I had this firm on retainer for the last 6 or so years for a child custody matter as i live out of state at first they were great but since 2021 they started raising there rates and billing thousands of dollars with no communication with me when there was nothing going on in my case then when I dispute the charges it takes 6 months for the attorney to call me about it had a discussion about how to end the case and the fraudulent billing and was told she was going to fix the problem received a email a few days later that they were removing themselves from my case and refused to talk further just continued to send billing statements worse lawfirm if you have a case that isn't quick and easy
Beware anyone who has them or is looking at hiring them in the savannah area be prepared to be ripped off
Ps To owner maybe pay attention to your lawfirm and less about your podcasts and seminars
Im sure I'll get some bs auto response from owner just know I had too finish my case myself and did a better job with better outcome then with them representing me and didn't cost me thousands of dollars magic

I highly recommend working with Williams Teusink and cannot convey the gratitude I have for Karen Scott. She navigated a compliance issue with the city whose remedy far exceeded the code that was cited in the complaint. She worked with the code compliance officer to reach an equitable resolution. When work needed to be done that our neighbor didn't agree with she even went to our property to handle it in person. She was very responsible with the use of her time and consequently our money! When it was time to appear in court I walked in to a plea having been reached and approved and in minutes the case was closed without penalty. I would highly recommend Karen for any code issue with the City of Atlanta.

Our HOA's tax situation was a mess, a residual left to us from the developer. Twenty-five tax parcels, all with errors; incorrect appraisals, addresses and names. We owed tens of thousands of dollars in back taxes and liens. It was an overwhelmingly complex jumble. Attorney David Metzger and the WT team successfully negotiated with the county and the developer. Our appraisals were corrected and our tax bills were reduced from $31,000 to $31.00. David secured tax refunds that far exceeded our liens. He also negotiated a positive settlement with the developer for our HOA
There are plenty of attorney's who can assist with appraisals, that's easy. Few are the firms who understand how to work with the counties and cities property tax departments to resolve complex issues. Williams Teusink is one these select firms. Do not hesitate.

I reached out to this law firm and I was contacted by this law firm. This was for only a review but once my case was reviewed the attorney called me and just wanted me to listen to what she had to say. Upon doing so I informed the attorney that I was the client and she wanted to inform me about what the other lawyers that I had previously had said.This is very unprofessional as far as client lawyer privileges she wanted me to only listen to what she had to say and did not want to listen to me. I will not recommend this law firm to anyone. A lot of attorneys are only out for their selfish motives and this is one. Very poor service

On one of the worse days of our lives, I contacted Frank and was impressed with his compassion he seemed to have for my husbands tragic accident. Early on, Frank was in contact and I felt like we hired the right team until my husband was released from the hospital and it all went downhill from there. We didn't hear from him or the firm for at least a month and then when we reached out someone I never heard of was our attorney, not Frank. During the worse year of our life it was even more frustrating and even hard to navigate when you are going through something so tragic for the first time and you are spoken to so condescending. When you try to voice your concerns he threatens to drop you as a client and put a lien against your case. We had to fight tooth and nail and honestly my husband's medical care slipped through the cracks because of it. I was working full time with two small children and taking care of an injured husband and still got more accomplished than this attorney was able to. I do not recommend if you need guidance and someone to fight for your needs. I have emails begging them for help for my husband!

Mr. Burns did a fantastic job for me in my Worker's Compensation case. When I was injured I had no idea what to do, and he immediately put me at ease.
He and his firm always kept me up-to-date.
Towards the end of my case before settlement he even gave me his personal cell number! The settlement he got for me was a blessing, and I will always appreciate him and his law firm.

I would not go to this firm for Estate planning. Paid for two wills for two family members. This firm has zero record of the work they did. I can totally understand not keeping paper copies. But not keeping electronic copies of their legal work? What type of law firm performs expensive legal services, yet keeps no records of such? I gave a one star rating because there is no option for a ZERO rating. Pathetic law firm. A total waste of time and money. These attorneys should be ashamed at such slack standards. ...I found this attorney on a flyer and should have known then he was desperate and a scam artist. Despite the suggestion to look into this attorney before hiring. I paid a heavy price for not taking that suggestion. This person I don't even feel comfortable calling an attorney was never actually acting on my behalf. His customer service sucks, so if your expecting a response to phone calls, texts or emails forget it. I got a DUI while inside my home sleep...that's right sleep not in a vehicle and on private property. Too add I also received a failure to maintain lane charge and I was never driving. When I asked what I should expect for his fee .. never got an answer. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for representation. Don't end up like me. My only hope at this point is to seek " real " council to plead with the court on my behalf.Please beware!!...this not what you want!!!

I was hurt, out of work and I really didn't have a direction to go in my life. Michael had called me and introduced himself in a polite way as he always does and asked what am I looking for. To be honest it wasn't money, look I know we all need money and so did I. Looking back I just wanted to put it behind me and move on. He would call me and we would talk and never in a hurry like some lawyers or I would call and if he wasn't in I could leave a message and he would call me back and we could talk as long as I wanted. He just made me feel like a friend was working with me and that it wasn't about the size of the case. In my opinion I think Michael cares about what he is doing and it matters to him and thats why I didn't feel like a client I.D.. They say you can't trust lawyers cause they just care about money, well I trusted Michael and the only thing he done that I didn't ask him to do was get me more money than I asked for so you tell me. Thank you so much Michael Friedman. And with his help I am in college now with a 3.55 GPA which is great for me.

I conducted a web search for a lawyer to help me with my specific issue, and the same firm kept appearing at the top of the results. After reaching out to them, they informed me they were unable to assist me. I then contacted another law firm, who also could not help me and referred me back to the initial firm. Confused, I emailed the first firm asking why they couldn't help me despite being highly ranked on Google and being referred by another firm. Their response was as follows:
"Thank you for getting back to us. The person who handles landlord disputes is currently out of the office, but if you would like, I can arrange for a consultation with one hour of billed time. Thanks."
I would have been more open to the consultation if you had mentioned this information earlier. It now feels like your main priority is making money rather than genuinely assisting me with my issue.

I never leave bad reviews. Called them to schedule an appointment and explained my situation and they told me they would get back to me the next day. Never got a email or call back. Even called them before and I was left on voicemail with no response back. Going through a major issue and needed a good lawyer but it seems they aren’t that.
