Cliff Eley has been my lawyer since 2005. I was injured on the job and did not want to get a lawyer. I wanted to handle it on my own but it got to where I needed a surgery that the insurance company denied. Cliff was able to get me the surgery and a great $ettlement. I could tell that his focus was more on my well-being than the money he could make. ... Even though he was already paid in 2005, he did not withdraw and continues to help me whenever the insurance company hassles me, tries to close my case etc... ¡GRACIAS CLIFF!

When my vehicle was torpedoed by a Broomfield City transit van, that failed to signal before diving into my lane, I immediately contacted Hull & Zimmerman for advice on how to proceed. Rick Hull courteously helped and advised me throughout the long, drawn-out process.
Mr. Hull very much went against my common expectations that contacting an attorney would immediately trigger an expense that I could in no way afford. Jon took on my case after I was already 1 1/2 years into my claim. Most of the funds in my case were already depleted. My case/injury was small in comparison to most other cases but that didn’t matter! I was always given the attention and effort that I needed. Any phone call that couldn’t be answered immediately, was always returned, even if Jon was done for the day and driving home. He never left me hanging. The staff was always professional and I wrapped up my claim feeling as satisfied as I could be considering the details of my claim. I would whole heartedly give my recommendation for Boesen Law!

I was denied for Social Security Disability. I hired a lawyer (not Jack) to appeal this decision. Unfortunately that lawyer did not file the appeal within the timeframe required. So I was denied again. Through a recommendation I met and hired Jack to continue the appeal process which was extremely difficult at this point. Jack was extremely persistent. He was very patient with me. He is very knowledgeable about the process needed to file and appeal Social Security Disability claims. I would highly recommend Jack to anyone going through this difficult process. My claim was approved and I am very thankful for Jack and the wonderful job he did. He is the best. Ms. McClintock provided very competent service to me. From the start of my case I felt like she genuinely was concerned and took a real interest in helping me. Excellent communication skills. Was given the time and attention I personally needed, as well as the time and attention my case needed.
After being rear ended I called up the office and felt like they put everything else on hold to focus on me.
We quickly got appointments to be evaluated and to make a treatment plan. When I had questions Ken and his office went above and beyond during Covid to accommodate face time and zoom calls, or quick texts.
There was a point when I didn’t like the doctor I was working with and in less than an hour I had appointments with another office who made me feel comfortable.
After three months I have no out of pocket medical expenses and we are working for a fair compensation. I feel respected and valued, I feel trust in the process laid out for me, and in the action taken to follow that plan. 10/10 would recommend to anyone
