Montlick & Assoc got the job done on my case. The attorneys at Montlick & Associates treat you like family and really worked my case beyond all my expectations. I really didn't want to hire a law firm, but I was getting pushed around by the insurance company and decided that I needed an experienced firm to handle my case. The best decision I ever made. The second best decision was calling for a free case review with the Montlick & Assoc. I pretty much didn't have to do much after the first call. Mr. Parker made the bankruptcy process easy and very painless. I had lived with a crippling amount of debt for over ten years and felt that I deserved a fresh start. Two years ago I used Ken Parker for my bankruptcy. My case went without a single problem. Ken was courteous, informative, and patient with my lack of knowledge. He was quick to return my phone calls and emails. I felt confident in his expertise and trusted that everything would go well. But what I really want to say is about a conversation we had just last week. I am thinking of buying a new car and so I called Ken to see if there was anything I should know. He gave me considerable (free!) time on the phone and did not insist that I make an appointment. But best of all, even from two years ago he remembered who I was and was able to find the details of my case easily. Ms. Barrett helped me with the bills that came after my wife's accident and death. It was so hard dealing with the loss of a spouse but the costs associated with her medical care were enormous. I had a profoundly disappointing experience with Sell & Melton. From the outset, the firm's communication was severely lacking, with calls and emails often going unanswered for days. When responses did come, they were often terse and uninformative, leaving me feeling neglected and uninformed about the status of my case. The firm failed to provide the guidance and support I expected, and their apparent lack of interest in my concerns was both frustrating and disheartening.
Moreover, the legal advice and representation I received were subpar. Critical deadlines were missed, and important details were overlooked, which adversely affected the outcome of my case. Despite their high fees, the quality of service was significantly below expectations. This experience not only cost me financially but also caused considerable emotional distress. I would strongly advise against using Sell & Melton for any legal needs, as their lack of professionalism and diligence was evident throughout my dealings with them.

I hired Doug to make sure my workers comp. case was handled properly. He exceeded my expectations in many ways. When I contacted him I had been going through the case alone for almost 2 years. I thought it was pretty much wrapped up the doctors were pretty much done with what they could do at my age. I just had to live with the rest until science advanced was my answer. When I hired Doug that answer was not good enough for him. He got me sent to better doctors in Atlanta and which all in all ended in a better result and I received a spinal cord stimulator which helped a lot more then being told to deal with it till science advances. Doug is very thorough and knowledgeable with his craft. If I could go back and do it again the only thing I would change is I would hire him sooner!

I was not going to comment out of respect to a friend who does a lot of business with you all, but since you responded I will. I respectfully deny your request to call. If I do call, I will not get an answer. The same thing goes for an email. If we do talk, you will not listen to what I am communicating to you. If I am ever forced to do business with you all again, it will only be out of respect to the person I am referring to who prefers to close with you. Maybe the process will go better when you realize who that is. Unfortunately, I am not a fan of people who treat people based off who they think they are. Casey Stevens was my personal injury attorney for a fatal car accident that my 12 year old and I were involved in. It was a devastating experience and my son and I both sustained serious injuries. I was referred to Mr. Stevens by a respected attorney in Atlanta whose advice I trusted. I was not familiar with the litigation process whatsoever and was unnerved by the entire ordeal.
Mr. Stevens immediately put me at ease. He listened patiently as I explained what transpired during the accident and went over all of my options. Although his office was bustling, he treated me as though I was the most important client that he had. I wanted to settle everything as quickly as possible to put the incident behind me and move on. Mr. Stevens and his office were extremely thorough and moved swiftly and efficiently.

John did a great job presenting the facts and defending me when my neighbor was shot. This required outside the box thinking that John did well. As Defense lawyers go, I would put him in close to the top 10%. A good lawyer is not cheap, but will worth it in our corrupt Justice system.
John and I worked as a team, which I liked since it was my future at stake. John got to know me as a person and not just a name (or checking account number). He was open to my ideas on how to prove the accusers were lying. One must realize that lawyers are also actors and must impress the jury. John was good.
I would use him again if I needed an attorney.

My names is Ismeta and Mr. Maniscalco has been representing my husband for 21 years. My husband had a traumatic brain injury when he was struck in the head by a metal object at work. My husband was only 41 years old and I was only 36 at the time of his injury. We lived in an apartment with our two young children (ages 11 and 17). We had immigrated to the United States from our country due to a civil war and we had only been in the United States for two years when my husband suffered his life changing injury. The insurance company denied my husband’s treatment claiming that it was pre-existing. Mr. Maniscalco fought the insurance company every step of the way and literally saved my husband’s life. Mr. Maniscalco has given our family another chance and if it was not for his legal expertise my children would for sure be left without a father at a very young age. The surgeries that my husband needed were absolutely necessary for him to continue to live and were something that we could have never afforded. I am very thankful to have had Clyde Rickard and Jessica Nix as my attorneys for my personal injury case. I started with another firm that wouldn't even return my calls, I could never go to their office (not sure they had an office) the only time I would here from them or their paralegal was to sign papers and it was always to meet this woman in a parking lot and ALWAYS told to sign papers, sign here, sign there and it was all done out of the back of her van which was more than scary. We recently moved here from Wisconsin.
I was waiting on an appeal from Wisconsin along with my Wisconsin attorney.
The decision came in stating my case go back to the Administrative Judge here in Georgia.
My Wisconsin lawyer decided he did not wish to proceed here with my case and dismissed himself after almost 4 years. I was shocked. What to do now?
I started making phone calls for SSD Attorneys here explaining my case.
Not knowing many people let alone any attorney's here, it was a hard find.
I contacted attorney's via a Google search.
I met with a few, but was either told they did not feel my case was winnable or I just flat out did not like them.
Then I met Leonard.
