I was a victim in an automobile accident a few yrs ago. Attorney Citron handled the case for me, and got me a settlement from Geico. In the last two years since then I have spoken with clients and friends who are attorneys and I have reviewed with them the circumstances of my accident case. Several of these attorneys have complimented Howard Citron, saying that they would not have gotten as much for me if they had handled the negotiations with Geico instead of Howard. It is nice to know that I had chosen a superb attorney, and that even Howard's peers compliment his work and accomplishments.

As a fellow South Florida lawyer, there is only a small list of lawyers that I would trust to refer clients to, and Howard's is at the very top of the list. I know that he will be there to listen to the client's needs and will fight for them from start to finish. Lawsuits are tough and you need someone who knows the ropes and will stick with you until the end. Howard is that lawyer!

After my case was closed and settled I began to get letters and medical bills from facilities and physicians that SHOULD HAVE BEEN paid prior to the closing settlement. I contacted Kayla multiple times and nothing was ever done to assist me in this matter. I attempted to contact Mr. Beckman via phone and was never allowed to speak with him. I continued to attempt to contact this firm, but since I live halfway across the country I am unable to show up in person and get any help. I have had nothing but empty promises and dismissive attitudes from staff. When nobody ever got back to me regarding my NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS by email and phone I continued to call and eventually was just 'disconnected".
I would not recommend this law firm to anyone under any circumstance.

Absolutely incredible representation for my motorcycle crash!! Let me tell you from experience, the crash hurt me physically but the insurance company did the damage. Litigation is a psychologically traumatizing process that digs into your private life and exploits your fears and weaknesses. Michael Beckman was my legal representation and took care of everything and his entire staff made me feel at ease. Unfortunately Mr. Beckman was not my first attorney. I had TWO previous lawyers drop the ball and leave me with NO choice but to find aggressive and assertive representation. That was delivered when I talked to Mr. Beckman and not once did I feel as though anything was lacking. From this moment forward I will always recommend Michael Beckman without hesitation. If I could give more than a 5 star review for Jimmy (James) Gustafson with Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart and Shipley, I certainly would. Jimmy worked extremely hard from day one on my case.
He is an extremely knowledgeable attorney with incredible experience on all types of cases.
Jimmy made time to personally answer each and every question I had throughout the entirety of my case. If he didn’t know an exact answer (as I asked every question under the moon), he would quickly go out of his way to find the answer for me. I trusted him with bringing justice to my case and he persevered in every way possible to do just that. As my case required filing a claims bill and going through the long and tedious sovereign immunity process, most attorneys in our local area did not have the knowledge to take on my case. Jimmy and his firm, however, were top notch at knowing every aspect of successfully getting my claims bill passed. No amount could ever make up for what I went through and continue to physically and mentally endure from my accident, but I do feel justice was served thanks to Jimmy Gustafson and his firm working diligently on my case from start to finish.

I just spoke with this Office about a class action lawsuit that I wanted to start. They denied it and these guys are supposed to be big on class action lawsuits but they did not want to pursue this one. They would not give a reason they just said they won’t assist. Would not recommend this law firm to anyone. I was told over a year ago that I would receive money for my dad's brother in the tobacco lawsuit case. I never received it. Finally, I received a call from Charles Scott 2 weeks ago that he was sending papers to sign. Still have not received anything, and no one will return my calls. This is not a way to treat clients nor a professional or legit law firm. Find someone else.

My mom and I had the displeasure of talking with Cynthia Nunn from Leighton Law to discuss going after Orlando Health for their negligence in treating my dad's cancer, which led to his passing. Not only did she make us relive our nightmarish story that we had already submitted online, she wasted our time by shutting us down immediately. If she was going to say no, why make us relive the trauma? To add insult to injury, she was actually defending the negligent doctors in question and straight up told us that our loved one was going to die anyway. Whether that was true or not, you do not just say that so nonchalantly to other people. You would not like that if someone said that about your dad. I am almost glad they did not take our case because I would rather deal with the devil himself than deal with Cynthia and Leighton Law after the added emotional damage she did to us.

I highly NOT recommend Mrs. Kay-Ann Waite. I hired her in April and at the beginning she told me it wasn’t going to take too long and it seemed she was going to work hard for me. Then, I had to constantly ask for updates since she didn’t provided any without me asking. It is June now and since 2 weeks ago, I have been calling to her office and sending emails and text messages asking for updates but it seems pointless. If she is not planning to get the job done, I would like to get a refund and hire another lawyer.

I hired Robert L Spector, 2014 of June after a rear end accident. I was severely injured and currently in the process of undergoing surgeries .
Mr. Spector had my case for 2 years and didn’t resolve any issue or made progress.
My calls were ignored by him and his office assistant. When I attempt to contact him from a different number, my call was answer immediately.
I decided to make him aware, that I was unsatisfied with his service. I ask him to release my case, and I hired a new attorney.
Due to the statue of limitation, I was not able to recover the full amount of money that my case was worth.

