My first visit to New York City in 2023 was a wonderful experience up until I suffered a fall at Rockefeller Center. I suffered serious injuries after an unmarked drop at the sidewalk caused me to tumble. I was hospitalized and since that fateful day on June 1st, I have had to endure multiple surgeries and hours of occupational therapy.
Selecting Michael Prisco to represent me was the best decision I could have made. Living in North Carolina, Michael made it easy for us to communicate keeping me informed of the process. Michael did all the work, and I patiently waited until he was able to negotiate a very favorable settlement.

My experience with Shapiro Legal Group PLLC WAS GREAT. I must say the representative that called me was very nice and he made me feel comfortable with the whole process and explained in detail how everything went from here. There's no amount of money that could buy out the suffering with headache's and everything else that goes along with the tumor, but the people (same people who made some COVID injections) (Pfizer) let millions of women get the Depo- Provera shot for over a decade while neglecting to label the side affect that it could cause brain tumors. At least they could do is compensate/ Settle out of court with us women who did develop a brain tumor due to their negligence

Nicholas Carre is not to do business with he is not reliable and very unprofessional. He is only there for money and once he gets it that’s it he will not finish up his part of the deal.
So I recently sold my home back in March of 2024 and I made a contract agreement with the buyers to hold money in an escrow account and once the issues was completed the money was suppose to be released to me instead I have not got anything and I been reaching out to him and his office since April and he just ignore the calls… ignore the emails. I even went down to the office in person and they told me I couldn’t speak to him he not there I waited and still nothing.. if someone ever recommends him do not use him at all he has now been dodging me and my boyfriend for almost a year now.. I repeat do not do any business with him or his company. I now have to get legal involve and file complaints against him.

I have been dealing with Greenstein and Milbaures for more than 10 years also referring them to other clients.
They are very professional and goes up and beyond to make sure their clients are satisfied, during and after.
Bart Pittari goes out of his way to make sure everything is as smooth as possible.
I would never choose another law firm.
I choose them and believe in them.
They don't even have commercials like other law firms.
They show empathy and compassion. Thats what counts.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!
They've had my case for about 5 years, and in that 5 years I've heard from them only 2 or 3 times. I just read a review from Josh Gersten, posted just 3 weeks ago. I have the same problems as he has. This firm stays in contact with you for about a month. After that, you're lucky to get an update on your case once per year(and thats very generous). I've contacted them several times through their website and through email. They just ignore me, and I never get a reply back. They just introduced a new app to track your case about a year ago. I haven't had access to this Hona Client since they introduced it. I've filled out the request to be given access 2 or 3 times in the last year, and they just ignore me. The longer I let them keep my case, the more and more I see that this is one of those firms that goes for the quick payday and take on as many clients as they possibly can with the intentions of making as much money as they can with the least amount of time and effort put into your case. No wonder why they haven't made 5 minutes available to contact me with an update. If you go with this firm, do not expect to win a big settlement. Expect to win your case as quickly as possible even if it means taking a much smaller settlement so that they can pocket the money with minimal effort.
Now my case is a Social Security disability case, so their potential earnings are capped. Since they cant win much from my case, they treat me like I'm a number instead of a person. Expect the same. My guess is that they've dropped me as a client because I'm expecting updates, and those 5 minutes twice a year are more valuable than I am to them. I haven't had an update probably in 12-18 months. They just straight up ignore me, but then again my case isn't very valuable to them since its a Social Security case. Expect the same treatment that me and Josh have gotten.

I came to these people after being neglected by another firm. Promises of contact and the proper attention needed.
Things were fine for a while, they helped me have the procedures I needed.
Contact started to disappear. Lack of responses.
I find out they moved my Lawyer to Disability from Workman's Compensation.
There was zero connection to what I needed and intentions were. My messages were ignored.
I had a hearing over 6 months ago and now they send me a message that they can't get in touch with my doctor and need paperwork filled out. That I should contact my doctor.
It took 6 months of "trying" before you get in touch with someone?
I've been trying to close out my case. My former lawyer understood what I wanted. The person who was handed and did nothing with it, didn't care and was only interested in what was "best for me, and ultimately their firm"
I never got a lawyer for money, I wanted to have surgery to fix my injuries. I have not had any physical therapy for over a year. Over 6 months since I have seen my surgeon. We have closed out all the care, so why am being told not reaching maximum medical is a good thing..?
I am not getting any better, we don't need to play pretend to milk the state for more money.
Close my case... nope.. they will just waste time and do what is ultimately best for them in the end.
Stay away, they are no different then the other guys that just treat you like a peice of meat. Company is too big to give a sh/t.

I reached out to the firm due to a rear end car accident. Everyone from the receptionist to the attorneys are very professional, and very courteous. They are very prompt to return to any questions or concerns you have. The attorney that I had was Mike Bersani and he was well experienced and gave me the best options in my case. In the fall of 2015, I suffered a crush injury on a construction site in NYC. I was taken on by what is considered one of the top law firms in the North East. 6 months into my case, they dropped me citing the difficulty in winning my case. My experience with Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik, PLLC was breathtaking. I was run over by a car in Harlem while crossing a crosswalk with the right of way. The guy driving was 100% at fault. The state bar of NY enthusiastically recommend I set up a consultation with them. So I had a 5 minute call with his paralegal, Joanne O’Connell, it was nice. She wanted me to send my neurologist medical records to review and the detailed police report. Made it happen. Then, all communication ceased. No email was replied to thereafter. The only reason I can come up with is that Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik genuinely believe there is no merit in finding justice for pedestrians who wrongfully get run over by a car in the state of New York left with long-term injuries.
So I found an actual attorney who got to work, now everything is good.
