We went with this firm because of the rating and reviews - DONT make the same mistake we did…… I live out of state and my parents were based in Florida. We were looking for a group that would make this as seamless and easy as possible. Instead, we got confrontational rude and unprofessional. We dealt with Fernando twice and then he passed us off to his cronie Maribel. Maribel has no business dealing with people in general, especially people that are grieving the loss of their parents and trying to handle an estate from out of state.
Every time my brother or I spoke with this individual, it seemed as if we were a complete bother to her - she was hands down the rudest “ professional “ I have ever had the displeasure of paying to work for us.
Our estate was VERY small $237k - split between 3 youths ( as one share ) and 2 adults and yet we paid them 37k !!!!!!!!! An utterly ridiculous amount !~
Sadly and unfortunate for us , this was a process we knew nothing about and did not interview or research other firms so please do your research before going with these people.

Mr Glatthorn took my case after other lawyers basically told me I experienced something tragic but don’t have much of a case. My first lawyer barley called me back or even seemed interested in helping me. So switching lawyers still hoping for the best I was still hesitant to trust my new lawyer (David Glatthorn). I lost my life savings from not being able to work and spent all my savings on bills. My medical bills where more then the cost of buying a new home. And I was in the process of losing my home by the time I got to Mr Glatthorn. But sitting with them and switching to there team and working with them for just a week I could see a complete difference from my first lawyer. To there professionalism, perseverance, always answering the phone and calling me back, and They’re always more then happy to answer my questions because this whole process is very foreign and confusing to people that have never experienced something like this before. I know it was for me. And Mr Glatthorn and his amazing team of paralegals are as experienced and knowledgeable as it gets. And are more then happy explaining these complicated insurance policies and any questions you might have. I wish I went to him first because by the time I got to his team I was already in the process of losing my home. But through there guidance and hard work, they got my outstanding medical bills paid. They got the right medical attention for me that I was seeking for my injuries. With more then enough money left over to put in my pocket and repair old debts from when my accident occurred. Sometimes life can take you for surprise regardless of your success and you being careful. I was in a work vehicle as a passenger and the driver fell asleep behind the wheel on the high way. I was lucky to survive but my injuries are long lasting and permanent. And will effect me the rest of my life. I’m just thankful I had David Glatthorn and his amazing team to help me through it getting me the money and medical help that I deserved. I hope these kinds of situations and tragedies happen to no one. But if they do, we are lucky enough to have people like David Glatthorn to help us through it and give us the right advice and fight for what we deserve. I'm so happy to have found an excellent attorney like Mr. Glatthorn and his staff. I never received so many calls from an attorney like I did from Mr. Glatthorn. If I wasn't available during the week, he will do a phone conference with me on the weekends. I knew I chose the right attorney when I received a phone call on Sunday to discuss my health and injures. This is not my first auto accident. My first auto accident. My first accident, I never spoken with the attorneys or seen them until the day I picked-up my check. But Mr. Glatthorn, I talk to him ALL the time and his staff. The father of my child is demanding mediation through this firm, & just this morning, I've been sent 5 or 6 conflicting emails on whether our meeting is going to be via Zoom or in person. I've also received conflicting dates twice, & have all but been spammed by an administrative team that either doesn't communicate with one another or just doesn't have their affairs in order internally. I would never chose to work with this office on my own. Extremely displeased with the obvious breakdown in communication & I haven't even met with them yet. Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Your office only deals with matters of the utmost importance... this is entirely inexcusable & unprofessional.

I was severely injured in June 2020 by a fall in a hospital over a bench that was not visible from the turn in the hallway. In addition, three visits to the ED and 2 hospital admissions which included surgery twice
Rubenstein Law upon consultation immediately accepted the case. I was working with their local attorney and was pleased with our discussions The local attorney was to handle the personal injury portion of the incidents and they were to review the medical care as it took 3 ED visits and 2 hospitalizations to handle the injuries suffered in the same facility where I was injured
I had 3 fractured ribs, an 8 inch tear in the intracostal cartilage, a head injury, wrist injury and in the 2 hospitalizations 3 liters of blood surgically extracted from my chest cavity plus a 19cm hematoma that was dissolved. The diagnoses were acute kidney failure and acute respiratory failure due to large effusions in both lungs caused by the fall. Additionally, after 2 months, I’m still on oxygen 24 hours a day.
Last night, a Friday night at 8:30pm, I received a call from an assistant at the headquarters office in Miami. I was advised that the hospital’s insurance had denied the claim for the fall and they had decided not to take the case further and they were closing the case. Hell, they had not even received my medical records yet. Not had the malpractice group reviewed anything regarding the errors made in my care decisions.
I had been told at the onset that the insurer would likely deny the claim and at such time they would have to file the intent to take the case to the next level. Instead, they just dropped the case. Simply because the insurer denied the initial claim
This leads me to wonder who’s pockets have been lined. Why accept my case in the first place?

Chris assisted my husband and I recently in creating our wills. He took my call immediately, I didn't even have to wait for an appointment. He explained everything in detail, drew up the will and had it emailed to me in only a few hours. He made a difficult topic absolutely painless. He was easy to talk to and extremely professional at the same time - a hard combo to come by in an attorney.
I also had a separate legal issue to discuss and he allowed me to run it by him during that same consultation regarding our will. When I asked how much he charged for the separate legal matter, he was so gracious and told me not to worry about it. Talk about amazing customer service! I will definitely recommend him to anyone that is in need of legal advice in the future.

Beware of this law office. I was referred to the Ocala office for an employment case spoke to Nanette. I called them to discuss a very good case that I have that another attorney was going to take but could not do it because he was suing the same company. This law office wants to charge clients $200 for a consultation to see if the attorney will take your case, an attorney that works on a commission base should never charge a consultation fee do not fall for these scams. It is not standard practice to charge a client who is going to hire attorney on a commission base. We are interviewing the attorney you are not interviewing us.. The other attorney spent 45 minutes on the phone with me. Actually it was his paralegal and I was not charged a dime and the new attorney that I hired today did not charge me a consultation fee. I think you make your money by charging consultation fees, not by winning cases.
