I got a free consultation the next day, he took my case and immediately contacted my Employer and the Insurance company. The experience I had with Mr Porter Allred has been nothing short of amazing. I had a complicated case that also had elements of workers comp. He set me up with a workers comp attorney that guided me through that whole process. I also had injuries that resulted in surgeries and Porter checked in on me regularly to see how I was doing, he felt more like a buddy than an attorney. After the workman’s comp case closed out Porter began helping me with my insurance case. He remained steadfast and persistent and all the while he was very positive and reminded me at times how fortunate I was to have not been more seriously injured or killed!! After 2 years he reached an amazing agreement with the powers that be resulting in an amazing settlement. I CANNOT thank Porter Allred and his team enough for all the amazing help! Greta helped my family to get the Green Card through the employment-based visa (EB-3). We came to the U.S with a teacher visiting program and all the attorneys we talked before told us it would be impossible for us to stay in the U.S permanently. My husband and I were involved in a three car pileup back in September 2017. As strange as it sounds, that was the best thing that could have happened to us. My husband and I both had severe back pain and damage to our car from the accident. Neither of us were sure what to do so we hired Drue Solomon. My wife and I were Rear-ended and were drowning in what we should do. We called up Drue Solomon for advice. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process and offered his services. A few years ago, I was hit by a drunk driver in the course of my work. I had major damage to my ankle (and other parts of my body). Because this was both a personal injury case and work comp, it was not pretty! I was referred to an attorney, only to be dropped by that attorney because his partner represented the at fault insurance company. Frustrated and without counsel, I searched for someone to help. Being dropped by another attorney made it very difficult to find another. I reached out to a college friend who is an attorney here in Las Vegas. She specializes in work comp, but could not help me as she was about to go on medical leave. She recommended her friend - Adam Muslusky. For 2 years, Adam represented me ... more than represented me, he became my friend through this painful process. My employer treated me horribly ... the work comp insurance company faught everything. Adam was able to get me bi-weekly checks from work comp to cover my expenses. He was always available to me - even after hours if I had a question. Surgeries and lots of physical therapy later, it was time to settle. Adam fought hard on my behalf. Nothing makes up for all of the pain and suffering I truly went through, but I can confidently say Adam Muslusky and his staff were by my side the entire time. I switched from another attorney because of lack of communication. I have both of my attorneys personal cell phone numbers and can contact them anytime, this makes me feel very involved in my case.They got me to a Dr. who has a upstanding reputation, and will not only help my case but actually care how I want to handle my medical treatment. When they took my case they also took my 3 childrens cases over from the other law office because it was already settled but we had been waiting more than 2 months to set up their accounts. The Palmer law office not only set up the accounts without a fee, they found that there was over $2000, that was unaccounted for in all the court documents the other office did, so my kids got a lot more than we had agreed on. You tell me, where WOULD that money had gone?
When you speak to them they are so personable yet professional, but that makes me feel so good about having them on my side is it's so obvious they have three things that we do not see enough of... An amazing work ethic, values and morels. I carry their cards everywhere because after dealing with the other attorneys office, I want everyone to get the genuine treatment I get!

I hired Mark Losee at Dunkley Law to help me with a dog bite injury suffered when a new neighbor's 2 pit bulls attacked me and my dog Casper. When my father began losing his health, it was a very stressful and sad situation. My father was no longer able to make decisions based on his illness. One of my friends told me that I would need to become his legal guardian so that I could begin to make decisions for him. I really didn't want to go through the process but his health began deterring more and more everyday. I turned to Corrine for help. When I was hurt on the job, I didn't know what to do. I immediately thought that my injuries would heal quickly and I would be able to continue at work. I took a half day and thought I would be back to normal the next day. I didn't think I had a case because I made myself feel that it was my fault. I had an accident and I found them on line. The case was a personal injury case. I called the office and spoke to David Kohlmeier, Case Manager. He took action right away and set me up with a car service to pick me up because he was concerned about my accident. I came into the office and he even met me downstairs to help me to the office since I was using crutches. He then introduced me to Hazel, Personal Injury Case Manager. I was then introduced to Michael Becker Esq. They had my settlement in a matter of 3 months. I came to Trent when I found out that workmans comp wasn't going to do the surgeries I needed done from the injuries I got at work. I don’t quite know where to start or how to thank Trent McAluffe enough, for all the help that he has given to me and my family over the past years. I was injured on the job in 2006. I have had multiple surgeries since then. Without his help I would not have the intervention of the doctors I have now. I have come to know that every doctor has his own option about treatment, and they do not always agree with one another. I have come to realize that the third party administrator‘s (or the employers insurance company) works for the employer and protects there interests only. The States workers comp laws and regulations, are at best, the most difficult and the most unreasonable laws to navigate through. Without Mr. McAluffe’s attention to detail and his outstanding Knowledge of these laws I would not be where I am today. He honestly cares about his clients and their families and wants the best for them. At all times he is prompt in returning my phone calls and can answer any concerns and or questions I may have. It boils down to this folks you need competent counsel to get through this mess that is workers comp, give him a call you won’t be sorry.

Dean Patti and his staff exceeded all my expectations. I was so upset and injured after I got into an accident this year. My nearly brand new car was totaled when I was t-boned. I knew my hospitals were going to be high, and I had high deductibles. My employer recommended I speak to Dean, and I am glad I did.
