Picking a lawyer was very difficult and we spoke to several lawyers. We ultimately picked Pedro because of his experience in nursing home lawsuit. My wife's mother fell at her nursing home and fractured her hip. Mr. Krompecher knew the other attorneys and got us the a good settlement. Terrible experience. The firm over billed and under delivered. Attempted to resolve the repeated issues with them multiple times but they could careless. They are more focused on over billing than they are on their "clients." In all fairness, I only worked with a few of their attorneys before I cut ties. My experience does not speak for the entire firm.

On March 12, 2021, a lady ran a red light when the car beside her turned right on red. She was on her phone. I was going through a green light. Needless to say, we crashed in the middle of the intersection. After hitting the front of my car, the impact caused her to spin around and hit my driver's door. That turned my car into a commercial sized van which caused me to t-bone him. Then, the van spun around and hit my passenger's door pushing my car across seven lanes of traffic. This accident totaled my Lexus convertible which was in mint condition. Cars like that with no accidents and low mileage are very difficult to find. I mention that to say, you can get another car. However, you cannot get a new spine. This accident herniated C-4 to C-5 and further damaged C-5 to C-6, also damaged C-7 to C-8. My life came to a screeching halt! Initially, I couldn't move either of my arms. The policeman at the scene had to tell me what happened because I only remembered the van and didn't know what caused the accident. I was going through a green light! On April 12, 2021,
I had neck surgery replacing C-4 to C-6 with two plastic discs, six screws and a plate in my neck.
I am saying all of this to let you know that I have been in five other accidents and never had to have surgery or miss work! After hiring two other law firms which were no help, I was referred to CRLegal Team. They believed in me and worked hard for very little money! One would think that since she ran a red light, this would be a no brainer! No, her insurance company saw me as damaged! How could I prove exactly what this accident caused!?! There weren't any MRIs before this accident, only after! I didn't do anything wrong! I was in the wrong place at the wrong time! The policeman told me that I was the fourth person in an accident at that location. However, I am the first person to survive! I am here for a reason!

So, anyone out there who has been in an accident and wants honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic, just skip all small firms and others who are headquartered in other states. It is with great regret that I am leaving a bad review. I was hopeful that he would serve me well based on our initial conversation, however he did not. My case is drug related and on his website it states he has 30 years of experience with drug cases but if you ask around… he’s a traffic lawyer. My vehicle, money, and phones were confiscated and he all but told me I wouldn’t get my car back until after my case was settled but my current lawyer filed a motion and got it back within days. I was told my money would not be returned but again my current lawyer advised me that with proper proof a judge wouldn’t refuse giving back my money(my case is on going will update on how that goes). I essentially paid $3,500 of which I was refunded $1250, for him to appear at court one time and respond to 2 portal messages. After receiving better counsel I feel I have been completely ripped off and will probably be reporting my grievances to the BAR. I don’t know if he was just keeping my expectations low so that he can later over exceed them or if I’m just making excuses for him at this point but I’m really disappointed with his counsel and glad I switched before it was too late.

This is the right law firm. One star. Really hurting someone. She is their client and it’s hard to watch. I pray they do the right thing, this is a horrible situation to be a part of not be able to help, I pray these attorneys will change their ways and decide to do the right thing. Watching a loved one suffer over the holidays (or anytime) from choosing the wrong attorneys is a nightmare. I pray day and night these attorneys will see the light and not cause any more suffering. I am watching a loved one who is a “current or former client”. She is someone who is dear to my heart and being harmed tremendously by your choice of behavior. She won’t write her own review but is so terrified and hurt she can barely get out of bed most days for the last two weeks strictly on account of your choices. I’m sure she will write a review of this path you have chosen continues, but she is too scared to speak up and you need to stop what you have chosen to do to your client. Don’t make excuses replying to google review as I can easily delete this, when what you should be doing is what’s right towards a human’s life. She trusted you. Replying to this with an excuse or any response will only serve to show people you care more about your appearance than helping your client. I hope today is the last day I pray you two do what is right.
I am 87 years old I would like to live long enough to see my goddaughter is not treated worse in this world as a woman than what I have known for most of my life. YOU ARE WOMEN, DO WHAT’S RIGHT!

The team at Cary Estate Planning has been wonderful from our first interaction through the close of the estate they were supporting me with this past year. Mr. Lucas helped me win a temporary custody case involving my granddaughter in 2016. My daughter was in an abusive relationship which affected both her and my granddaughter. Mr. Lucas was smart, polite, compassionate and knowledgable. He helped me gain custody of my granddaughter and also gave me advice on how to help my daughter get back on her feet after an abusive relationship. Not once did he falter in his defense and he came extremely prepared to the courthouse. We came out victorious!!!! I was desperate for help trying to obtain emergency custody of my granddaughter, I called every family law attorney in Johnston County and Mr Lucas was the only attorney to call me back. He called the same day. He had me come in and the next day I had my temporary order. After a year and being in and out of court, I know have custody and not just temporary. I have permanent custody of my granddaughter. He was by our side and he kept his word. He is a very sincere and compassionate man. After searching through several attorneys in the area (I lived out of state but my children lived in NC with my x-husband), I came into contact with Mr Lucas. This man took my case, showed me respect, gave me my dignity back and worked dogmatically at getting my kids back from my x who had them for 8 years while I spent most of that time overseas.
My sons were in a very neglectful environment, they were not cared for properly and after 8 years of representing myself in court, obtaining 5 attorneys and firing 4 I was amazed and taken aback by how hard he had worked on my case. He never once gave up or blew me off because my finances were tight.
We went against a family who had money and was well known in the area. Even with the things I had against me Leon respected my integrity and fought for my sons relentlessly....we won.

Attorney Sumner was referred to me by a Miami lawyer to handle a workers' compensation case for me. We had found it necessary to go to the workers' comp hearing in order to close my case in NC so I could pursue a lawsuit in FL. She was very knowledgeable and persistent - after extensive research, she fought the odds, and won the battle for me. The best part is- she enjoyed doing it!!
During that time, I also had a problem with a car loan company - they had bought the loan and immediately showed my payments a month in arrears when I was actually up to date.
