It was a pleasure working with Ann and her team. I was hit by a truck while riding my bicycle. I was out of work for 9 weeks, had 3 surgeries, and no way was I in shape to tackle the insurance claims or any other pieces of this case. There was no way I could have dealt with the insurance companies without her assistance. From the start, she explained to me the process and what we could expect and she was dead on. She never set false expectations but stuck with the facts and did a very good job. There were no surprises and communication with Ann was constant. She made me feel comfortable all the way through the process. Her persistence with the insurance companies and knowledge of the law made everything seem so simple (at least to me!).
I hope I never need an attorney again but if I do, I will certainly be calling Ann for assistance. Everyone in her office was very responsive and eager to assist. They were all very professional and a pleasure to work with.

I hired Ann Groninger after meeting with her and her staff of professionals and knew that I would receive justice. Their first order of business was my health and getting me back to as close to being one hundred percent as possible, secondarily the took care of all of my medical expenses ensuring that I had no financial residuals as a result of my accident. From letters, to emails and phone calls informing me of the status of my trial dates too any new and unseen developments with my case they kept me abreast and completely involved, often asking me about my opinions needs and concerns as we moved forward. Misses Groninger never focused on the monetary portions of the case but more so the justice of the case as promised by the law and as promised by her and her elite legal team. Again no mailers no phone calls I was introduced to her and her superior team of experts from a pryior client. Would I recommend this talented staff of lawyers absolutely. So if you want justice hire Ann Groninger, if all you want is a settlement hire someone else.

I had to leave a 5 star review despite never working with Jetton and Meredith. I inquired for their services earlier this afternoon seeking help for an obscure case that happens to be out of their line of practice. However, not only did they promptly respond to me - but had an employee of theirs personally call me and give me a referral phone number where I could possibly find someone to help me. This level of professionalism is greatly noticed having been rudely turned down by several of the “best attorneys in Charlotte.” Any cases I may experience in the future that falls understated their line of practice - best believe I will be giving them my business. Missy & Megan came through in true time of need. Missy was referred to me through a friend, and I am so glad I went with her. Missy was informative about my divorce, emergency custody and custody. Megan was able to represent me in court and came prepared with all the documents needed to present to the judge. I never had to second guess any work, and they always kept me up to date on any upcoming court dates or rulings we received. I never wanted to be in a position to have to hire an attorney, and was reluctant to do so when the opportunity presented itself. After speaking with some trusted friends, and after talking to several attorneys, Mr. Chandler became the obvious choice for me.
He was very thorough, and was respectful of my time. He made himself accessible, and was always right on top of things. He was honest and straightforward with expectations, and was patient to carefully explain next steps.

It was disappointing to see how my case was handled, especially after I had trusted her to advocate for my best interests. I felt like my concerns were never fully addressed, and the representation I received didn't reflect the seriousness of my situation. While I’m relieved that there was some financial compensation, it was not the outcome I had hoped for. I expected a more thorough approach and better communication throughout the process. Overall, I left feeling undervalued and frustrated, which is why I can only give one star.

I’ve now used Paul twice. He’s been more than just a great lawyer, he’s been like a shark in the very best way. After getting denied for disability on my own. I again went to Paul for help. After the first meeting and getting all my information there was very little else I had to do. He kept me in the loop all the way. I’m a social worker and speak with lots of people on a daily basis. He is very knowledgeable and I look forward to having him represent me in my matter against my employer. On March 12, 2021, a lady ran a red light when the car beside her turned right on red. She was on her phone. I was going through a green light. Needless to say, we crashed in the middle of the intersection. After hitting the front of my car, the impact caused her to spin around and hit my driver's door. That turned my car into a commercial sized van which caused me to t-bone him. Then, the van spun around and hit my passenger's door pushing my car across seven lanes of traffic. This accident totaled my Lexus convertible which was in mint condition. Cars like that with no accidents and low mileage are very difficult to find. I mention that to say, you can get another car. However, you cannot get a new spine. This accident herniated C-4 to C-5 and further damaged C-5 to C-6, also damaged C-7 to C-8. My life came to a screeching halt! Initially, I couldn't move either of my arms. The policeman at the scene had to tell me what happened because I only remembered the van and didn't know what caused the accident. I was going through a green light! On April 12, 2021,
I had neck surgery replacing C-4 to C-6 with two plastic discs, six screws and a plate in my neck.
I am saying all of this to let you know that I have been in five other accidents and never had to have surgery or miss work! After hiring two other law firms which were no help, I was referred to CRLegal Team. They believed in me and worked hard for very little money!
