid. They care more about making themselves look good than making their clients feel good/validated/heard/respected. I work in health care. If I treated my clients how Michael treated me I would be out of a job. PLT should invest in getting trauma-informed training for all of their lawyers.
