This man disrespectfully speaks to employees and clients. He uses vulgarity in front of elderly and children. Is self absorbed, hires felons to work for him. When the lawn maintenance guy was caught leering through windows at me and I feared my safety so I began carrying my gun with me and locking the door. He grew mad that my safety was a priority and even with him knowing I have a medical condition that can lead to bleeding ulcers is disrespectful to me. Threatened my job if I have his number out to upset clients even though I had told him I wasnt. He has repeatedly stated that he does "not like to represent negroes" he refuses to return clients calls. If you tell him "No" to non work-related matters he retaliates by behaving like an adolescent! He even called a friend of mine that he represents a terrorist bc she asked for a refund after telling me to inform her "she can call the police or the bar idgaf". He is money hungry, self absorbed, petty, adolescent, disrespectful and beyond crude! Do not hire this man if you don't want to be neglected or called "stupid little man" and "stupid little woman"..... Or ripped off for that matter!

James Widener is a respectful and honest lawyer. Everything he does he does it for the clients best of interest. I hired him and he definitely got the job done for me. He is very smart when it comes to workers comp. Just when the insurance company thought they had one he came out swinging harder and we got the last laugh in the end. Hire Mr Widener the insurance company's want stand a chance.

Mr Widener is one of the best WC lawyers out there if not the best! He handled my case as if it was his only case. He told me exactly what the insurance company would try to do to hurt my claim and they done it. He was quick to counter when my benefits stopped as well, he assured me that I had a favorable case and the outcome would be great also. Mr Widener worked hard for me day in and day out. In the end he got me a great settlement that I will always be thankful for. If you need the best workers comp attorney to represent you hire Mr Widener. You will not regret it. I had a very bad experience with Mr Edmonson, I found him to be very lazy, unprepared for my workerscomp case, exaggerates on value of case, unprofessional and a hot head. Here's what happen with my case, he didn't correct my end of employment date for social security knowing the date was incorrect (this resulted in delay of my SS benefit for over 5 months) he closed my case out on his end for social security for months(result- no-one knew what was going on with my case, i only learned when i called and asked for a update) I never Knew where my case standing, when i called he simple said I don't know. Now for workers comp case. He was so unprepared did not fight for me at all. He simply went with whatever the opposite attorney said, if he uses the phrase ( IF i did my math right) be ready to be greatly disappointed. It was a complete joke . let's address the hot head issues. When i questioned him why my case was closed without receiving SSB or notification of any kind from social security that it was closed he became outraged. what he did was quiet then decided that wasn't a good idea. I kept him only because i was close to two years with him other wise i would have fired him on the spot. I would also ask John if he has the resources to hire professional medical wittnisses for your worker's Comp case. You may find out he doesn't. I could keep going but it would take to much of my time. Conclusion: If your looking for a lazy, unprepared for your case, exaggerates, a hot head and never follows up on anything kinda of attorney this would be a good one to hire.

There was a depth of comfort upon meeting John Edmonson for the first time; immediately followed by him illustrating his knowledge of my circumstances and needs and how the law applied to it. I never felt pressured; rather, understood. Made all the difference in signing up with John. John kept in touch and kept me abreast of what was unfolding and was very comprehensive in his explanations and aiding in my understanding. John not only knew the law and helped me reach a settlement, but he took the time to see, hear and understand me as the person who became a client and, from my view, a friend.

Perry is still handling my case I was with another law firm & never talked to my lawyer. She never called me & I always had to go through her assistant (NOT COOL). I will say it was Foy & Associates. It wasn't Foy himself!! Letting that be understood! I have read the reviews about Perry Ellis & I can't say he is a bad attorney my case is still open. Here is my take on Perry; I just think he is a no nonsense attorney & he doesn't like a bunch jibberish. He want facts he is an agressive lawyer his demeanor is of a pitbull BUT he doesn't mean any harm. Lawyers time is money & being tied up in court & going back & forth with employers/insurance companies. I haven't settled yet but I hve no doubt he will take care of things. If you don't have supporting facts to prove your case I don't think it's any lawyer's fault!! I will post again the out come of the compensation of perry ellis fight for his clients. PROMISE!

