My son (age 13) and I were t-boned just before Christmas in December 2021 when a driver ran a red light at high speed and spun us into traffic in the other lane so we were hit on 2 sides. He was knocked out and had a concussion that ended up causing multi year migranes and dizzyness/damage. It was terrifying medically and financially for a few years while we went through the steps to get us better, plus challenging processing close the hit was to where he was sitting and my compromised mental and emotional capacity with my injuries complicated everything. Very thankfully, we found John Fuller and his team from the beginning. They honestly made what was one of the most difficult events of our lives much easier. Bridget in particular has helped us through so much. There was not a time in the entire process, from beginning working through all of the massive bills that hit you instantly after an emergency, all the way to the end in both my case, and my son's. I'm a single parent with very limited resources and that was probably the most terrifying part of the accident after we were both through the initial medical checks. Bridget was able to help me find and use all of the resources of the complicated insurance system to help with some of my son's bills through his dad's insurance early in the process, which helped tremendously. All the way through every step they have been clear, efficient, very caring, and consistent in communication. Every fine detail in the process was covered. There was never a time when I felt alone in this or like Fuller's team didn't have our backs. The whole experience of an accident is unfamiliar and terrifying to most of us - especially when your car is crushed with your child inside. There is no way I could have been at my mental best to sort through all of this and focus on getting us better without them. Bridget was also instrumental in strongly negotiating a very good and fair settlement in the case. I appreciate them so much. They took care of us and we couldn't be more grateful.

I feel so very grateful to Kaplan Morrell. Their whole team was fantastic. I worked a lot with Tammy Roberts from their office and she was amazing! She answered all my questions, always kept me informed with numerous updates, was always quick to respond and helped navigate me through the complexities of the whole legal process. Though I know they handle many clients, they always made me feel like I was their only client. They are very good at what they do. They settled my claim very quickly and professionally. My mom took the advice of a family friend, and church member, to connect with Greg over a head injury. Two years after accepting the case, Greg never met with my mom in person. He wanted to increase his pricing years in, so she declined his service due to a conflict of interest. He sent her files back and never followed back up. She had to find another lawyer to represent her, get caught up quickly and just recently found out Greg has the audacity to try to ask her to back pay him way above his written contract with her. I would never recommend Greg or his firm. Now, even after she told him she did not want to continue his service for the increased fees, he is trying to be paid out fees that are honestly incredulous, greedy, and manipulative. Absolutely go with anyone else.

I had a vehicle accident in 2020. It is now late 2023 and I can't tell if this case is still on going. They lack communication. I had a lawyer work with me up til the part they negotiate and then he goes quiet. The law firm ends up firing him. And now I'm with a new attorney and he hasn't said nothing other then an email stating who he was and that he's taking over my case. 0/10. Would never recommend this law firm to anyone.

If you look online at her current cases, Margaret’s tactics are to lye & wait and she will do this for months, if not years. She will not contact the DA. She was hardly proactive at all. Her demeanor was polite. But it was not worth more than 5000 alone. Forget the comments below believe me when I say you will play the roll of your own Attorney if you hire this one. Half the time you’re lucky if she reaches out or returns a single phone call/text , & doesn’t make you feel ridiculous for asking questions about your case. please continue looking elsewhere. If I had it to do over again, I would!!

She was able to get my social security approved in 2005 and also was able to get my personal long term disability approved after receiving LTD for 5yrs this was in 2009 they discontinued me. Shelly was able to get me reinstated and she did not charge me and arm and a leg. I thank her all the time if it wasn't for her I don't know what I would have done.

I would recommend the Law Office of Christopher A. German for your bankruptcy needs. He is honest and upfront with you. There are no surprises, and you know exactly what to expect. He's thorough and takes his time answering your questions and goes over everything with you before your meeting with the creditors. After my meeting I couldn't be prouder. The night before we went over everything and he answered any questions that I had. He made sure I was prepared and at ease for the meeting. However, that's not the only reason why I was proud that he was in my corner. I had witnessed a party go before me with their lawyer and I couldn't believe how unprepared she was and the lack of representation and pride she had in herself and in her client. Charlie did a great job trying to defend my case. Although the DUI did not get dropped, he did get my careless driving dropped. DA was not budging on jail time. Danny stepped in at my last courtdate, and was able to get me IHD. On that, I was thankful. I feel I did get my $'s worth from this team. They really do try to get the best deal possible. I would say I would use them again. However I will not need their services in the future. As I will NEVER LET THIS HAPPEN TO ME AGAIN. Colorado has become tougher through the years for DUI. The cost alone with everything involved is not worth admitting to having a few drinks and refusing Breathalyzer or Blood tests! If you are ever in this situation, call these guys. They are not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. It is worth having this team of lawyers by your side through this process.
