I do not have much experience with law firms, but I can honestly say that this firm is the absolute worst when it comes to communication. I should have followed my first mind and dropped them months ago instead of letting them talk me into staying with them. If I could give negative stars I would give them 1,000 of them. A client should never have to basically beg for a returned phone call, email or text. It literally takes a few seconds to send a text. Lawyer gave me her personal cell phone number allegedly and I still do not get a response. I have gone weeks, probably even a month or so WITH NO CONTACT from my so called lawyer or team. I went to court in April of this year and I still have no idea what is happening or any updates. I had to make the choice to return to work while still injured and in pain because I could no longer wait for this circus to represent me. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. I was off from work for 10 months with no pay based off of a partial denial from workman's comp and these lawyers move slower than molasses in Alaska. They did nothing to force the issue of the partial denial to have workman's comp keep paying me and providing therapy while things went through the "process" Now I am stuck with the choice of firing them like I should have and start over, or keep waiting it out...DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM!!!!!!!!!

Worked with Brian Thompto as an attorney to file my Green card and he was so unreponsive, careless, rude and never ever replied back to my emails neither calls. Wasted my 15 months for PWD and PERm and end result is it got denied because of his mistake to not including my skills in ETA-9089 besides providing him all the details. Even after it got denied, he seems like nothing happened and jeopardizing my future and now i am left with no option else than leaving US as my time is getting closer. I would definitely not recommend him and I still can't believe that i am not the first person to give this type of review but still he is serving in this organization. Seems like all Attorneys here are like same where no one care about their clients. If you wish to waste your time and money, please hire from here.

Been 4 years since retaining him, I 've gotten a lot of letters, and thank GOD my private insurance has been paying since then, or I'd really be screwed. Letter stating he'll go to the commission, then absolutely NOTHING for months. Can't even get an injection approved when Travelers own doctor recommended an injection

As far as his knowledge on litigating a workman's compensation claim..it may be good since I do believe he puts in good effort, however, he is just not very responsive and therefore, the communication skills are lacking.
If I wanted to find out what was going to happen at a hearing and I called a few days prior, I didn't end up hearing from him until various days AFTER the hearing. Emails would go unanswered and I ended up talking to his assistant most of the time. Even when I had specific legal questions I needed to address, he was never available.
I do not have unreasonable expectations. I was not expecting to talk to him each day..so his lack of getting back to any of my inquiries was aggravating.
He may have the experience to navigate the Workman's Comp field but an attorney that does not maintain open lines of communication is just in my opinion, unacceptable.
