After the accident. My husband and I were stresses at the idea of getting legal advice and help for the uphill battle that is liability. My son told us about this law firm and we thought to give them a try.
Not a day goes by that we aren't greatful for their intervention. Everytime we came for our appointment we were treated almost like family. The atmosphere and the lawyers treated us so familiar, and the food they served us was delicious. Personally the therapy sessions the insurance got us from our accident were perfect. I still do the exercises from the appointments at home and they have greatly improved my overall physical health since. From the administration to the lawyers, the entire firm from my experience was so humble and ready to help in answering all of our questions. We were recently struck by a drunk driver, and had no previous experience in hiring a lawyer. We simply did not know where to turn. We first reached out to a few radio jingle lawyers and found EACH phone consultation with them to be worse than the one before. You were treated as a number by
their staff, and could never get an actual lawyer on the line. Through word of mouth Michael Goldsmith's law firm, thankfully, entered the picture. Out of the gate, Michael was friendly and genuinely interested in learning exactly what we had gone through. Each time we had a question, HE was readily available with a very well educated answer. At no time did he ever speak over our heads. He was clear, concise, and spoke in down to earth terms we could easily understand. He armed us with knowledge, realistic expectations, and his confidence was infectious which was exactly what we needed to win our case...which he did for us, by the way! He was really up on topics, yet remained curious enough to learn exactly what WE wanted/expected during each step of the process. On top of going above and beyond his duties to us, which he did several times, he was aggressive when we needed him to be.....was incredibly hands on addressing every email or call we placed to him...and was "old fashioned" in the sense that he took great pride in making sure that all aspects of his firm were handled with dignity and respect toward us. I don't know about you, but for me, navigating the legal system is confusing and anxiety inducing. When I worked with Koester and Bradley I didn't feel confused or or anxious. Horrible. Just horrible. We thought we were getting a quality law firm to represent us.
However, it has taken tons of phone calls to them to just to get where we are today in our case. It feels as if as if the case isn't big enough (re: enough money for them). And, so, the case languishes and they our very little effort into resolving it expeditiously.
Seek better help for yourself with a different firm.
I wish we could find. A firm that takes action against firms like this one who are lazy and don't do their job.

I have known David Kremin for more than 39 years. Of that time he has been the lawyer that I used for personal and my church. He has always shown concern for me personally and my church. He is only a phone call away. If can’t reach him right away, he always return the call in a matter of minutes. He is very knowledgeable in his practice. I was the victim of an auto crash and hired Lawler and Lawler to represent me after seeing their ad on TV. I met with Raymond Lawler for the initial consult. He was very direct and to the point in explaining the whole process. My case was then assigned to Bridget Lawler. I had never experienced any of this before and she was great at answering any and all of my questions in detail about everything involved with filing a personal injury case. I had a medical malpractice complaint against a Dr who left me disabled. It was not a complication of the surgery. He damaged an area that he should not have been any where close to. The expert was weak and really didn’t look at all the facts. They lied to me about going to trial. They did not even get the injury correct. When I read the depositions I thought they were working for the physician. I wish I never had hired them. I haven’t been able to work since the injury and we spent a good portion of our savings on Dr bills. They dropped my case after 5 years and it’s been impossible to find a new lawyer. I’m now trying to get a job and no one wants to hire a nurse who’s disabled and has been out of work for seven years. Not only has this physician ruined my entire life but these lawyers didn’t know enough about nerve injuries to take the case. They also printed up a fake trial date on a court document and gave it to me to make me believe we were going to trial. Who does that?

I had a medical malpractice complaint against a Dr who left me disabled. It was not a complication of the surgery. He damaged an area that he should not have been any where close to. The expert was weak and really didn’t look at all the facts. They lied to me about going to trial. They did not even get the injury correct. When I read the depositions I thought they were working for the physician. I wish I never had hired them. I haven’t been able to work since the injury and we spent a good portion of our savings on Dr bills. They dropped my case after 5 years and it’s been impossible to find a new lawyer. I’m now trying to get a job and no one wants to hire a nurse who’s disabled and has been out of work for seven years. Not only has this physician ruined my entire life but these lawyers didn’t know enough about nerve injuries to take the case. They also printed up a fake trial date on a court document and gave it to me to make me believe we were going to trial. Who does that?

After my dad passed away in April 2024, my mom and I filed for Dependency and Indemnity Compensation (DIC) through the VA.