Dear Readers, I post this review at the conclusion of a very difficult matter. It involved Insurance and liability - property. Mr. Ossi, Mike was referred to me. He and his associated firm Florin and Roebig are respectful, diligent, tenacious and always available. His insight into the matter was spot on and without him - things would not have been resolved. Watch out for Insurance companies and private corporations - the are always out to swindle the customer and the claimant. Michael and his team put a stop to that and provide the advocate that is needed to fix what is wrong with this industry.
I have personally checked out Michael and his background as well as his firms work and can highly recommend him. He handles things and is the front man for the teams. His associates work and responsiveness of his office: Ossi and Najem and Florin and Roebig is 4 out of 5. Their voicemail system is a bit clunky and they do not work weekends - I work 7 days a week.
Frankly Mike should be a Judge!

I retained this attorney on a few cases but because it was going to take some effort to resolve they declined the cases after 3 months and after my medical bills went sky high. I contacted a more knowledgable attorney who guaranteed I had a solid case. This attorney gets you retained then pushes you off to his partner never to hear from again.

Mr. Ossi was a great lawyer. I was in a car accident and he handled my case. He was very professional and nice. He was also very smart and settled the case for more than I imagined. This guy is a genius and blew me away with the way he fought my case. I highly recommend him and he's the best auto accident attorney in Jacksonville. I hired Mr. Klotz to represent me against those who brought fraudulent charges against me in 2021. He charged me over $20,000 for his representation. When evidence in the matter, provided indisputable facts that the people who brought the charges against me had obstructed Justice by lying to law enforcement, had perjured themselves in their sworn affidavits and had engaged in other criminal activity the matter against me was dropped. Although Mr. KLOTZ told me early on in the case that he would represent me against these people in a defamation lawsuit, he latter refused to do so. Further, when a court order was issued and then later violated by local law enforcement directing them to expunge all associated records, he did nothing to hold them accountable. As such, I would not recommend Mr. Klotz, and would certainly caution anyone who might consider his legal representation. He can’t be trusted.

I'm 43... no criminal record. I received a notice for a warrant for something I didn't do. I had picked up a stray dog and the owner thought I had it and was keeping it from her. Mr Klotz was referred to me. After seeing him, he immediately worked on my case. He had someone go to the other persons home to sign a statement that it was a misunderstanding. He made calls to people he knows and gave the statement to the appropriate people immediately. Mike, his paralegal was on top of everything for him. He took my call every single time and kept me updated. The warrant was dropped (Thank God). I work in the financial industry so this would have ruined my life and future. I have no doubt that without Mike and Mr Klotz, the warrant would have led to my arrest for grand theft. Even w charges dropped or found not guilty, I would have had an arrest record that would have followed me the rest of my life. I'm so thankful to them and will never be able to truly repay them. If you need help w a criminal defense or an injury, call them. They care... they are knowledgeable.... they make miracles happen!

I called a senior advocate company for advice on pursuing a wrongful death claim after my mom died. I was contacted immediately by Mr. Dean who wanted to handle my case. I felt like I was a low priority for them. After a year of providing everything they asked for, a settlement was made and my brother and I each got $16,000 of the $75,000 settlement. They told me initially they would only take 30% of a settlement.
I would not call them for anything else.

Brett is the worst lawyer ever. I hired Brett and he completely screwed me in court. Completely unprepared after over a year of preparation.. Then after court the lies from Brett came flowing as to why he came to court unprepared. According to Brett I had no case from the beginning. Now he tells me this!. One week before court Brett told me he was not going to be a lawyer anymore. Can you believe this? Then he screwed my case.

This law firm is horrible. They handle my settlement payment very poorly. They charged Veterans 40% for there services plus another 9% went to somewhere else. So, basically they took 50% of Veterans settlement proceeds. I am sure the are aware that most Veterans live on a fixed budget and won't complain because we need the funds. They received the funds sometime in July. When I contacted them about my specfic case they stated that my distribution letter was in the writing process. I waited until August 1 to contact them again and they stated they sent the letter out on the 31st of July. I informed them I did not receive it. They then to me they would send one out within the next three days. I did not receive a distribution letter until the 15th of August. I questioned them about when payment would be made they stated 14 days if you oped for direct deposit. It has been 15 business days and I contacted them about where my funds were and now they are stating the lost a batch of distribution letters and it will take an additional 15 days. This behavior is unacceptable. You can't even report there behavior. So hopefully someone reads this prior to choosing this law firm.

Hired Steve for representation, in my opinion he basically was not due diligent in his efforts. As a result I wound up with a bad plea deal and a lot of misrepresentation. He also wanted to trade services and we did but he never refunded me the money he initially took. Look when you need an attorney perhaps for the most important time of your life you need an aggressive attorney who will fight for you every step of the way. I am sorry to say Steve Birr is not that kind of attorney. You will mostly find yourself taking a plea deal due to the lack of confidence Steve instills.

