Picking a lawyer was very difficult and we spoke to several lawyers. We ultimately picked Pedro because of his experience in nursing home lawsuit. My wife's mother fell at her nursing home and fractured her hip. Mr. Krompecher knew the other attorneys and got us the a good settlement. He worked fast to get all the medical records and resolving this claim. I highly reccomend him.

It was disappointing to see how my case was handled, especially after I had trusted her to advocate for my best interests. I felt like my concerns were never fully addressed, and the representation I received didn't reflect the seriousness of my situation. While I’m relieved that there was some financial compensation, it was not the outcome I had hoped for. I expected a more thorough approach and better communication throughout the process. Overall, I left feeling undervalued and frustrated, which is why I can only give one star.

I called the Asheville branch to ask about a free consult because I live outside of NC, but my recently deceased sister lived in NC.
Bonnie answered my call and I'm so sorry she did. I hung up feeling frustrated and disrespected. She was rude and not very helpful at all. Her attitude was quite condescending and very unprofessional. She should be able to ask strategic questions to gain an understanding of my needs, but instead she was curt, snooty and too busy trying to get me off the phone to be able to understand WHY I was calling. It was like pulling teeth, and I was getting no where with her, so I simply asked her name, thanked her, and hung up. She rattled off some title after her name, but at this point I had tuned her out, because it didn't matter who she was. I would NEVER do business with them and WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone. I was able to find another attorney in NC, Kirschbaum, Nanney, Keenan & Griffin and they were awesome! They were kind, friendly and most of all professional. They asked the right questions to make sure they were the right 'type' of attorney I needed. They were truly the professionals I needed to talk to. I simply wanted to share MY experience with this practice and the end result.

No one wants to need a lawyer, but after a car wreck I did. James Roane was highly recommended to me and we chose to meet with him to review my case. After meeting him, I realized he knew what needed to be done and the way to handle it. Mr. Roane and the staff at Roane Law were very friendly and always willing to answer my questions. I received a speeding ticket in May 23 and it was suggested I call Girdwood and Williams by a coworker. Liz was so helpful, explained it all and sent me an email with options for online driving courses.
Payment was very reasonable and I never really thought about it again until it was time for court. Scott was able to get my ticket dismissed and I received a prompt email letting me know.

I firstly need to thank God for sparing my life and my husband life on 3/15/24 it could have been worse for our families Thank You Almighty. My case involved an accident with a drunk driver. The crash caused an extreme flare of a rare health condition, that had previously been under control. John helped me take on one of the insurance giants, and mediate a settlement.
To say that my medical history is complex, is an understatement. John was very up front about the challenges we faced, navigating with a pre-existing condition. He thoroughly prepped me for my deposition. He also went the extra mile to become quite educated on the rare condition that I deal with. Outside of my immediate medical team, John knows more about it than most of my doctors.
I primarily worked with John, Brigitte and Gloria, but occasionally spoke with other staff members. Calls, emails, etc were quickly returned. They made sure that I understood the process, and knew exactly what to expect as the case progressed. This could be especially challenging on days that I wasn’t well, so I truly appreciated the patience and kindness that they combined with their professionalism.
