Attorney Warsett is the right type of lawyer to work alongside of. He fully explained his expectations on the front end of the case, which were more than reasonable. He did not attempt to direct medical decision making. At all times, his interest was that of the best interest for the present and future of his client (my patient). The firm was easy to communicate with, and Attorney Warsett was responsive to my questions in a timely fashion. He was able to resolve the case and reach a settlement well within the time that is reasonable and customary for the type of case and was able to compensate our clinic for the full amount of the services we provided. I am very thankful to have had Clyde Rickard and Jessica Nix as my attorneys for my personal injury case. I started with another firm that wouldn't even return my calls, I could never go to their office (not sure they had an office) the only time I would here from them or their paralegal was to sign papers and it was always to meet this woman in a parking lot and ALWAYS told to sign papers, sign here, sign there and it was all done out of the back of her van which was more than scary. That happened twice, one too many times for me, also I was in constant pain they (the other atty) never helped me as far as my medical attention. And then by the Grace of God I fell right into the lap of Clyde Rickard and Jessica Nick and after a meeting with Clyde and Jessica and them telling me that should have happened but we're not happening with or for me at all. So for me the best move I ever made was to fire them(the other atty) and hired Clyde and Jessica within 2 days I was seeing a doctor that helped me greatly with my pain. I was always kept informed about what was going on with my case and my calls were always answered and returned, any problems that may have come went straight to them and we're handled immediately and again I was always constantly informed about what was going on with my case. And when it came down to the settlement Clyde is a MASTER NEGOTIATOR!!!! My settlement was more than satisfactory for me and definitely more than I expected!!!!!! George Bush was a huge help in my husband's SS case. He got us a hearing within a very short period of time. Mr. Doyle works at the Law Offices of Robert Pagniello. He represented me for my workers compensation case and social security disability case. I was able to settle my workers compensation case for a lot more than my previous attorney told me that I could. At the social security disability hearing Mr. Doyle was able to get my back benefits for three years. He was attentive, honest, and straight forward. My experience with Mr. Franklin Hughes was nothing less than excellent, as he is caring, ethical, innovative, and brilliant. I hired Mr. Lambert when it became necessary for me to place my father in a nursing home and we needed assistance applying for Medicaid. My father has Alzheimer's and was incapable of handling his own affairs. I am his power of attorney and cared for him in his home for several years. Ours was a difficult and complicated case for many reasons. It took months to work through the process because of all the issues involved. Mr. Lambert went above and beyond what I ever expected him to do and worked tirelessly for me and my father. His knowledge of elder law was invaluable to us. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If I said all of the positive things I'd like to say about Bob Dufour, I'm afraid I'd crash this website.