Attorney Hoffman and his Secretary Annette were both just great. I can remember on two occasions when they went above and beyond the call of service. First, Mr. Hoffman provided me with step by step instructions on how to proceed after I was served papers by the sheriff’s office on behalf of the creditor that was suing us. He had me come to his office and he printed out the answer form that I need to take with me to the court, to Answer the judgment. Secondly, On our way to our Bankruptcy court hearing My husband and I got lost, I called his office, very stressful because we were almost late on getting there, spoke with Annette she gave me directions, stayed on the phone with me until we got there, and when we turned the corner Attorney Hoffman was right at the door looking for us and gestured us in his direction, he said we were up next, a sense of relieve came over me, for we had made it on time. Thanks to Annette for being at the office to assist us on finding the place. I called Annette back to thank her for staying on the phone with me and understanding that I was very stressful at the time, she was very understanding, and as a matter of fact she said that she was texting Mr. Hoffman to let him know that we were lost but we were very close and should arrive very soon. Kudos to that Team!

My husband and I went to seek council for a bankruptcy. From the moment we made the appointment the service was a joke. We were lied to by one member of the staff, then for lack of any better explanation verbally assaulted and talked down to by his paralegal who then openly flirted with my husband in front of me and then told me how to raise my special needs child...keep in mind all of this after they couldn't even manage to get our names correct. The final nail in the coffin was when I was able to get Mr. Hoffman on the phone. I relayed to him the events of our meeting and expressed my concerns, not only for myself but for anyone else unlucky enough to come into his office when he is away, and his EXACT words to me were, "Well she will be the one handling your file so if you can't work with her find another lawyer." Having worked in the legal system all I can say is I am shocked. If you value yor time and money and have any sense of self worth I strongly urge you to seek council elsewhere.

The receptionist isn't friendly or professional and provided incorrect information to our client's mother. She told her that they were forbidden from accepting documents from anyone but attorneys. What about pro se defendants? It's horrible to tell people anything just to get them out of our face. Additional incorrect information was provided again when my assistant called. Finally, I called. The same incorrect information was being provided. When called on it, the receptionist put me on hold repeatedly and then finally referred me to the Sherrff's office (another wrong answer) when I asked for a supervising Chief ADA or Assistant Chief for those who handle the bond calendars. These calls were over 3 days. So, we are unsure if the same person was answering our questions or if there're are several untrained people answering the phone providing the public with misinformation.

I contact on of the advertised law firms that you consistently hear about on tv and radio. (Unable to remember the exact name cause it been over three years). However I was partnered with Rolnick and Associates and at first it all seem like I was going get the best help for my worker's comp case. (Big shout out to professionalism of Kiesha Hayes.) Because of the length of the case that gave my case to Steven Campos for a new set of eyes I was told. I was able to witness that Kiesha forward my mileage sheet to Steven and when I asked through email about he claim to never receive it. Steven is so unprofessional, does not listen of take in all the information you try to relay to him. I asked him multiple times to return my call to a specific number and does not. Steven also attacked my character over something I feel he should have been able to determine and educated me. After I inform Mr. Rolnick about Steven's unprofessionalism; Mr. Rolnick called me and asked do I want to settle my case. I asked what the result of my FCE suggests? Mr. Rolnick said he has not seen my FCE and will go off what the surgeon recommended in which Mr. Rolnick said that it was a return to full duty. Upon further investigation I found that my orthopedist agreed with the result of my FCE. I am expect to settle my case without all the information need to make an informed decision. I have repeatedly been asked to be educated on the results of my FCE. It's been radio silence other than that my case has been settled.

Mr. Tucker gave me a false sense of hope that he could handle my case. I had video of my 1st,4th,and 5th amendment rights being violated and he didn't even look at the video. When my wife called him he told her he would have me out of jail where I never should have been when we had a motion to suppress hearing in a few weeks . He wasn't ready so it was postponed for another 2 months and he wasn't ready again. Then finally after being locked up for 11 months we had the hearing and he said there was nothing he could do . He plain and simply sold me out. No question about it. I finally had to cut a deal myself with the day while he stood there talking with the judge like they were bff's and later did the same with the da. He took my mom money and my wife's money and they were both struggling to make ends meet at the time and he did absolutely nothing. He's very moody and if he don't know u or someone who does u better get a boat paddle bc he will sell u down the river. I even told him that the police and the DA were lying and I had proof but he said it wouldnt help me. I finally showed the parole board my case and they in turn sent me straight to a work place to make money and shortly after released me. He never even offered to refund my people's money. I hope if u have a criminal case and don't have much money u leave this guy alone. I hope u listen. Thiggpin out of waycross helped me get my case be gone. Call him if u want a lawer

