Mr. Lefante’s office and myself failed in my workmans comp claim. My personal feeling are your case pay-out will dictate his level of concern for your case. Otherwise this was a McDonald’s experience personally. Maybe 3 different councils handled my case??? I felt this office got bullied . I got bullied . I’m am not a friend and I am not family. I am also a decorated disabled veteran firefighter and Mr. Lefante’s office allowed for me to be called a liar. He was not my sword and shield.

I was referred to TPMB and Sam Carl via a different firm while I was looking for a personal injury lawyer due to a serious cycling accident. If you have ever had the need to seek our representation you know how overwhelming the process can be and how difficult it is to know if you are making the right choice given the vast array of options at your disposal. Complex life altering injuries are scary enough, and if they involve negligence on the part of large well known corporations its even more intimidating. At the time TPMB was newly founded and little information about the firm existed, but after speaking with Sam and TPMB partners I felt reassured in my decision to retain them. As someone who is using Ostling and Abbott the only good thing I can say about them is that they allow you to make payments ahead of your bankruptcy filing . It seems very difficult to speak with someone who can help if you are not at the office. Speaking with my attorney seems to be impossible outside of an office appointment. They only seem to due the basics. They don't explain what is happening throughout the process. They just send me copies of the court papers without any explanation from them of what is happening or a follow up call or meeting.
I am left wondering constantly what is happening with my case fearing the worst because you can't get any help or your questions answered or if they do not in a sufficient time frame. I know others have had good experiences with them, this is just my experience with Abbott in general.
