Worked with Brian Thompto as an attorney to file my Green card and he was so unreponsive, careless, rude and never ever replied back to my emails neither calls. Wasted my 15 months for PWD and PERm and end result is it got denied because of his mistake to not including my skills in ETA-9089 besides providing him all the details. Even after it got denied, he seems like nothing happened and jeopardizing my future and now i am left with no option else than leaving US as my time is getting closer. I would definitely not recommend him and I still can't believe that i am not the first person to give this type of review but still he is serving in this organization. Seems like all Attorneys here are like same where no one care about their clients. If you wish to waste your time and money, please hire from here.

Eventhough I informed him about my ex husband's health condition, which prevents him to make sane financial and personal decisions, Mr.Hwang has not taken it (yet) in consideration and has not stopped taking an unethical advantage of my ex husband's illness, to make profit on our sad family situation. My ex, our 2 children and I have been subjected to this treatment for the past 7 years from different attorneys. I did a consultation and everything went well. In order to know if we had a case they needed a medical expert opinion which costs $2500. My family wanted answers so we paid for the review which was coordinated by their office. After a few months and me having to follow-up, I we received a letter from the medical expert that basically summarized the preliminary autopsy report which had a different cause of death than the final autopsy report. When I pointed this out to my lawyer they basically said they were done with the matter. We did get $500 back, but wasted $2000. When I reached out directly to the medical expert he said he would review the final autopsy report and provide an update later that week. After not hearing back, I called the medical expert and he basically said he works through the lawyer. Overall this made the worst experience of our life even more frustrating. Whether we had a case or not we were hoping for answers on the care of our mother.

I went to Mr. Clinton in distress when I was experiencing some issues at law school. Thankfully, I ended up just transferring to another law school and ultimately did not pursue my issues. I am still writing this review years later because I feel reviews can help people so much when selecting an attorney and my consultation with Mr. Clinton is one that really helped me to find peace.
Attorney Clinton came across as a very knowledgeable and helpful person. I have interacted with many attorneys as I am one myself and I can honestly say that very few were as kind as Mr. Clinton. Oftentimes, attorneys can be snippy, but he was not. He is honest about if he can help you or not. At the same time, he remains a very sympathetic person whether he can help you or not. Rest assured, you can tell him your about your possible case and all your problems with no judgment. I also like the types of cases he worked on. I felt they were very noble causes and this was the reason I called him to begin with when I was having the issues I was having.

I contacted Nash to discuss my disability, and after a short discussion, they informed me that I was a good candidate to receive benefits. The rest was easy because they handled everything. The communication was great! As excepted, I was denied 2 times, before my case went to a judge. Nash provided an attorney, as expected. His name is Spelios. He did a magnificent job preparing me for the prior to my call with the judge, which took ~45 minutes, as well as during the call. I received a call yesterday from Spelios indicating that the ruling was favorable. The judge made his ruling in just over 2 weeks. I could not be happier with the support Nash provided me and would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them!!

I was initially referred to Z Wang & Associates in 2013 by a friend of mine. My parents met with Zhidong Wang when he traveled back to China in 2013–2014, and we decided to start the EB-5 process with Z Wang & Associates as our immigration attorneys. We first filed the I-526 in September 2015 and received approval in September 2016. We filed the I-485 in April 2020 and had it approved in July 2022. In May 2024, we filed the I-829 and received approval in December 2024. We are glad that, after this 9-year wait, we have finally completed the entire EB-5 process and had our conditions removed.
Over the years, we worked with Dora Zang, Jamie Hossa, Jeff Cheng, and Zhidong Wang, who were always able to answer our questions whenever we needed help. We truly appreciate their time and assistance over the past nine years! We will contact them again for the N-400 process and any future green card applications for my parents.

I was initially referred to Z Wang & Associates in 2013 by a friend of mine. My parents met with Zhidong Wang when he traveled back to China in 2013–2014, and we decided to start the EB-5 process with Z Wang & Associates as our immigration attorneys. We first filed the I-526 in September 2015 and received approval in September 2016. We filed the I-485 in April 2020 and had it approved in July 2022. In May 2024, we filed the I-829 and received approval in December 2024. We are glad that, after this 9-year wait, we have finally completed the entire EB-5 process and had our conditions removed.