MR. TUCKER HAS REPRESENTED MY INTERESTS BOTH PERSONALLY AND IN BUSINESS (since 1995), with POSITIVE RESULTS IN MY FAVOR EACH AND EVERY INSTANCE. Mr. Tucker is professionally the most exemplary attorney I've worked with in real estate matters, personal injury, workman's compensation, and general business law. Mr. Tucker knows the law, without question. Bottom line is if you want your case to be represented at the highest standard, chose an attorney whom can fairly assess your case and provide the proper recommendations and course of action, to ultimately win your case. Passing the bar for admission to practice is one hurdle and all lawyers do not operate at the same level of competency. You may have the tightest case ever, but if your attorney doesn't have your best interests at heart, you could still lose. Hire someone with the courage to win, the intellect to present your case impeccably to the Court and the drive to gain optimal results. When the Court renders its' opinion, the only two words you want to hear are "WE WON."

Kevin did no major hourly work on my case because it had already been done prior to him being hired, and the work that needed to be done Kevin failed to do, like get important medical documents prior to the hearing and failed to inform me.Kevin asked the judge if he could have an extension/ continuance in order to obtain the documents. To top it off Kevin asked me to secure the documents a job he was hired to do and failed at. He also presented a questionable work expense to the judge in support of his request for payment from me. and What kind of attorney seeks payment for work he NEVER PERFORMED? I hired Jeannie Tupper upon exit from the military. I had a 100% disability rating from the VA medicines and what I felt was a solid case. First I never met the woman. She sent someone to my hearing who waited until 5 minutes before the hearing to explain that she would not be speaking but I would have to do all the talking. They did not properly request paperwork. I provided them with all needed paperwork. She fumbled up a good case. They would not file an appeal and I could not see Tupper to get any real answers. Time passed to the point now where I would have to start all over again. It's not fair but as a lawyer there was nothing she did except try to be in place to capitalize on what they may have thought to be an easy win. As a law office I would strongly ward off any suitable cases looking for help at that office.

My first conversation with Ted was more than promising that my charges would be dropped or I at least would be able to get it expunged off my record. He told me he would give me a discount and I would only owe him $1,800 for a providing minor with alcohol, not even a county court either. He told me " you can go look for cheaper, and I'm sure you'll find it, but darling I will tell you one thing, you get what you pay for" Unfortunately I fell for this. I am a college student who works full time and goes to school full time, and pays for school on my own, but he promised to fix this, so I decided it would be worth it to put this money towards him rather than school, or my car. Well I met with Ted for the first time and we went over everything that happened, we went over my past record, I have a couple of misdemeanors from 2013 and 2014, and he. Still promised to take care of me, he said "don't you worry about anything, now that I'm you're lawyer it is my job to worry, not yours, so don't worry and I will get in touch with you closer to court" Ted didn't call or email me AT ALL, I had to call him the Friday before court and ask what was happened get and he said he had his assistant email me, which they didn't, but to meet on Monday to sign all of the papers so that I could be on the diversion program. I was very excited about this news. That Monday I go to see ted and on the papers it says you must not have a record to be on diversion, I pointed this out, and ted was very confused, although we had been over the fact that I did I fact have a record many times. He had his assistant print out the report from my other court dates when I was there, I was thinking the whole time "I thought I wasn't supposed to worry and you were going to take care of this?!" Basically ted was very unorganized, unprepared, and made many promises throughout my time with him that he didn't keep whatsoever. I will not be using Mr. Saulter Again, and I wish I would have gotten a cheaper lawyer because the outcome of court would have been the exact same if I would have found a nice $300-$-900 lawyer. I will never recommend ted to any of my friends, or enemies if I'm being completely honest.

I contacted Herman Tunsil in June 2024 regarding a civil matter. Despite being out of the country at the time, Herman promptly responded to my inquiry—something other local attorneys failed to do. This level of responsiveness immediately set him apart. Herman’s knowledge and strategic approach were impressive. He thoroughly explained various options, highlighting the pros and cons of each without trying to influence my decision. He was prepared to work hard regardless of the path I chose, showing true dedication to my case. Thanks to Herman’s efforts, my case was dismissed with prejudice, which was the exact outcome I was hoping for. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a competent and committed attorney.

