Please beware!!...this not what you want!!!
...I found this attorney on a flyer and should have known then he was desperate and a scam artist. Despite the suggestion to look into this attorney before hiring. I paid a heavy price for not taking that suggestion. This person I don't even feel comfortable calling an attorney was never actually acting on my behalf. His customer service sucks, so if your expecting a response to phone calls, texts or emails forget it. I got a DUI while inside my home sleep...that's right sleep not in a vehicle and on private property. Too add I also received a failure to maintain lane charge and I was never driving. When I asked what I should expect for his fee .. never got an answer. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for representation. Don't end up like me. My only hope at this point is to seek " real " council to plead with the court on my behalf.Please beware!!...this not what you want!!!

Lack of communication. Consistent delay. No valuation to customers as a priority. Lack of knowledge in relation to case.
During the process of attempting to work with this firm. The paralegal we were assigned to work with appeared to have had a nasty disposition. Upon bringing light to the situation it was discoverd the individual was said to have been sick with frequent hospital visits. With regards to her health and a sincere desire to have empthy for her a conversation was had with relation to the importance of tone and the situations others may also be experiencing. Furthermore with an attempted advancement in interaction amongst this firm we quickly took note that there was little to no organization in relation to the reception of documents as multiple documents had to be sent two-three times. During the duration of each phone call appointment there were delays often exceeding 45min in which the same questions would be asked from previous conversations or requests for documents already submitted. This we feel was a direct reflection of the firms lack of accountability to review the case and/or go over notes before scheduled appointments. To add we were dissapointed to have to experience appointment aburt cancelations the day of appointments. During the waiting duration of two-three months we were not paired with another paralegal after and instead had to remain steadfadt in patience. Non the less two-three months later after finally hearing from the lawyer himself we were sadly told this case was something he felt was more complex than he could handle and that we should seek help elsewhere. With respect to the valuation of time and the importance of it in this short walk of life. I feel individuals should use this experience as a determination or guide of consideration when making important selections for services such as those offered by this firm.

I've never won anything from a radio station and I had been navigating a rough patch in life. One day while Dashing I was listening to Majic and heard that Amy was giving away money for the new year. I'm like could it be a sign? I went ahead and explained what I could do with money like they asked and gave it to God. I was leaving an interview from getting a new job and moments later got the call that I won!!!! It still doesn't seem real to me. I'm very thankful for Amy and whenever it's time to get the prize I hope that I can thank you in person.
Well, I was very happy about the prize. But, now I feel like I haven't won anything and that I'm hassling people about something that they said they chose me for. Nobody has contacted me to tell me the next steps. The initial call and the video went well, but, now I'm getting silence. It's been 5 days so I guess I'll just wait. I got really excited because I really did need the money and I just knew that this was from God. I still had to rob Peter to pay Paul. If God is willing hopefully I hear something soon.

Do not use these people! Waste of time they will lie never contact and pass your information around without even communicating with you! Told me to leave my car at tow yard and they will take care of it and have the insurance pick it up! No call back or anything! They work thru a network and only care about you going to doctor so they get paid! Was told they would help with rental car cash advance payments and all . Lied run from these folks str8 headache ! I have had the best experience with Robert Edelman as my attorney. Mr. Edelman has represented me in 2 cases; #1: 3 Misdemeanor charges... This case went to trial. Through the jury selection Mr. Edelman was calm and decisive. He also listened to my thoughts and ideas, which if you have ever met an attorney...is a big deal.
During the trial, Mr. Edelman was able to maintain professionalism while also being extremely relatable to the jury. What I like most about his courtroom presence is how down to earth he is... it's extremely hard not to like him. Now the important part... I was found not guilty on all 3 misdemeanors charges.
#2: 2 Felony Charges. This case did not go to trial. Nor did I accept a plea bargain. Mr. Edelman did not try to talk me into taking a plea bargain. He always presented me with the offer from the prosecutor; however, he did not push when I told him I would not accept any deals and he understood when I told him I would take this to trial if need be because I absolutely did not do what I was accused of doing. Mr. Edelman and I gathered the needed evidence to prove my innocence and he presented it to the prosecutor. My case was dismissed.
I absolutely recommend hiring Robert Edelman as your attorney. ☺️

I would recommend Mr. Lowery to anyone in need of a lawyer for a workers compensation case. My case was handled in a very professional and timely manner. Mr. Lowery was very honest and up front with my options. I always felt like Mr. Lowery was in my corner,doing everything he could for me and not his self. He very truthful in all the scenarios, "what ifs",as I like to call them when I asked. This guy doesn’t even deserve 1 star after pushing a DUI case 5 and half years out. He thought he would get away with pushing it out until he felt like even lifting a finger to review the case. Court was set for this week, and Mr. Walker had just obtained body cam footage and reviewed arrest notes THIS WEEK, while also pushing his client to accept a deal that was less than fair. His client could’ve gotten better representation, a speedy trial, and the SAME outcome by just using the public defender. He was also not transparent about the terms of the deal until after going in front of a judge. He was extremely unprofessional, getting frustrated and yelling at his client that they should be “grateful” for what they got when they weren’t pleased which how the case was handled. He tried to bully his client into taking a reckless driving deal with 3 years of probation based off of FALSE information threatening that a second DUI would result in a felony. Keep in mind this is a client with zero priors and has taken off work for court dates that resulted in delayed court date after delayed court date for FIVE years and wants to be done with this. All I can say is, if you want an attorney that will push your court date until the judge is fed up with seeing the case, pick this guy!
Editing to add that he has the gall to ask his client to research a subject and “let him know the findings”… When the client has paid him $5000 to do NOTHING for 5 years.

When my case first happened, the workers comp board tried to move my case to Florida (one the worst states for workers comp). Bruce fought tooth and nail to get it to stay in Georgia and got me a bigger settlement than what was originally agreed. He will fight for you!!

I had a workman’s compensation claim; because, the company I worked for did not follow the safty guidlines for employees. As result, I permanently injured my knee. Reis Law Firm took my case. Laura’s team was very attentive. They followed up with answers to all my questions and concerns.
We settled out of court with a very comfortable amount for my injury. Although I rather have my old knee back, I have come to a conclusion that life could be worse off. The settlement money is going toward my retirement as a replacement for my pension.

The entire Legal Industrial Complex should be overhauled. I paid this firm $3690 on 9/2024. After attending a hearing for 15 mins and useless emails, calls, and texts, the balance is $107 without another court appearance. I requested a withdrawal from the case on Nov 22nd but they waited until Dec 2nd to inform me about signing a release form. From 11/22- 12/9 2024 they continued working the case(against my will) and running the bill up. I argued my own case in court and saved a ton of money. Paying an attorney an upfront fee only exposes the client to be taken advantage of as in this case. There are many positive experiences here but I had to make potential vulnerable divorce clients aware of my experience. They will run the bill up by calling, texting, and emailing the same document. I would send them a document to review before a phone conversation so they could be prepared but instead the attorney would not be familiar and run the bill up by asking useless questions that were covered in the document sent earlier. Stay away from attorneys if you can help it.