I am not being facetious when I wrote the title to my review. I mean it with every fiber of my being. Dec. 10, 2014 is a day I will never be able to forget for the rest of my life. I died that night. I was in a near fatal Jeep accident that left with me with devastating life altering injuries. The doctors tell us I am a miracle because they didn't think I would make it. Curry came to see me in the hospital as I lay in the traction device to keep my left hip & leg straight. I remember he had the calmest voice I had heard since that night. I remember him asking me questions and I started crying and told him "please don't let me die" Curry held onto my arm and said " I am going to take care of you". That is exactly that this man did. My life was forever changed, Curry led me through the most challenging, heart breaking, painful battle of my life. We had to fight for my life and Curry never wavered, never doubted, never gave up but most of all... he made me fight to live and not give up. One time during a dark time he sent me a book called When the Angels are silent. That book sits on my dresser to this day. Curry never let the opposing counsel demean me, disrespect me even when they tried to downgrade my critical injuries. He remained calm and would always fight for me.
Curry gave me the life I have now!! He has cried over me, prayed over me, held my hand, adopted me into his family and circle and literally fought my battles for me. If you have any doubts about this man and his character as a lawyer or human being, then look just here at me. Let me help you understand how he held me up when I couldn't anymore. I am living, walking, talking proof that this man will do everything he can as well as his team behind him to help you. Don't second guess him and his abilities. I believe the Lord walks beside Curry daily and there is not enough Thank You's or praise I can give this man for what he did. Call him, sit down with him, talk with him and you will understand exactly what I mean.
I am proud to be a part of his life and his extended family. I am proud he saved me and gave me my life. You will be too.

After disappointing experiences with 2 other law firms, I was lucky to hear about Mr. Curry Pajcic. From the first meeting his intelligence, sharp mind and depth of his experience was obvious. He had a plan of action that made sense to me. His demand for compensation was 10 times more than the other 2 law firms.

My wife & I went to Pajcic & Pajcic with a serious case involving a car accident in which the fault laid with the opposing driver, no dispute. Pajcic & Pajcic of Jacksonville Florida, reviewed the case over the phone with thurough questioning at which point a date was set for an office visit. At the office visit, we were questioned further about the accident and then contracts were brought out. The legal assistant reviewed each page of the contract completely. The entire process lasted over 2 hours with an additional 45 minutes on the origional phone interview. After the contracts were reviewed and signed, the legal assistant left and 20 minutes later, Curry Pajcic came in and introduced himself. He began to explain to us that we were not the type of case/clients they wanted. He said to my wife and I quote, " if you had lost an arm, we might be more intrested ion your case!" We had wasted literally hours on this law firm in preperation for acceptance and we were led on from beginning to end and even had signed contracts prior to Curry Pajcic walking in and treating us like pond scum. I have writting only the facts in this review and have not lied in any way, shape or form. People need to know about this firm & attorney Curry Pajcic. beware this firm! My wife is an emotional mess over the accidents and is now even more emotionally damaged due to the unprofessionalism and ruthlessness of Curry Pajcic.

Howard Merricks represented me for an accident. I was really pleased with the whole process and thought my settlement was more than fair. unresponsive and arrogant. Did not look out for the best interest of the client. Once he collected his fee from the settlement did not care about finishing the case or negotiating the medical bills. Supposedly was in contact with and working with providers but providers sent bills to collections.

I hired this attorney and his firm in a sensitive case regarding childhood sexual abuse. From the beginning his firm where not helpful in getting me proper closure in terms of a settlement and returning. phone calls on in a proper fashion.
Then all of a sudden they drop my case leaving me to pick up the pieces and fight the case on my own which has caused him lots of trauma.

My experience w/ Mr. Fernandez and his asst. was not pleasant for the following reasons:
I had to stay on top of them with all things pertaining to my case. Had I not done so, my case would have played out for approx. 1 yr., and I would have exhausted all of my settlement money. I did the majority of calling the office for any and all information.
In our initial consultation, Mr. Fernandez told me he would let me know when his costs exceeded $300. It was only when I signed the settlement papers, did I realize his final costs were $600.
Most importantly, Mr. Fernandez initially tried to get me to sign off on a small settlement, w/ me paying out $4000 of my settlement money in remaining bills to my treating providers. Only when I asked him why he wasn’t calling the providers to negotiate, did he do so! What if I hadn’t said anything about him negotiating??
Other frustrations include Mr. Fernandez and his assistant lacking people skills. There was no comfort, explaining things “crystal” clearly, or true reassurance that their office would do any and everything on my behalf. I had to do my own homework, and educate myself on all things related to this case. I often felt like an annoyance, and was cut off and interrupted in conversations before being rushed off the phone or out of the office. I wonder if my case been more profitable for them, would they have been more attentive, caring or willing to explain with patience?
For all these reasons, I will not be recommending this firm to anyone, nor will I be using them again in the future.

i have nothing but good experience with this lawyer. he keeps to his word and keeps me informed. when his office says manny will call you back thats what he does. i have learned that he would rather speak your case to you in person than over the phone which i like alot better. if i had to hire a lawyer for any other reason i would hire this law group again over any body else. thank you for all your help manny, you are good at what you do.

To say you have an "honest" attorney seems like a solid oxymoron, but Mr. Cannon is one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of having for representing our family!