I did a bankruptcy under Herman Tunsil. I'm sorry, but he did a poor job on my case. He seemed to be a nice person, but the service is what I'm reviewing. I started my case with him in Jan 2014. We did not complete my bankruptcy until May 2016. Is that not 2 years! He kept putting off meetings which I can understand sometimes, but for a bankruptcy to not be completed for 2 years is ridiculous. Fast forward and I'm thinking that everything was finalized in August 2015. I did my part with all the paperwork and submitted everything. The debt management course was completed also. I thought nothing else had to be done, but come to find out, his office had never forwarded the course certificate to the court office. I found this out in March because something in the back of my mind told me to check to see why I never got a confirmation from the court office. He responds to my e-mail saying they dropped the ball. At this point, I'm really upset because now this has pushed the discharge back several months and the court tells me we have to pay a late fee. I'm not paying it. So they ended up paying it and it was finalized in May 2016. I told my friend about doing a bankruptcy and the lawyer she got did it in 3 months. Go figure.

Held on to my case for 1 year and did nothing with it. Does not answer calls or cares about anyone. Very rude and unprofessional. Had to fire him after he failed to handle my case. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I ought to report this joke to Georgia Bar Association, I was served on June 3 2019 to appear in court for a TPO hearing on June 12, 2019 so i needed a lawyer within 9 days if not i wouldn’t have hired this joke. After losing my TPO hearing i was served with a divorce papers so i retained him that was one of my very worst decisions ever!! I was giving a bi-weekend visitations, the first visitation was for Father’s Day and she didn’t bring my kids,Mr Todd told me to file a motion for contempt,he charged me $1000 for that,I thought it was a good suggestion until we got to court, this man was sleeping and snoring in the court,I have to wake him up twice in the court, the people were laughing in the court, that was when i first realized that i made a big mistake, after the hearing Mr Todd lost the case woefully and i was ordered to pay $2,400 attorney fee for the defense. He told me that before my divorce comes up we would need 3 weeks to get everything together,he didn’t request for any discovery, he didn’t ask for anything from my ex wife but sending me their own discovery requests. On January 23,2020 i received a call from Jillian advising me of my upcoming divorce on the 28th of January 2020, I was shocked i told her i thought you guys would prepare me ahead she gave me some bogus excuses so i implored her to see how she can make an excuse to the court and get another court day, I didn’t know that the opposing counsel had taken a leave of absence for that day so when i found out that the case had been rescheduled i took my time to find a REAL lawyer and fired the joke! I hired Bardley McKnight law firm and my case has taken a better form ever since, this man never cared about the safety of my kids he just wanted to turn me to his ATM and mess up my case and kids life, don’t judge him by my review go and see some other people’s reviews on google,he is by far the very worst!!!

I lost both of my parents within three months of each other. First I was using our family attorney that we had used for decades but he was taking advantage of me. In my darkest of days he took advantage of me. He was taking advantage of my good nature. I said to myself, “This isn’t normal.” Who do we use now? My brother went online and talked to Joyce – she works for Mr. Todd. There was something about her that clicked and my brother told me that I must call and talk to Joyce. I used to be a police officer and I quit my job so I could take care of my parents. Everything was so confusing with the will and probate. I was terrified. Mr. Todd walked me through the entire process. He would not let me leave until he knew that I understood everything. Mr. Todd was personable, kind, and he took a personal interest in my case. He got the house transferred into my name. He never, ever once took advantage of me. He was very fair with me. This is how professional he is – Mr. Todd never once said an unkind word about the other attorney. He really is so kind. I immediately felt at ease with him. He introduced me to his daughter, Jillian, and she was great too. He was so kind to me – he always asked how I was doing. I was really upset when they passed. I was devastated. But Mr. Todd reminded me that it doesn’t have to be the end of the world. He spoke to me as a friend and not an attorney. This is an attorney who cares more about you that the bottom line. If it wasn’t for Joyce and her being so nice, I don’t know where I would even be right now. Everyone was so amazing.

