When looking for a law firm to represent my family after a car accident in Las Vegas, it was difficult to know who to trust. A family friend recommended De Castroverde Accident & Injury Lawyers, and from the start, I was impressed with the professionalism of their staff and my personal injury attorney.
My car collision case took about a year to settle after my family finished physical therapy. There were some bumps along the way, especially when it came to communication expectations, but one of the best things about this firm is that you can reach out to your lawyer anytime if you have questions or concerns.
Whether I needed to know about medical bill payments, co-pay and deductible reimbursements, rental car costs, or even replacing car seats, the staff were always there to provide clear answers and guidance. I was also able to choose my own chiropractor for medical treatment, and when I needed additional physical therapy, they made the process easy. My case manager was another key player in my experience—her knowledge and support made a huge difference.
At times, I felt frustrated with the process, but whenever I reached out to my injury lawyer directly, they listened, took my concerns seriously, and made me feel taken care of. They genuinely wanted the best for my family, and that meant a lot to me.

I hired Jennifer Isso to help me with my divorce. Worse decision I made!!! She came across as empathic, knowledgeable, understanding & caring. I thought I could trust her. This couldn't be further from the truth!
My health is really bad & I've never been divorced, so I needed her help & guidance through this process. I continued to pay her whatever she asked for, since she was considered an unbundled lawyer. Turns out she's one of the most unprofessional people I've ever met!!! Treat people how you want to be treated!! Period!! I paid her a total of $5100 which included a TPO.
I had been approving the Disclosure documentation on Oct. 29th with her for my second court date on Nov. 19th (today). Without any communication at all with me, she files in court on Monday (Oct. 30th) morning that she had dropped me as her lawyer!!! Who does that??!! Unbelievable!! This is how you treat a client??!! Really??!! How unprofessional is that!! Tuesday morning, she emails my husband informing him that she's dropped me!! This is when I found out what had happened. I was shocked & speechless!!! My first thought was this has to be a mistake. Right? No professional behaves in this manner!!
She had time to notify my husband & not me the client??!! Unacceptable on so many levels!!! Proper business practices is you let your CLIENT know. All she needed to do was to tell me she needed additional money to represent me in court. It's that simple!! It's called communication!! No one's a mind reader!!! I was paying for professional representation, so I assumed.
This morning was my court date with the judge. I paid Jennifer Isso $1000 for the Disclosures that I assumed was being submitted to the judge (she never told me otherwise & wasn't communicating with me). She only sent my husband a copy that was it!! The court received nothing. What goes around, comes around!!! I truly had trusted her & she proved to me that I should've never hired her!

I came to Trent when I found out that workmans comp wasn't going to do the surgeries I needed done from the injuries I got at work. I don’t quite know where to start or how to thank Trent McAluffe enough, for all the help that he has given to me and my family over the past years. I was injured on the job in 2006. I have had multiple surgeries since then. Without his help I would not have the intervention of the doctors I have now. I have come to know that every doctor has his own option about treatment, and they do not always agree with one another. I have come to realize that the third party administrator‘s (or the employers insurance company) works for the employer and protects there interests only. The States workers comp laws and regulations, are at best, the most difficult and the most unreasonable laws to navigate through. Without Mr. McAluffe’s attention to detail and his outstanding Knowledge of these laws I would not be where I am today. He honestly cares about his clients and their families and wants the best for them. At all times he is prompt in returning my phone calls and can answer any concerns and or questions I may have. It boils down to this folks you need competent counsel to get through this mess that is workers comp, give him a call you won’t be sorry.
