Mark Weinstein was referred to me by a lawyer at Turnberry Associates, with whom he had worked. She was very impressed with him, with good reason, given the stories I'd heard about other lawyers in his field.
Mark succeeded in allaying all my fears regarding the litigation process - I was hesitant and fearful of taking any sort of action. Mine was a very complicated case, and Mark kept me apprised of developments and advised me accordingly. I was most impressed with Mark's honesty and grew to trust him completely to get the best outcome for me. As I got to know him better, I found him to be a caring, honorable and trustworthy person, and one does not encounter this often anywhere, let alone in his field. It was our great fortune that Mark Weinstein came into our life. Looking back on our situation, and having had the time to consider circumstances and events that presented a dire need for his unequivical competence at what he does it had to have been fate as well. When you need someone who is thoughtful, considerate of your situation and ready to give you all there is to really resolve what you need stop right here. He did all he could and more, he never gave us cause to question his judgement. In the end the legal justice we did achieve the legal justice we so badly wanted. We are quite certain there are less than a handful of attorneys in the U.S.A that could have achieved for us what Mr. Weinstein did . We are eternally grateful for the inner peace he has given us and he did it with as much compassion as competence.

Mr. Weinstein led us through the legal consequences of the unnecessary loss of our 23- year -old daughter from medical malpractice. 5 different doctors , many nurses and the hospital were responsible for letting her die. After 3 years of unbelieveable preparation and presentations by Mr. Weinstein, we were victorious on all counts.
We had the choice of being invoved in the process as our emotions would allow. He was respectful of our feelings and we could not have endured the process with out the human touch we recieved during the darkess time of our lives.
You often hear about the monies that attorneys make in these cases. He deserverd and earned every dime he was paid. God Bless Mark and his family!

Attorney Russell Dohan just handled a tragic accident involving one of our family members. It was resolved quickly and the firm was so easy to work with. It was the best case scenario. Through my years I have dealt with several different attorneys. Russell Dohan is the professional attorney that I have ever dealt with. Russell reasearched all aspects of my case, he kept me well informed about everything going on. Both in the court room and out he is very professional, curtious, respectful, etc. I can not say enough good about him, so if you are looking for an attorney that will work with you on your case then he is your man. If not for his dillegence on my case I would not have ended up with the settlement that I received, which I am very happy with.
As far as I am concerned you can not get any better attorney for personal injury then Russell Dohan and his staff.

Scott Graul and I met shortly after my car accident. He proved to be an excellent attorney for my case. He was very through and also very patient with an inpatient old lady. I had a very disappointing experience working with attorney Willie Benjamin Ramhofer. While there was some communication throughout the process, the overall handling of my case was unprofessional and frustrating.
After discussing my goals and expectations, I was assured that a counteroffer would be made to address my concerns. Unfortunately, when the counteroffer finally came, it was completely off the mark—far from what I had discussed or hoped for. But what made things worse was that Willie Benjamin Ramhofer failed to prioritize the counteroffer properly and didn’t mention it as a key aspect of the negotiation, even though it was clear how important it was to me.