I was facing charges for a DUI (misdemeanor) my first offense with the law and I was referred to Mr. Graham due to his past experience as a solicitor for Cobb county for DUI offenses. I had told him that I had blown high and was detained in Cobb county, also that I wanted to plead "not guilty" in order to have my charge reduced to reckless driving (as many others have gotten in GA due to GA's law of never removing a DUI charge offense-which in all regards is senseless, since you can commit more serious crimes and they later are expunged). He discouraged me (as a first time offender) from pleading "not guilty" and told me that because I had sufficient evidence against me that I would not win on trial and that I would possibly spend a max of a year in jail. Having never had a run in with the law I feared that consequence as a year would take away me graduating from college on time. Now as a college graduate with a "criminal record" I wish I trusted my gut and stuck with going to trial because this now affects me getting a job and even volunteering with certain groups. I feel I was rushed into a decision and my best interest was not at heart. He seemed to have a very strong acquaintance relationship with the prosecutor at my arraignment but did not use that acquaintanceship to the advantage of me as his client. Needless to say, I was out 5k at the end of my court appearance and gained nothing by hiring a lawyer instead of taking a court appointed attorney. The outcome would have been the same with one that was appointed and free of charge.

What a Workers’ Compensation Lawyer Can Do for You

A workers’ compensation lawyer specializes in helping employees who are injured or become ill as a result of their job to receive the benefits they are entitled to under workers' compensation laws. These lawyers represent injured workers in claims for medical benefits, wage replacement, and other compensation related to workplace injuries or illnesses. They also help when claims are denied, benefits are delayed, or disputes arise with the employer or the insurance company.

Whether you've been injured on the job, developed an occupational illness, or are dealing with a denied workers' compensation claim, a workers’ compensation lawyer can help you navigate the claims process and ensure you receive the full benefits you deserve.

When Should I Hire a Workers' Compensation Lawyer?

You should consider hiring a workers' compensation lawyer in several situations, especially when complications arise during the claims process or when your rights as an injured worker are being challenged. Some common reasons to hire a workers' compensation lawyer include:

  • Claim denial: If your workers' compensation claim has been denied, a lawyer can help you appeal the decision and represent you in hearings or litigation.
  • Inadequate benefits: If the insurance company offers you a settlement that doesn’t cover your medical expenses, lost wages, or other damages, a lawyer can negotiate on your behalf for a fair amount.
  • Delay in receiving benefits: If your benefits are being delayed, a lawyer can help expedite the process to ensure you receive timely compensation.
  • Permanent disability: If your injury leads to permanent disability (partial or total), a lawyer can help you navigate the more complex process of securing long-term benefits.
  • Retaliation by employer: If your employer retaliates against you for filing a workers' compensation claim (e.g., by firing or demoting you), a lawyer can protect your rights and pursue legal action.
  • Third-party liability: If a third party (e.g., a contractor or equipment manufacturer) was responsible for your injury, a lawyer can help you pursue additional compensation through a personal injury lawsuit.
  • Pre-existing conditions: If your employer or the insurance company claims that your injury is related to a pre-existing condition, a lawyer can help you present evidence showing that the injury was work-related.

Hiring a lawyer early in the process can prevent delays, avoid mistakes, and ensure you receive all the benefits you’re entitled to under workers' compensation law.

What Does a Workers' Compensation Lawyer Do?

A workers' compensation lawyer provides a range of legal services to injured workers, ensuring that they receive the benefits they deserve. Their tasks often include:

  • Filing claims: Helping injured workers prepare and file their workers' compensation claims to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Appealing denied claims: Representing workers whose claims have been denied and guiding them through the appeals process, including hearings and court appearances.
  • Negotiating settlements: Negotiating with insurance companies to secure fair compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, and other damages.
  • Handling disputes: Resolving disputes between the injured worker, the employer, and the insurance company regarding the amount of compensation or the nature of the injury.
  • Coordinating medical evidence: Gathering and presenting medical records, expert testimony, and other evidence to support the workers' compensation claim.
  • Advocating for benefits: Ensuring that injured workers receive all the benefits they’re entitled to, including temporary or permanent disability benefits, vocational rehabilitation, and medical treatment.
  • Filing third-party lawsuits: In cases where a third party is responsible for the injury, a workers' compensation lawyer may also pursue a personal injury lawsuit to recover additional damages.

How Are Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Paid?

