When my father began losing his health, it was a very stressful and sad situation. My father was no longer able to make decisions based on his illness. One of my friends told me that I would need to become his legal guardian so that I could begin to make decisions for him. I really didn't want to go through the process but his health began deterring more and more everyday. I turned to Corrine for help. She walked me through the entire process and made sure everything was listed in the paperwork so that I could help my dad to the best of my ability. The process was easy with the help of Corrine. When I was hurt on the job, I didn't know what to do. I immediately thought that my injuries would heal quickly and I would be able to continue at work. I took a half day and thought I would be back to normal the next day. I didn't think I had a case because I made myself feel that it was my fault. However, when I woke up the next day, I felt even worse. I called a few law firms and let them know what happened. I didn't really get anywhere by speaking with them and felt even more confused. I came across the Law Offices of Patti, Sgro, Lewis & Roger after I spoke to about 3 other attorneys' offices. When I called, they transferred me to Corrine. She was really nice and made me feel better about the situation. She let me know that I actually did have a case based on what I told her and to come in for a consult. She took good care of my case and made sure that I got the right care for my injuries. She walked me through all the steps and helped me get through the process. She is very good at what she does and I am happy that I chose her to handle my case.

Furthermore, Mark took over the case and did an excellent job as well as Eunice and Karla. They kept me in the loop on every step of the way. Also, I was given updates via email and text messaging. Rear-ended on a freeway on-ramp on the way to support my boss at a work event. Not only did I not expect it to happen, I was not ready to have injuries that would change my life and career going forward. Enter Cory Santos, Attorney. From day one he made sure my health and well being was taken careof. Linking me up with the best therapist and doctors while also handling all the Workman Compensation correspondence so I was not bothered and could focus on healing. Sometimes it got quiet, but Cory assured me things were under control and to be patient, always checking on how I felt. I’m not sure how many barriers he had to push out of the way, but Cory got me a six figure settlement and made sure the therapist I worked with showed me how to care for myself going forward with the injuries I sustained. By far the worst attorney I've ever had. I couldn't give 0 stars or I would. The reps never return phone calls (the 3 I've had so far) & when u call the 1st lie u get is somebody going to return the call plus all the others. I personally wouldn't refer them to anyone. I am sad! I called to make an appointment for a REPLACEMENT of legal representation of my Workman Comp because I am very unhappy with my current representation. I have Osteomyelitis /Discitis. Physicians worry about me in so many ways, especially WC physicians, having reviewed my case, tell me. I should be rock solid in care. Yet, my current lawyer has not physically spoken to me since May. I do not care about who comes and goes in his offices, my medical treatments are serious, and my rehabilitation should be taken with the same care. The consult from start to finish, 14 min 50 sec of my speaking ability, the muscle. Spasms I have are triggered by speech, like an inmate I only get 1 Call a day, it is wasted on
"I am sorry, but Mr. Mariano only takes NEW cases. He does not want to step on the toes of another Lawyer. He has his OATH."
I am shocked. I have NEVER heard of a lawyer not wanting to be guaranteed 💰WINNINGS 💰and as far as his oath, I know my origin is Cali, but in my experience, no Law Contract stipulates that you couldn't take in a client that's unhappy with their current lawyer and has no plans to stay with them.

My husband and I were involved in a three car pileup back in September 2017. As strange as it sounds, that was the best thing that could have happened to us. My husband and I both had severe back pain and damage to our car from the accident. Neither of us were sure what to do so we hired Drue Solomon. A few years ago, I was hit by a drunk driver in the course of my work. I had major damage to my ankle (and other parts of my body). Because this was both a personal injury case and work comp, it was not pretty! I was referred to an attorney, only to be dropped by that attorney because his partner represented the at fault insurance company. Frustrated and without counsel, I searched for someone to help. Being dropped by another attorney made it very difficult to find another. I reached out to a college friend who is an attorney here in Las Vegas. She specializes in work comp, but could not help me as she was about to go on medical leave. She recommended her friend - Adam Muslusky. For 2 years, Adam represented me ... more than represented me, he became my friend through this painful process. My employer treated me horribly ... the work comp insurance company faught everything. Adam was able to get me bi-weekly checks from work comp to cover my expenses. He was always available to me - even after hours if I had a question. Surgeries and lots of physical therapy later, it was time to settle. Adam fought hard on my behalf. Nothing makes up for all of the pain and suffering I truly went through, but I can confidently say Adam Muslusky and his staff were by my side the entire time. I was in Vegas for work, for a convention. I live in California so I drove, and stayed at the Cromwell on the strip, one of the older hotels. Their parking garage exits right into downtown, and I got hit 2 minutes into my drive the first day there. The car was completely totaled, we got hit by a ram truck and I really really felt it. I was concerned I was going to be all messed up with spinal injuries and whiplash and so forth… and I didn't know any doctors in town so that was also a problem. I contacted Benson and Bingham, and they some really great referrals, helped me get scheduled, and helped get my car accident insurance claim started. We're still working on the case, but I've been super impressed by their team, they're professionalism, the whole thing. They have a nice office just a couple of miles from our hotel, so it's been pretty convenient as well. A big thanks to attorney Ben Bingham for handle my case and made me feel at ease!

I switched from another attorney because of lack of communication. I have both of my attorneys personal cell phone numbers and can contact them anytime, this makes me feel very involved in my case.They got me to a Dr. who has a upstanding reputation, and will not only help my case but actually care how I want to handle my medical treatment. When they took my case they also took my 3 childrens cases over from the other law office because it was already settled but we had been waiting more than 2 months to set up their accounts. The Palmer law office not only set up the accounts without a fee, they found that there was over $2000, that was unaccounted for in all the court documents the other office did, so my kids got a lot more than we had agreed on. You tell me, where WOULD that money had gone?
When you speak to them they are so personable yet professional, but that makes me feel so good about having them on my side is it's so obvious they have three things that we do not see enough of... An amazing work ethic, values and morels. I carry their cards everywhere because after dealing with the other attorneys office, I want everyone to get the genuine treatment I get!

I switched to william palmer in the middle of my case. Without giving to much detail, I can say these men got my case settled for far more than I would have ever thought.