Workers' compensation lawyers typically charge a contingency fee, meaning they only get paid if they successfully recover benefits for you. This fee is usually a percentage of the benefits awarded, and the specific percentage is often regulated by state law. Here's how it generally works:

  • Contingency fee: The lawyer's fee is typically between 15% and 25% of the total benefits awarded to you. You don’t have to pay any upfront legal fees, and the lawyer’s fee comes out of the settlement or benefit award.
  • No fee if no recovery: If the lawyer doesn’t recover any benefits for you, you generally don’t have to pay for their services.
  • State regulations on fees: Many states cap the percentage that workers' compensation lawyers can charge, and some states require the fee to be approved by the workers' compensation board or judge.

Be sure to discuss the fee structure with your lawyer during the initial consultation to understand how much you will owe if your case is successful.

How Much Does a Workers' Compensation Lawyer Cost?

The cost of hiring a workers' compensation lawyer typically depends on the contingency fee arrangement, meaning the lawyer’s fee will be a percentage of the benefits you receive. General cost estimates include:

  • Contingency fees: Most workers' compensation lawyers charge between 15% and 25% of the total settlement or benefits awarded. For example, if you receive $50,000 in benefits, the lawyer’s fee would range from $7,500 to $12,500.
  • State regulations: Some states limit the percentage that workers' compensation lawyers can charge. In these cases, the fee is usually capped, often at 20% to 25%, depending on state law.
  • Additional costs: Some lawyers may charge for out-of-pocket expenses, such as filing fees, medical records retrieval, and expert witness testimony, though these costs are typically deducted from the settlement after the case is won.

You should always ask for a clear explanation of fees and potential additional costs during your consultation so you understand the financial arrangement.

Top Questions to Ask a Workers' Compensation Lawyer

Before hiring a workers' compensation lawyer, it’s important to ask the right questions to ensure they are the best fit for your case. Key questions to ask include:

  1. What experience do you have with workers' compensation cases?
Ensure the lawyer has experience handling cases similar to yours, especially if your injury is severe or the case involves disputes.
  2. How do you charge for your services?
Clarify whether the lawyer charges a contingency fee and whether there are any additional costs you need to be aware of.
  3. What is the likelihood of success in my case?
Ask for an honest assessment of your case, including the potential challenges and outcomes.
  4. Have you handled cases like mine before?
Find out if the lawyer has experience dealing with cases involving similar injuries or disputes, such as denied claims or permanent disability.
  5. How long will the process take?
While it’s difficult to predict an exact timeline, the lawyer should be able to provide a general estimate based on their experience with similar cases.
  6. Will you personally handle my case?
In larger firms, junior attorneys or paralegals may handle parts of your case. Make sure you know who will be working on your claim.

How to Check the Credibility of a Workers' Compensation Lawyer

To ensure you are hiring a reputable workers' compensation lawyer, follow these steps to verify their credentials and track record:

  • Verify their bar status: Check with your state bar association to confirm that the lawyer is licensed and in good standing, with no disciplinary actions against them.
  • Look for workers' compensation experience: Review the lawyer’s website or professional profile to ensure they specialize in workers' compensation law and have successfully handled cases similar to yours.
  • Read client reviews and testimonials: Look for client reviews on platforms like Avvo, Martindale-Hubbell, or Google to see what previous clients have said about the lawyer’s expertise and service.
  • Ask for references: A credible lawyer should be willing to provide references from past clients who can speak to their experience in workers' compensation cases.
  • Check for professional affiliations: Membership in organizations like the Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG) or local bar association committees on workers' compensation can indicate the lawyer’s commitment to this area of law.

What Should I Prepare for My First Consultation?

To make the most out of your first consultation with a workers' compensation lawyer, it’s important to come prepared with relevant documents and information. Here’s what you should bring:

  • Accident report or incident documentation: Bring any documentation related to your workplace injury or illness, including accident reports or notifications to your employer.
  • Medical records: Provide copies of medical records, including treatment notes, doctor’s reports, and any information related to your injury or condition.
  • Employer correspondence: Bring any letters, emails, or forms related to your claim from your employer or the workers' compensation insurance company.
  • Wage and benefits information: Provide information on your wages, benefits, and any lost income due to the injury.
  • List of questions: Prepare questions about your case, the process, costs, and what to expect moving forward.
  • Timeline of events: Prepare a timeline of the incident, your injury, and any medical treatment or communication with your employer and the insurance company.

Being well-prepared for your consultation will allow the lawyer to assess your case more effectively and provide you with the best possible legal advice.
